Incorrect key locker code was given prior to arrival No body soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid etc ??? Limited toilet rolls

Poor communication about bond form and how to obtain. Emailed a month earlier but no response - had to call on day of arrival for credit card confirmation. Cleanliness was poor all around - was asked to clean the place before leaving. Ridiculous as it wasn't our mess to begin with

I liked the location, close proximity to most things you needed. Although in a complex it wasn't too noisy. The washing machine was appreciated with having a long stay. The Maintenance lady we dealt with was lovely as were the staff at Ray White (whom are the managing agents).. all very helpful.

The cleanliness was just average, I feel like I left it cleaner than I found it. There are no cleaning products left at the property for you to use, I had to go and buy my own and only 1 toilet roll and dishwashing liquid for only 2 days. We stayed 9! The outside of the property where the outdoor table is was really unclean, looks like it needs a good pressure clean and the outdoor toilet and shower I cleaned before we used it. The rubbish bins are shared between cabins, this doesn't work as most are families and require one bin each. The bins werent emptied from the 24/12 for approximately 4 days. My husband cleaned up rubbish twice from the wildlife but still there was more mess on the 3rd day. There should of been provisions made for the Christmas period. The pool is very small, very crowded most days, not possible to swim just nice for a dip. It was very clean though.
