Die Zimmergröße und eine angemessene Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung. Die Aussage "Near Acropolis brand new 1 min from metro" ist nicht korrekt. Man braucht länger bis zur Metro und Sehenswürdigkeiten gib es auch nicht in der Nähe. Auch ist das Apartment nicht "brand new". Das hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel.

Stinkende und unrund laufende Klimaanlagen in den 2 Schlafräumen (Siebe total verdreckt.). Den Schlafraum zur Straße kann man eigentlich nicht benutzen, weil es verkehrsbedingt unverhältnismäßig laut ist. Die Balkonmarkisen sind sehr groß, dadurch ist das Apartment sehr finster, kommt nicht ausreichent Licht und Sonne rein. Auch der straßenseitige Baumwuchs verhindert etwas Lichteintritt - ist auch nur 1. Etage. Die Gegend ist nicht die Beste, sehr dreckig und viel Müll. Viele Obdachlose und Junkies. Habe mich definitiv nicht sicher gefühlt. Kam sogar zu einem Einbruchdiebstahl mit Polizeianwesentheit dazu. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch, ist eigentlich kein Früstück wie man es sich vorstellt. Am Tag der Abreise kein warmes Wasser - kalt duschen und kalt Zähneputzen angesagt. Der Vermieter hatte eine schöne "grüne" Ausrede! Auch hätte ich etwas einstellen sollen und Hebel betätigen müssen - war dazu eh zu spät - leider bin ich kein Hausmeister!? Auch ist das Bad sehr klein und niedrig, für mehrere Personen kann ich mir das nicht gut vorstellen. Die Barhocker knarrten und quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es auch noch Bauarbeiten im Hinterhof.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. The apartment had everything we need and more. Breakfast was also provided as exoected. The metro station is very close and well connected. We enjoyed our stay with nothing to complain, overall rating: 10/10.

Very nice two bedroom house, full of appliances. 100mt from Metro station, conveniently central. House recently renovated. Comfortable beds, air conditioning everywhere. Gigantic tv.

Nothing was wrong. If it had a washing machine it would be a 10+. But for short stays is outstanding ! The surroundings are probably not the best, but we felt always extra safe.
