The house is well equipped and nicely furnished in a quiet neighborhood.

The nearby beach has a lot seaweed. With the very hot temperatures in July, we regretted not having a swimming pool. We had to pay separately for the A/C (kind of sneaky).

We didn't get the clear information about bringing our pets with us. The information on booking is quite vague and when you book it, the host will send you a huge list of do's and don'ts but nothing about pets - as it is no big deal - until it is. She charged extra for each pet and an extra for cleaning fee, even though despite the number of dogs, the house would have to be cleaned anywas. She also had specific recommendations for the dogs as where they can be or can't, and again, no informatin about it anywhere, booking description, welcome message or house rules.

Everything was perfect, quiet location, close to the sea and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation. We would like to come back here again.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The place has everything for truly high quality vacation time, and for an affordable price! Add to that beautiful surroundings (Son Real 5 km coast trail, Cap Ferrutx mountains, rustic Artá and Albufeira reserve), and look no further. When our kids checked out the villa, they said "Whoa it's a palace!!" We enjoyed uncomplicated, frictionless check-in and instant communication with the very friendly host. I'm sure Villa Beach&Ocean will be our default destination at Mallorca from now on.

The house was spacious, full of light and equiped with everything we needed. From the first moment we had a proper "like at home" feeling. The host was very nice and helpful, check in super easy, location great for walks on the beautiful beaches and throughout the wildlife of nature park. Even we were there out of season the terrace gave us a great opportunity to have some relax in the sun and in privacy. Can only recommend!

The villa has a very spacious feel with an open plan modern design. There are three very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The lounge is well-furnished and has a light and airy touch. It also includes a good quality TV and Wifi. If you like cooking, the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. Outside you have a host of relaxing garden furniture and loungers for sunshine and shade. The villa is very well-situated for local beaches and restaurants and also as a base for the rest of Mallorca if you have a car.

We visited in mid February where the evening temperature can drop quite considerably so needed the air-conditioning on as a heater to maintain a comfortable temperature; this wouldn't be an issue later in the year.
