This townhouse is modern, comfortable and in an excellent location. Easy to walk to town by the beautiful creek or take the Galloping Goose to the gondola. Beautiful views of the mountains and a quick walk to the grocery. I would stay here over and over again!

This is our 3rd time staying here and still our favorite place to stay in telluride.

This modern mountain home was perfect for our summer family getaway with plenty of well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy and a fantastic open living room floor plan upstairs. Location is phenomenal, with downtown a short walk away and the grocery store next door. Not to mention in the winter access to the mountain can't be beat. To top it all off Naomi was a delightful host. We had to extend our stay on either side. She was immediately responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Stayed at this lovely home to enjoy the mushroom festival and a family birthday. Home is peaceful and comfortable. Decor is refreshingly uncluttered Swedish minimalism at it’s best. My son is a chef and was able to find all utensils he needed to treat us to a special meal. Table was perfect for our family to gather around. Windows are plentiful and invite you to enjoy the beauty of Telluride. We were surprised to not find a note to welcome us, or any instructions on the home or what to do with trash, and other home details. There were a few missing touches such as hand soap in two of the bathrooms. Light fixture over master bedroom sink does not work. Front door has an amazingly loud squeak that became amusing over time when family members came in late at night. We reached out to provide our license number in case we needed to park on the street and to request a noon checkout to allow a family member a place to wait for shuttle to airport in Montrose but never heard back from anyone. We loved our stay but were disappointed with the lack of communication. We would definitely consider staying here again as it was perfect for our family.

We loved our stay here! The condo is very luxury. Our favorite touch was the balcony. Would recommend and would definitely like to stay again!

We had an amazing time in Telluride thanks to this beautiful place to stay! Very conveniently located - near the grocery store, a lovely walk into town along the river, or quick ride on the galloping goose (free shuttle). All of us loved the house and the beds were great (comfiest bunk beds I’ve ever slept on!). We had some confusion with the address on check in, but called Naomi and she answered right away and helped us. We can’t wait to come back to Telluride again and would love to stay here again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We enjoyed everything about this place. It was very clean when we checked in and has very modern updated finishes throughout. The short walk to chair seven was very easy in full gear. We were able to catch the bus as well right out the door. Close enough to town that it is easily walkable as well. We would definitely rent this place again.

Super clean, exactly as described and even better than pictured! Host was super responsive and so easy to work with! Great location to everything in Telluride! We are a family of 7 with 5 kids under 13. This was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was terrific. The owner was very helpful and the listing is true to form. This was our first time skiing Telluride and our experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this location for serious skiers vs Mountain Village or closer to the gondola. It’s quiet at night and access to Chair 7 is two blocks away. The main downtown area is a 7 minute walk. The townhome is recently remodeled and very tastefully appointed. Everything was functioning and loved the steam in the master bath. Also, Clark’s Grocery is right next door. Thanks again for a terrific experience!

Beautiful home and awesome 3 stories with children room at the main floor, two main bedrooms on second floor and kitchen and living on 3rd. Exquisite and beautiful - great location. 5 stars!

Close to lift, shuttle, market, and shops downtown. Clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay here this summer. The house was clean and minimalist which was great in comparison to others we have stayed at that were overly decorated and crowded feeling. The location to the grocery store is a huge benefit. We could easily walk the trail along the river to the gondolas and town each day. Our pup had easy access to grass to go to the bathroom and she loved the balcony and seeing the other balcony dogs. My only complaint is the kitchen was a little sparse and no microwave, which in the time of COVID is more crucial than normal. I would recommend bringing your own cooking knives and crockpot etc. Additionally the downstairs “default kid room” did not have a way to keep the kids from flipping the lock and walking outside from the exterior door in their room. I wish this had a keyed deadbolt so I wouldn’t be worried about them getting out, or older teens sneaking out ha!

Nice layout and everything was perfect. I loved the steam shower in the master.

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Telluride. We had 4 adults and two kids and had more than enough room. Comfortable beds and all the amenities that we needed. Only surprise was that kids bunk bed room was on the bottom floor which made us a little uneasy having our little kids on the access floor. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new, the decor is bright and fresh, and the owners didn’t skimp on any detail. The beds and linens are very comfortable. There is plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is a short walk to town. The owner was very responsive and gracious. I would definitely stay here again. This home was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in a great location. It was perfect for our family summer getaway. We enjoyed staying here and being close to town. Numi was a great host!

