Easy Chech in, polite staff

The room was beautiful clean and very tastefully decorated. It contained everything for a comfortable stay. The bed felt luxurious and comfortable. The location was superb and view out to the back of property from the Chloe room on 2nd floor is gorgeous also nice and quiet. The tea and coffee making facilities and water in the fridge were lovely touches, also having a quality shower with premium shower gel. The extras in the kitchen were a real bonus and much appreciated.

The bath towels were on the slim and small side and a bath mat for the bathroom floor missing. The tv required guests to have subscriptions to netlix or install their own device. A warmer welcome and introduction the facilities would make this place a 10.

From the moment we walked in the staff were attentive and helpful. Max ensured we were settled in quickly and advised us on a beach to visit and restaurant to go for dinner. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Only down side was the pool was closed.

My hotel room was clean. That's the best I can say about it.

Very basic facilities. My room didn't lock from the inside, which made me feel unsafe. I told staff, but they weren't bothered.

Really nice place, surprisingly! Modern, spacious room, great bathroom. All you need for quick sleep over. Nice b-fast, really helpful stuff. Plenty place to park.

It's not a walking distance to anything, so you need to come with park. No gate at parking, but I would say no issue.

The hotel looks very nice, breakfast was good (could use more variety). Lots of TV channels, high quality TV sets.

We were required to pay a 250 EUR deposit at the beginning of our stay which was not indicated in the reservation e-mail. It came out as a not so well surprise. The air conditioning broke down, and we had to switch rooms at 23:00, even though the staff tried to help - it was not convenient. We were proposed to get a room which was used as a storage room - then an other room which was in the process of being renovated. Those were no solutions and unfortunately when I asked or a commercial gesture, it was refused. The amount of the 250 EUR deposit stayed blocked on my Credit Card for more than a week after checking out, this is too much especially when that deposit was not mentioned at all in the first place.
