We stayed four nights, and found the apartment to be very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with easy walking access to many downtown restaurants and shops. And even though the heat was pretty intense during our stay, the apartment stayed relatively cool, especially at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this wonderful property for our three days in Moab that kicked off our Utah/Colorado road trip. We were so impressed with the amenities and the beautiful home. This rental was one of our best on our trip and we will book again. The owners were very communicative and kind. Thank you for providing a home away from home.

Nicely appointed, everything we needed to feel at home. Good kitchen tools and great linens, both sheets and towels. We could walk to many places in town, and were in the center of town, but the “secret garden” made it feel very safe, secluded and private. We ate dinner and breakfast in the garden most days. Quick responsive communication with owner. We’d stay here again.

Great location, outside sitting area and grill were perfect. Fully furnished to the max. Bedroom was perfect as well, and quiet too. Didn’t need ear plugs at all. Clos proximity to both Arches and Canyonlands, as well as multiple

This is a beautiful property. It is very spacious - large bathroom two sinks, walk in shower, big bedroom - lovely bed & bedcover - loads of closet space. Kitchen with ice machine, every amenity you need, and a large dining table. Oil, spices, coffee machine, utensils all there. Two comfortable couches in the large living room. The art is beautiful. The garden has lovely tables and chairs and beautiful shady trees and shrubs. A nice cool respite from the open desert! There were even ear plugs and an eye mask beside the bed! Next time, we will stay longer and visit more sights in the region. Convenient parking and bike space and two blocks from the main street with funky stores and good restaurants.

This condo is in a great location (easy walk to stores and restaurants). It was so quiet and peaceful at night. It's a very nice and comfortable place, and we loved it! And it was very clean!

Property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It’s close to many outdoor activities and a short, easy walk to restaurants if you want to take a break from cooking. Parking was easy and we really enjoyed being able to sit outside on the patio.

Great home base for exploring the area. Went to arches. Islands in the sky. Needles. Castle valley. Close to everything. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Place was clean. Exactly as described. Couldn’t be happier. Never needed to contact the owner as everything was perfect.

This is a really cute property, great location, short stroll to Moab shops and restaurants. The place was very clean, and very functional: labels on the light switches, good window coverings, nice kitchen, laundry, nice towels and soaps, etc. The bed is king size and very comfortable--the best one we slept on in ten days vacation in Utah. Communication with the host was very good.

We stayed here 4 years ago also. Right in middle of town with offstreet parking, quiet, separate bike shed, nice patio area in back, can close parking area gate at night. If you're looking for a one bedroom place with full kitchen and all the amenities, this is it.

The condo was lovely, comfortable and clean. It is part of a 4 unit building so you may hear others coming and going, but we had no problems. The remote for the TV did not work after changing the batteries and the TV does not have any streaming services ( ie Netflix) or any service whatsoever. So no TV while we were there, otherwise very nice.

We've stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this place ranks up there with the best. The location in the heart of downtown Moab is great for walking through town for coffee or dinner and a short, easy drive to Arches NP and also convenient for Canyonlands NP. Surprisingly quiet in the evening, too. We loved have room to spread out a bit -- very comfortable living room and dining room. Bedroom and bath were luxurious and pleasant to be in. Everything you could need was in the kitchen and it was easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area also. Perfectly clean and communicating with owner/housekeeper was easy. They were quick to respond when the wi-fi had an issue and it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend if you're headed to Moab!

We loved this place! We were in town for an organized bike event so having the secure bike shed and close proximity to the ride start was wonderful.
The condo was clean and well-organized (all the light switches are labeled; such a help!), a kleenex box in many of the rooms (bonus), soft towels, laundry machines with supplies, well-stocked kitchen, and easy streaming hookups.
The location was perfect - walking distance to the main street of Moab with every restaurant and shop you could want. I hope we get to return to Moab and re-rent this place. The reservation process was smooth, coming and going. Thank you!

Wonderful accomodations. Privacy but still close to downtown. The property is great with nice furnishings and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We've lost count of how many times our family has stayed at the Center Street Condo. We keep coming back because of its quiet but central location and amenities that 100% meet our needs as a base for regional exploration and comfy resting spot in the evenings. The condo is well furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and grill and space to eat and relax outside once the sun dips behind the Moab cliffs.
We appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager and local staff contact -- always able to answer questions, and willing to go the extra mile to rescue a treasured toy accidentally left behind (thank you, Sheri!). We'll be back!

We would stay again in a heartbeat. Pretty garden, ample parking, clean, great bed, equipped kitchen, bath with laundry facilities, tv with hdmr cable. Moab is wonderful, Arches and Canyonlands spectacular.

This property is fantastic. The condo is completely outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and bedding is super comfy, appliances all top notch, and a sweet little, private patio. Highly recommend!!

Great place, close to downtown and had everything we needed to enjoy our 20 year Anniversary Trip. The seating area out back was a a great place to relax after long days of hiking before a short walk to down town for shopping and dinner.

Our family was busy exploring Canyonlands and Arches and this was a great spot for us to stay. Lots of room for our family of four to relax after a full day of hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy.

My husband and I were in Moab for three days to hike. Center street condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable, quiet and everything we needed. We sat outside in the back after long days of hiking and listened to the birds, while enjoying peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week long hiking vacation (April 2023) and couldn’t have been more pleased. As all reviewers have noted, the location can not be beat. On top of that, considerable thought has been put into guests’ convenience and comfort. The place is tastefully decorated and very clean. I could not ask for more.

Perfect location to walk downtown. We also love the locked bike storage that is provided. The quaint outdoor area is wonderful for relaxing after a ride. Inside is wonderful! Comfortably firm bed and all the amenities that anyone would need! Just an FYI… there is a Keurig but no k-cups provided - not a big deal as long as you figure it out before the morning of a big ride! We have stayed here several times and we will continue to do so!

Kim and Sheri are excellent communicators and readily available both prior to our arrival and during our holiday. Center Street Condo is perfectly located within walking distance of grocery stores, excellent coffee shops and dinning options. Arches NP is a 10-minute drive. The kitchen was so well equipped with utensils, dishware and spices we ate all our meals “at home”. I used the Gas Weber Grill on multiple occasions. The bed was so comfortable and condo so quiet. This is a great location for visiting Utah State Parks and Canyon Lands NP. We loved our visit.

I was a little skeptical that this rental was as great as all the five-star reviews said it was. But in the decades that I have been staying with VRBO rentals, this is one of the best! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a fantastic location, has a nice outdoor area and walkable to the downtown area. I highly recommend this place!
