Breakfast was a little bit expensive.

View was good, good balcony, good restuarant, good facilities. Staffs were excellent.

They do not clean the room everyday. Shower is tiny Balcony is not private in 1st floor, there is no privacy. There is no closet. The noise from the other rooms or restaurant Is annoying Loud music early in the morning can be heard in the rooms.

The view to the mountains is spectacular. Best thing was to wake up to that view. Really breathtaking. Breakfast is nice with a good variety of everything.

The extra sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable (we were a family of four traveling together), so uncomfortable that we took off the mattress from the bed and slept on the floor. There was no restaurant in the evening because the hotel doesn't have a chef at the moment.

Beautiful views. Good, clean rooms. And special shout out to the staff (Tamare in particular), who was just fantastic throughout our stay. They really took care of all of our needs and were happy to help. Tamare spoke to drivers on our behalf to arrange a tour and negotiate the price. She also loaned us umbrellas since it was very rainy in Kazbegi when we visited. Great breakfast spread too. Very good location - walkable to restaurants, supermarket and ATM.

For the price we paid, the rooms could have been bigger and could have had more amenities. There was barely any space to keep our things. Wished there was a small cupboard at least.. Electric kettle was provided only on request. No tea/coffee in room.

The views (mountain view room and restaurant terrace) were stunning, and the location was excellent. Close to the center, with the market, restaurants, and atm. The breakfast was huge, restaurant had great food, and the staff were very nice.

I would’ve loved a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. Please don’t make me engage with people to get my first cup of coffee :).

the food in the restaurant was nearly finished at 8 pm in the evening, so basically there was nothing to order but one main course of a very doubtful quality. “House wine” was surprisingly disgusting, having the taste of grape juice mixed with low quality Chacha. Judgement is based on the high volume of Georgian wine tested on the way.

The staff were amazing. Especially the receptionist who was so so helpful in offering suggestions where to hike and translating with the taxi drivers for us to get back to Tbilisi. The views from the terrace and bedrooms are amazing. We ate lunch here and it was very tasty. The location is great, you easily can start your hike to the Gergeti church from here. You can see it while sitting on the terrace. There is a very fancy hotel up the hill but this has the same views and you are "downtown" so near amenities and a few other restaurants without needing to walk up a hill.

There was a loud family eating dinner under our room on the terrace until 11pm. This prevented us from keeping our doors open and enjoying the sound of nature while going to bed. Then they made a lot of noise in the hallways but other than that, no complaints.

We didn’t love the dogs allowed in most places. We thought the generator was a bit noisy - poorly positioned.

It's my second time in Kazbegi and I will certainly be staying at Stancia when I return! This place has everything you need; a friendly, nice and genuine owner, great and helpful staff, a good restaurant with a beautiful mountain view and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I only stayed for a few days and spent time in the mountains, but if you prefer just hanging out in the village I would still recommend staying here, as it is a very cosy and nice place!
