Spotless unit, spacious and comfy. So refreshing after always staying in casino resorts. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas for morning coffee and beers. So nice to have the kurig, fridge and balcony in room, so rare to find in any Vegas hotel. Pools were great and access to lazy river was ideal. This will be my new go to place without a doubt, and will try to get this very unit.

We had a fantastic stay here (2 adults and a 12 yo) for 4 nights.
Property was very smart, clean and extremely spacious. Any questions we had were answered quickly and effectively by the property manager.
We were slightly worried about the noise from the Wet Republic pool when we got out of our car but that proved to be a non issue as we found the property to be well insulated from any noise and could only really hear anything from the balcony - although this stopped late afternoon / very early evening.
Great stay had by all.

This is our 2nd annual stay at this property and we enjoy it every time. Love that it’s Tower1 and that we have a view of the pool and Top Golf. Booked again for next year!

Room was clean and Barry responded very quickly to my questions. The room temp was great, would have liked to use the pools, but due the hrs being from 9am -7pm, I couldn't.
I'm glad I was told there was a Keurig in the room, so I brought pods. Only suggestion is to have a reusable cup available for reg coffee. I couldn't find one in the kitchen.

We visited for a single night to see a show in Vegas on our way to California. The room was clean and spacious for our party of three. It is definitely a lively scene in the evening! Barry was very communicative and helpful. If you are looking to take in a show or more, this is a central location with many amenities on site.

We booked this property for a quick wknd to see a couple of shows and meet family already visiting Vegas. The condo was spotlessly clean and worked well for 2 adults, 2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare quick meals for hungry kids. Loved the views from both the living area and bedroom. Kids especially loved watching planes taking off and landing from the balcony. The easy, indoor walk to the MGM Grand pools and other amenities was great. Very helpful valet staff at tower 1. Biggest plus for me was a Vegas stay that didn’t involve walking through a casino to get to accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of the strip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to sleep without hearing the noise outside. The master bathroom was an extra luxury to the trip.

The place was clean, well appointed and in a good location. The only issue was the party music on the weekend from the pool. The host would have no control over this but if you were going with kids it might be an issue. Luckily it stopped at 6pm.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The two person jacuzzi tub was so relaxing!!! The rooms were spacious and comfy! It was a quick easy walk to the strip through the MGM! We will definitely be back!!!
Side note, we forgot a wallet in the room and the manager, Barry, was fantastic! He found it for us and got in it the mail right away!!! Thank you so much!!!

The condo was impeccably clean and welcoming, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The resort's inclusion of all amenities made attending the conference seamless and stress-free. I'm eagerly anticipating my return, especially to experience the pools and lazy river. We had a great stay. I cannot think of a thing that would make the experience more enjoyable for us. I am telling my friends about Barry and his condo in Vegas with the recommendation that they call him prior to their next visit.

We were attending the Home Builder's Expo at the convention center. This location was very close to the monorail stop at the MGM and super convenient. The condo was in great shape and very comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it suited us well.
Lots of restaurants within walking distance (at the MGM) and the breakfast place in Tower 2 - Delights - was very convenient for a quick stop on the way out (Starbucks was good too).
FYI - the TV remote in the bedroom was broken (worked, but not well), so we switched it out with the one in the living room. Other than that, everything was great!!!

The suite was clean, the property manager was helpful and he answered our questions promptly, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Having two full bathrooms made getting ready for the day so much easier. The jet tub helped ease aching feet at end of day. The location was convenient, and the building was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last. Such beautiful views from several windows which now includes a great view of the sphere from the back bedroom window. Easy to work with Barry. Anything wrong will be fixed quickly.

My best friend and I came to Las Vegas for the U2 concert. We wanted a place not right in the center of a casino, the MGM Signature was wonderful! We were in Tower 1 and had a great view of the Sphere, which was lots of fun. The Balcony was also a wonderful addition. The condo was large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. The pool was perfect and fully in sunshine by noon, they provide towels at the pool so don't waste room in your suitcase. We got monorail passes so we could move between the hotels with relative ease. We loved this location, the specific Condo, 620, and will absolutely return.

Great overall stay! Easy check in & out. Free valet parking was a bonus. Very clean & comfortable condo. Lots of space & the kitchen was a perk- saved $ by cooking some. Off the strip a couple blocks, but not a terrible view. I really enjoyed watching the new sphere change its pictures- could see about 75% of it from the bedroom window. The lazy river was pretty long & fun! That & several pools were all included in our stay. Barry responded pretty quickly to any questions that we had! The 3 towers were connected by walkways so that was super convenient! We would totally stay here again next time we are in Vegas!

I’ve stayed in 3 different condo’s here. My experience with Barry wasn’t far the best. We had zero issues with anything! That’s the way vaca should be. He allowed us an early check in since unit was vacant that day. Check in took 5 min. He didn’t try to sugar coat the view (it lacks strip view, but we don’t care!). We enjoyed view of the pool complex so we knew when to get down to get a lounger. Tower 1 is amazing. I’ve stayed tower 3, it’s location is inconvenient in comparison to Barry’s tower. Even the Uber pickup is close. We had plenty of bath towels to get 3 of us through 3 nights. I do agree with one tiny detail left in a prior review, could use an extra kitchen towel please. C u next year Barry’s condo!!
