Todo fenomenal: limpieza, gestión, posición y el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para una estancia súper agradable. Comunicación espectacular y atencion mejor que en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Repetiremos.

Las vistas nos tocaron con dirección a espaldas de mar y son un poco feas

la ubicacion,la limpieza,que hubiera todo tipo de utensilios de cocina,que te dejen lavavajillas ,bayetas todo nuevo y pastillas para el lavavajillas que no te tienes que molestar en ir a comprar tambien capsulas para la cafetera,vamos que habia de todo. Tambien me gusto el caudal del agua de la ducha. Ademas el dia de salida nos dejaron salir una hora mas tarde que sin duda es de agradecer.

Nice modern apartment with parking underneath.close to the beach ,restaurants and the old town was a short walk away.

phenomenal location near the beach and downtown.

The apartment had everything that you would have at home. Very large patio to enjoy fresh air in total privacy. The beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket are all within walking distance.

Clean, modern & comfortable, close to town & beach.

No parking, car parks v expensive, guests should be warned about this! No tea towels in the kitchen, a bit frustrating. The Host was good at communicating by messaging in English but did not turn up to check us in when we arrived which we were not impressed with. She sent the cleaner who could not speak English. The cleaner had a very strong accent with her Spanish so it was v difficult to understand her. The Host should have been there to do the check-in, not the cleaner!

Excellent location, and the apartment had everything we needed

TV is a bit difficult to negotiate, and WiFi is dropping in and out. It's not a major problem as we didn't spend much time watching TV! Would stay again but upgrade to room with a bigger balcony

Terrace with sea view was worth paying extra for and whole apartment was a decent size, looked exactly as in photos. Location great and felt safe.

Steep hill, not an issue for me but could be for some! A clothesline or airer would've been good, as there was a washing machine..

I'm always pleased when i rent from Melior Costa Blanca. The staff is nice and helpful,... Apartment is clean, near shops, restaurants, beach.. quiet building..

car parking in the whole of Calpe is challenging but it is not the fault of the owners of the apartment

Fantastic stay from start to finish. I had the hosts' WhatAapp number to arrange my arrival time. I walked into Calp from the tram stop to find the apartment and I got a little lost and the communication from the hosts was excellent to help me. The location of the apartment was fantastic, so close to the beach & promenade that I could walk there with a cup of tea and it was still hot. I am a solo female traveller and I also felt safe in the area at night time. Everything in the apartment was exactly like the pictures, it was all clean and modern and they had even put a few Christmas decorations in the apartment, which was a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen and the shower was hot and powerful. The supermarkets and other shops were all easily reached on foot, as was the Salinas lake with the flamingos! I was on a cycling holiday and the access to the surrounding countryside and mountains was perfect, I even saw pro cyclists which was a definite highlight. Check-out and the return of my damage deposit went smoothly too.

A friendly team. Always kept in touch with us and were flexible with arrangements. Lovely modern apartment, great location and found free parking close by. Nice touch....washing up liquid, cloths, washing liquid for clothes etc etc Felt safe and secure too.

Place was super clean. Kitchen , dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, toys for babies, kettle, all you can ask for.

Very clean well appointed modern apartmemt with all the facilities you.coukd ask for with a cooker, dish washer, toater, coffee maker and washing machine, kitchen had a full compliment of cockery and pots and pans. The location is ideally suited for the town centre and a short walk to the beach.

The balcony in apartment 4D is a little small and the door to the bathroom and bedroom stuck on the floor and neither could be closed without scrapping the floor and making a noise. The bathroom door would not fully open making it difficult for a larger person to access.