We had a wonderful time at this townhouse. I loved how close it was to the market and main street. It was great to have bathrooms in each bedroom. The place is gorgeous. The kitchen was nicely stocked and it was easy to cook meals. We had two babies with us so the layout worked really well since the bedrooms were on different levels than the kitchen/living room/hang out area. That said, if you have small children I recommend bringing a baby gate to block the stairs. They are modern with metal and wood and would be a rough tumble for a toddler. We loved the place! I definitely would stay again.

This property is beautiful and our home base for 10 days in June. The unit is extremely well laid out and a place anyone would love to call home. High quality finishes and furnishings. The Owl Meadows complex is very cute and quiet. It may look like it's on the edge of town but Telluride is small and everything is close. Walk to everything and the grocery store is a 1 minute walk. We went to the town park (other side of town) almost everyday and it's a short walk or a quick ride. Easy to get to Gondola as well as most of the great trailheads. We plan on coming back! Owner was very easy to communicate with and everything this went smooth with our stay.

Five stars does not even come close to describing this property. My family and I highly recommend this home for your next trip to Telluride. The property is located in a newly-developed immaculate townhome community very close to downtown Telluride. The home comfortably housed our family of six and our dog for our six-day stay. It has been immaculately maintained and its guests are prone to appreciate the comfort of a very clean and well maintained living space. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group—each room has its own bathroom (the master has a steam shower). The living room/kitchen/dining room allowed us to cook meals and share quality time together. The patio and gas grill were also a nice perk! The details were definitely noticed right when we walked into the home — the linens, dishes, kitchen pots/pans/utinsels, appliances, and furniture were meticulous, which gave us the comfort of enjoying the details of our own home without having to pack up everything for our 1500-mile journey to Telluride. Since this was our first trip to Telluride, we knew nothing about the best place to stay in relation to the ski lifts, restaurants, stores, etc. Naomi, the property owner, was very helpful in describing the location of the property and in providing recommendations for local attractions. Everything is within walking distance—Clark’s Market (grocery store), downtown Telluride, Lift 7 (Coonskin), ski rental, free gondola for access to Mountain Village, and everything else you might need to make your stay in Telluride enjoyable. You will feel right at home in this property.

We loved staying in your Condo! It was perfect for 2 families!!! It was beautiful and had everything we needed! The Galloping Goose bus was never far away to take us wherever we were going. Short walk to the market from the condo! Everything was great!

We are ready to book for next year! No detail in achieving cozy, chic, lux experience was over-looked in the curation of what is really a one-of-a-kind guest experience. The bones of condo evoke design excellence so the space makes functional sense as you enjoy the three level condo. Every view from a kitchen sink should be so sublime. (Loved working in the kitchen to prepare breakfast or apres boarding noshes and drinks,) The majesty of the mountains graces your views. And the thoughtfully and beautifully appointed details experienced through out the condo put you at ease within moments of coming through the front door. The locationto the best market in telluride and nearby restaurants and wine shop make getting out and about a breeze, not to mention this condo's own version of ski in and ski out via chair lift 7 deems this property perfect in every way. The owner is delightful, warm, attentive and inviting. Did I mention we are coming back?

We were very happy to find this for our Presidents' Day 2019 trip to Telluride. It was quite comfortable for our group - 4 adults and 4 kids from 2-10 years old. Numi's place is exactly as it appears in the photos - brand new, clean and super comfortable. The Coonskin Lift (#7) is a 3 minute walk from the front door, and with Clark's Market next door, it's OK if you forget that last ingredient for your family dinner (definitely happened to us). The free town loop shuttle also picks up and drops off right at the end of the driveway, making it easy to get to the gondola with your ski equipment for the day. The kitchen is well equipped, there are some great games if the weather turns, and the TV and sound system works really well. You can even look out the window while doing the dishes and see how good the skiing is up on the mountain. We will absolutely look to return for our next visit to Telluride.
