The flat was very nicely situated and we actually had breakfast on the balcony 2 mornings as a real sun trap. Can’t believe this in April. It was early in season and not many places to eat. Walked 2 hours along the beautiful beach every day. Bed and pillows too hard for us so didn’t sleep great. Would definitely stay again and maybe when there a few more people about. Plenty of nearby places to visit if you have a car and a lovely steam train ride from Holt.

Matt, was in constant communication before, during and after to make sure we have the perfect weekend away. The place is perfect for a short break and highly recommend this apartment. The view is great, within walking distance of all amenities. The allocated parking, albeit to some can be insignificant but it really was a deal breaker for us. We will be booking again soon and recommend this place highly!

The apartment was very bright and we had sun until mid afternoon. We never needed the heating even in October.Great view to the sea and well positioned for all amenities. Matt is very generous with household supplies. Beds were comfy and linen was good quality. Would definitely book again.

A clean and comfortable apartment. Everything went smoothly and no problems. Despite the generally bad weather we still saw the sun come up over the sea and pub opposite the balcony one morning. The balcony is a great sun trap.

We wanted a quiet break away from hustle and bustle, and that's exactly what we got. Matt, the owner was extremely accommodating when our original travel plans were curtailed by government restrictions so we rebooked unaware that it would be half term. This didn't upset our plans too much as we were interested in walking and there are a number of really nice walks in the area. The pubs and restaurants were busy because of half term so if visiting in the school holidays booking places to eat is essential. However, there are takeaways and the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped if you do need to cook any meals.

Very nice property and good location. Easy access to the beach with a goodpub over the road. Would definitely come back.

The apartment was exactly as expected and perfect for our break. It had everything that we needed. The beach and others nearby are fantastic. We had some great walks. The apartment was in walking distance of some very important local amenities, including the local butchers and fish and chip shop both of which served excellent food. I would also recommend buying a holiday membership (only £4) at the Haig club. Less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, the locals are very welcoming and the drinks are very reasonable. The club overlooks the beach. We are very happy to give the apartment 5 stars but we had a couple of niggles. The pillows need replacing as they squash down to almost nothing and didn't provide enough support for our necks. Also although the TV was adequate it only provided freeview channels through an aerial. A smart tv would have been much better by connecting to the wifi and being able to then watch catch up tv; and even able to log in to our own netflix account. We didn't need Matt during our stay but he did keep in touch through the messaging service so we knew that we could contact him easily if necessary. We would certainly look to rent this apartment if we are in the area again.

Stayed for three nights, excellent facilities and location Perfect for the two of us, just across from the beach. Good pub very short walk away. Serving good food and with a lovely atmosphere. Locals all very friendly and welcoming, what more can I say. Great place to stay

On the week starting November 4th, my boyfriend and I went to Norfolk for our 2 year anniversary holiday. The area was absolutely lovely with plenty to do - from go-karting to exploring Cromer and its lovely pier. The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with a fantastic view and an extremely comfy bed. Appropriate facilities came as standard in the kitchen, and was a fantastic atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; a superb, quiet place that we fully recommend to anyone and everyone - would visit again!
