Had a wonderful time and perfect place with 3 bedrooms and king size beds

Communication with management from the get-go was awesome! The home itself is perfect!! Everything you could need with clear instructions (literally every light switch to fireplace)! Stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully stocked with more than expected in terms of appliances, pots, pans etc! The hot tub was so nice! Will absolutely recommend to friends.

This home is decorated and furnished with first class taste and attention to detail. Didn’t lack anything. Property managers were a delight to work with. Will definitely use them and stay here again

VERY NICE HOME IN A GREAT AREA. HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN, EXCEPT THE BLINDS ARE VERY DIRTY. WE ALSO HAD A TERRIBLE TIME COOKING WITHOUT THE SMOKE ALARM GOING OFF. NICE BACKYARD WITH WILDLIFE VIEWINGS.

We had trouble with the fireplace.. no instructions on how to turn on. We called maintenance and George was there with the hour to show us how! He was kind and very helpful!

Very nice place. Great location. They jury is still out on the property manager. Will they return my deposit? They have so many rules it seems it is geared to allow them to not return the deposit for any minor infraction..or for no infraction at all.

short get away
We enjoyed our stay, the pictures does not show justice, property was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and it has everything you need to cook. The only down side was the cleanliness, the sheets had hair and glitters, We have to laundry everything before we have to use .. just to be safe.. otherwise we had a great time. We will surely recommend.

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife and the wonderful view of the mountains. This is the best place we’ve stayed in all of our visits to Ruidoso and are looking forward to staying here again!
