This is a great home to stay at. The views are wonderful along with plenty of room for the entire family. I would recommend this home to anyone. Shay was great and we really enjoyed ourselfs.

First time visit to Gatlinburg & Mrs. Shay was an excellent host. Beautiful home was just as advertised, with the best location overlooking the popular downtown strip! The views were just breath taking. My family had such a great time & would definitely recommend.

This place was exactly as described and even better! Our whole family thought this was definitely the best cabin we have stayed in yet in about six years of the whole family fall trips. The place was absolutely the cleanest too. Nothing was dusty or dirty! Spic and span and ! We will definitely be back !!! Loved it❤️

We had an Awesome time at the cabin! It was everything we hoped for and more! The layout and location were perfect. Having the aquarium parking right below us was fantastic. And the $10 price is cheaper than anywhere else in Gatlinburg! The game room was a huge hit! The old-school arcade game was probably the most used of every game there, for us old School adults anyway! We had a contest to see who could get the highest score on Miss Pac-Man! I personally spent most of my time playing pinball on the Xbox! The views from both decks were phenomenal. With Anakeesta and all of the attractions lit up for Christmas, we had a Christmas light show every night right from our own living quarters. The only suggestion we would have Shay would be to get with the cable company and have them coordinate all of your remotes onto their remote. There was some confusion figuring out how to get the TVs working but we finally figured it out. And also the smoke alarm downstairs we believe needs a new battery it was beeping occasionally. Overall we could not have had a better time you all have done a fantastic job in laying out this cabin. We will recommend to all of our neighbors friends and family. Thanks again for a Thanksgiving we will never forget! And we will definitely be back!

All was good except many of the TVS wouldn’t work. Some Remotes had no batteries but we had some and found some in the kitchen drawer. One major distraction is a really large alarm box on the wall of the master bedroom that is very bright all the time so the bedroom is not dark for sleeping.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful weeklong stay. House was very clean with every imaginable kitchen need available! Excellent layout and very spacious. Truly a great place in a great location. Make sure to lock car doors - we had a bear open car door and eat snacks left inside! We would all stay again.

It was a great place for us to get together because there was plenty of room to spread out. Also enough bathrooms for privacy for everyone. Kitchen was well supplied. Game room was fun too! Would rent it again

The house was absolutely amazing - and very clean. It was exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations. Plenty of dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware. The loft game room was a big hit … very nostalgic. The updated bathrooms are beautifully done and make the cabin feel very modern. The mattress in the main level owner’s suite squeaks on the side closest to the bathroom. My mom switched sides and slept comfortably after that. The mattress in the en suite upstairs bedroom also squeaked a bit. A few reviewers mentioned the traffic into Gatlinburg- the struggle can be very real! We were generally able to successfully navigate by staying off the roads during peak travel hours (11 am to 3 pm). We parked at the aquarium and just walked around until we were ready to head back up the mountain, a curvy half mile). If you’re going to Pigeon Forge, leave early and come back late. The views are incredible from the balconies, and we saw two bears during our stay. You will definitely hear the sounds of Gatlinburg… as in reving engines and loud radios … so this is not your cabin if you’re looking for quiet solitude. But if you want a beautiful, well-furnished, clean, conveniently located cabin, you can’t do better than this one! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Loved the home very clean close to everything will go again

Beautifully decorated, amazing views! Loved having coffee in the hot tub every morning while gazing at Mt. Le Conte. Everything about the cabin itself was wonderful. The only downfall was the traffic on Saturday. With the road that leads to town, some were not able to leave the cabin because traffic was out of control. As long as you know this and plan ahead, it is not a huge deal! We would stay there again!

We enjoyed cooking meals together and sitting down and eating together. Sitting out on the deck was very enjoyable to. It’s very well furnished for your basic needs Located very close to everything in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our stay here.
