Nun, als PILGER ist man nicht "verwöhnt". Aber das gesamte Ambiente strahlte einen "hohen Level" an Organisation, Sauberkeit und auch der Mahlzeiten aus. - Gerne wieder.

Bitte im Zimmer die Türen der Dusch-Kabinen arretieren: sie gehen von beiden Seiten auf... ohne in der Schließ-Stellung "einzurasten"... es dingt Wasser nach außen... das muss nicht sein.

Being right next to Volto Sancto was incredible we loved how quiet and peaceful everything was. Bernadetta was so lovely and her and her parents took care of us and made us feel as if were home. Thank you so much, Bernadetta. We will keep you and your parents in our prayers and look forward to coming back - hopefully with children in the near future!

There was nothing we didn't like. All was lovely.

Beautiful facility, extremely convenient location, warm and helpful staff. Benedetta, Elena and Manuel even picked me up and brought me to the train station which was so kind. This hotel is beautifully built, rooms are modern and super clean. I loved my stay here!

not a thing

I stayed 6 nights, for a personal pilgrimage with the HOLY FACE OF MANOPPELLO, which is literally next door! Overall is refreshing feeling of cleanliness. Very nice room. Bed comfortable & very fresh sheets! Washroom very clean. Bidet is installed. Shower stall is a joy to use! Everything works perfectly! Facilities & amenities are comfortable. Restaurant food very good, each time. Breakfast served was outstanding, every single day! I am glad they have english-speaking staff, who are very friendly and the staff does their best to please me and all of my requests. The lady owner is so nice, very accomodating & helpful. I think the hotel is new, it seems like.

I believe the previous occupants opened their windows lots of times, coz some stink bugs came out from the curtains, one after the other during the first 3 days. Staff are quick to respond, pick up the bugs and bring them out of the room. Even housekeeping person went behind the curtains, shook the curtains, trying to see if there would be any more. Finally, I slept well on 3rd night!
