The condo has an amazing view and was in an incredible area. Beach access and a nice walkway into town and restaurants. The 4 star verses 5star : Could have been cleaner No basic cooking supplies… no cooking oil, pepper, spices, coffee etc. Those with mobility issues should be aware the elevator ends roughly four stories above beach level. We found our November stay rather hot and humid, even at night. A pedestal fan that could be used on the deck would have been a big asset. Everything about this condo is wonderful--the location, the view and the furnishings/decor. The a/c works great, which is a good thing, because it was hot & humid when we were there! The plunge pool on the patio is refreshing to cool off after a day exploring Zihua. The community infinity pool and the patio is great, with comfortable loungers and nice tables. Many days we had the pool to ourselves until late afternoon. The check in process was easy, as was the check out. We've already reserved for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property overlooking the beach. Spectacular views and a true indoor/outdoor experience. We would definitely stay again.

Property as pictured (beautiful!) and had plenty of room for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 12 and 15.) About a 15 minute walk to town and 5 minutes to Madera beach. We would like to suggest having more than one bathroom towel per person since you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you stay 10 days (we stayed 7.) I have no problem reusing my towel, but by day 5 it would have been nice to have a fresh one as the humidity is so high things just don't dry out quickly. Two more small matters-- more than one pillow per person would have also been nice and we tried to request a new fitted sheet for the master bed as the sheet/elastic was worn out and kept coming off the bed and getting tangled while we slept which was uncomfortable. Honestly, though, none of these things would prevent us from coming back again and we are still rating this a 5/5!

Right from the communication before our trip with Julian, the property manager, who also organized our taxi and answered any questions we had promptly, to the location and loveliness of the property - a great trip and a perfect place to stay!

Condo is fully equipped and easy walk to town and taxis are right out front. Only issue was my original contact Rachel told me they could set up a chef to cook dinner one night for us and have someone stock the condo with our groceries prior to our arrival. However, the manager assigned to us did not know anyone to do this for us and after he tried with no success, I used the manager of our other VRBO to meet our requests.

Loved the place! Fantastic view and the location was perfect to us. Cabs right outside the front door, easy to get to the beach or downtown. Very clean, comfortable bed, ac worked great. Relaxing dip pool on the balcony. And did I mention the view?

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Julian contacted me, arranged airport transfers and was waiting upon arrival. Quiet, immaculate, and a view to die for. Everything was in great condition. A/C worked flawlessly (hard to find here) and bathrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. (Also hard to find here). This will definitely be a repeat!

This was our second visit to Rachel‘s lovely condo. We love Zihuatanejo, and the condo fits all our needs The location is great, we can walk everywhere, but taxis are outside the door, if needed. . The view is fantastic. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking. Julian, the manager was extremely helpful and always available for help or advice. We would definitely stay at the condo, if we are fortunate to visit Zihuantanejo again.

The condo was the perfect launch point for beach hopping in Zijuataneo! The views, pool & plunge pool were what made this place so special.

This was our first time in Zihuatanejo and it was amazing. Of course the beaches, pools, food, locals, mercados were all fabulous- but this property really made our stay outstanding! As a family with two children (10yo), I can definitely recommend this place since it provides plenty of space (on the rare occasion we chose to stay in), 24hr immediate access to taxi’s right outside front of the building, quick and easy access to the beach (where shells are abundant) and a washer and dryer! It’s a parent AND kid paradise. As amazing as the pictures posted online may seem- in person it is SO much better. The entire experience was made better by the owner and property manager. Quick to respond and super accommodating- it definitely made the process easier when traveling with kids to a new place. We highly recommend it and can’t say enough good things about this location!

We can’t say enough about our Zihuatanejo experience! The condo was exactly as described and Julian made sure we had everything we needed. We loved how we could open up the condo for the open air experience but close the glass wall in the evening. The entire property was very well maintained and luxurious. We enjoyed Madera beach for the restaurants but La Ropa beach is the best for just hanging out on the sand to get sun and play in the ocean. If you are looking for a place to go to get away and destress Zihuatanejo is the place! Just be ready for some major humidity & heat if going May-September. We will definitely visit again and stay at Rachel’s condo. We had a wonderful vacation!

We truly enjoyed the property. Julian was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. He sent us a taxi to greet us at the airport, check in was flawless, and the condo was truly beautiful. My only complaint was that the plunge pool was a bit cold. The infinity pool was really warm though. It was a short walk to the beach although the steps back were a bit tough! We spent alot of time on Madera beach and found the restaurants great, the people super nice, and the food amazing. We will definitely be back as there is so much more we want to see.

Everything Rachel says in her description of the property is true! It is truly an incredible property with breathtaking views. We absolutely loved our time there. Julian, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We look forward to our next trip to Zihuatenejo!

If you want 24/7 peace, joy, sun, view, and heaven, you must stay here. Beds are very comfortable, view is unbelievable, A/C keeps the interior cool and pleasant. So close to town. Walk there in minutes. We will be back!!

Insanely beautiful views. Luxurious, well kept accommodations. Just go down the stairs to the beach or walk to restaurants. We loved it! The dipping pool was wonderful, plus the community pool was very well kept.

The condo was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay there. The condo worked very well for two couples travelling together. The location was also perfect for us - right between the two main beaches, and within walking distance of downtown and numerous restaurants. We had a great time and we would certainly stay at this property again.

This was our first condo holiday in Zihua having vacationed years in Maui for monthly periods. Julien, the property manager, was excellent in his reliability to organize transport to and from the airport and in all matters that came up. The expansive breathtaking view hits you as soon you enter. Whether first thing in the morning till evening , you have front row seats to beach and bay activity. The condo complex is small, so the pool was never crowded. There are so many small quality restaurants to walk to- we went to 18 different ones in 21 days! Things to keep in mind with this rental is no monetary adjustment for long term stay( month) , no housekeeping, no cable- there is Netflix ( Mexican) . We definitely will return to Zihua!!

Good layout for friends traveling together. Two large BR suites pls comfortable living spaces. Easy to walk anywhere from this condo.

Truly can’t be beat. Perfect to wander to town, direct beach access, unbelievable pool Condo worked great for us. Quiet but you can watch the people action on the beach below. Hungry? Walk to restaurants,coffee, bakery,juice bars, etc. Watch nighttime view unfold as city lights up across the bay.

The views, the cleanliness, the hospitality were fantastic. Rachel, the unit owner, responded very quickly with our questions. We will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is exactly as presented and the views are no less spectacular (probably more so!) than the photo show. Wonderfully located, it is a short five minute cab ride to La Ropa and an easy walk into town and nearby restaurants. It was our first visit and we are definitely coming back :)

Accommodation beyond expectations, location and attention to detail will not disappoint. Close walking distance to many excellent restaurants, shops and event venues complete with beach access at your doorstep. A favorite for sure !
