Joseph was amazingly responsive and helpful. He coordinated a driver from the airport, and Chris was at the apartment to greet us and ensure everything met our needs. The apartment is in a chic and quiet neighborhood very close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is sumptuously appointed but still very comfortable. The best!!

This beautiful apartment is classically decorated in a luxurious style. Large and well appointed, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay in a vibrant neighborhood, including washer & a/c. Our party of 4 (grandparents & 2 teenage granddaughters) enjoyed the privacy of this special place. It afforded easy access to lots of restaurants & boutiques. We used G7 cabs or walked to the metro. Clean, in a clean neighborhood, it was everything we could have hoped for—& a short walk tot he Chps Elysees. We loved the gorgeous large windows overlooking the street below, the nearby boulangerie, & the numerous art galleries.

Joseph communicated very promptly and thoroughly throughout the entire booking. When we arrived he met us and showed us the apartment, which is gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. The area is perfect with art galleries and restaurants nearby, with a one minute walk to the Metro. You will love your stay in Paris here.

Wonderful apartment, close to everything you need. Metro is just a couple of blocks away. Such a walkable city, though we were able to hail a cab easily by walking around the corner when we needed. Loved the location, communication and kindness from the owner!

Situated in an excellent neighborhood with quick access to all the best that Paris has to offer. Quiet apartment that was perfect for a longer stay - felt like our home. This apartment suited us very well. It was just as advertised and it was great having the two washrooms. Very roomy and a quiet location but close to everything. We stayed 8 days and walked everywhere and did not use the metro once. Very good restaurants close by and the one next door was really good. But make a reservation as not many seats.In summary we had a very nice time.

My husband and I thought that the apartment was just as delightful as the description and photo's showed. We found the owner very kind and helpful with any addional information to help your holiday go well. The situation was perfect for our needs and would certainly stay there again. C & M in the U.K.

It has everything you could wish for. the renovation is to the highest standard, great ornaments and paintings, the apartment is also in immaculate condition with attention given to comfort and cleanliness. It was a very quiet area with any beautiful apartments and Art Gallariesaround you,is close to the Metro, 1 block away and a local food store, down the end f the street. The owner Joseph could not have been more helpful, greeting us on arrival, providing us with information and recomendations. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we were reluctant to leave. I would most definately recommend this apartment to friends! I think my new mother in law and family will be visiting next year!

The apartment was very spacious and elegantly decorated, which gave a very comfortable "at-home" feeling. Furnished with paintings and had a very charming look.The apartment was comfortable for three people ( which was what we had), with a separate bedroom and bathrooms, as well as a very comfortable pullout bed, (which was very easy to reassemble).The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities.The surrounding area was quiet and is very close to the main Avenue of Paris (Champs-Elysees), and the Presidential Palace ( meaning the apartment is in a very safe area). Great location, close to metro ( 1 block), grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The owner, Joseph, was terrific in helping with everything. Terrific customer service. Would recommend for anyone wanting a world class Paris getaway.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful appartment for a weekend break with my son and his girlfriend. What originally attracted us was 2 bathrooms (quite hard to find in Paris at an affordable price). My son and girlfriend had the sofa bed in the sitting room which was extremely comfortable there is a bathroom adjoining. This room overlooks the quiet road to the front of the building. The layout of the appartment is ideal for 2 couples and very spacious. Our beautiful bedroom was wonderfully quiet, the bed very comfortable and there were en suite facilities, this room overlooks a quiet courtyard. The appartment is superbly equipped, beautifully furnished/decorated and incredibly clean! It is situated on the third floor which isn't a problem as there is a lift. Ideally situated for sightseeing and shopping. It felt a very safe area to walk around the area in the evening. We would highly recommend the restaurant "Cou de la Girafe" it's about a 15 minute walk and we had the most wonderful evening there. Make sure you stock up with any breakfast supplies on Saturday as we couldn't find a shop open early on Sunday morning (9.00ish). There is little shop which always seemed to be open just up the road very nearby but is quite expensive. Joseph, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning.

What a beautiful apartment. It really is a luxurious oasis of calm in the city. Very convenient for the metro, extremely clean and well furnished with exceleent bathroom and kitchen facilities. Joseph met us at the apartment and gave us a guided tour, he is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment for all travellers, there is easy access with an elevator and has plenty of room to relax after a day sightseeing.

"Magnificient place to come for business. I used to stay at the Georges V Hotel in Paris at a much higher price. But Joseph's place is much more convenient. I had much more privacy, an excellent service with internet and world wide TV, very clean and extremely luxurious. I will come back for sure several times this year. This apartment is indeed an oasis of luxury, calm and elegance in Paris as stated in the description. The rental details provided are completely accurate. Right around the corner from the fabulous Hotel Bristol, in a neighborhood of beautiful apartments, art galleries and the more practical - close Metro, restaurants and food shops - the apartment is incredibly sunny, quiet and peaceful. The owner is multi-lingual and extremely responsive, patient and flexible.There really isn't anything I would change.Come and enjoy!

This beautifully appointed Paris apartment in an historic building is far more attractive in person than even in the photos on the internet. A dream come true Paris flat, it is a mixture of the old and the new amid 18th century antique furniture and precious floor coverings framed by an impressive collection of old prints. Recently renovated, no detail has been spared as evidenced by the state-of-the-art kitchen, magnificent bathroom fixtures and architectural detail. The building which has it's own courtyard is extremely safe and secure. It is on a very quiet street, just blocks away from the Champs Elysee where we were able to enjoy the international Christmas fair that lined the boulevard. The proprietor, Joseph, is extremely accommodating and diligent in satisfying the needs of his tenants. His amicable greeting with a bottle of champagne upon arrival truly sets the stage for a wonderful stay in Paris. I think anyone would be happy here for a few days or even a few years.
