Maison Baieta is everything that was described and more. The deck and views are breathtaking. The house is very clean and comfortable and stocked with a lot of great amenities and kitchen supplies. The hot tub is an extra special treat.

A superb apartment, ideally and superbly located. Maison Baita is a true gem. We enjoyed our stay and we will rent it again in a heart beat if we are in the area again. We truly appreciated many of the details that made a difference including the beach towels in each room and above all, the parking card! The apartment is in the pedestrian heart of Old Antibes and having a parking access made it really stress free. Paula, our concierge is both warm and very effective. We are a very picky french family and i could not recommend Maison Baita enough. It is a very comfortable vacation home for 6 people. And the location cannot be beaten. Special mention to the terrasse with its incredible sea view.

The location of this property is superb, it is fully equipped, with everythingyou might need while on holiday. This was our first time in Antibes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will look to return when we can.

We were three couples celebrating a special Birthday. The property was perfect. Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect. The property was incredibly comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked too.

Our party of 4 couldn’t have been more delighted with this 3 bedroom apartment. While located in the old-town of Antibes steps away from the charming covered daily food market, the exterior belied the modern coziness inside, filled with light and modern, high-end design and appliances. The pièce de résistance, though, is the outdoor terrace overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea! We spent every moment possible there and watched the sun pop over the horizon each morning. Simply breathtaking! After seeing spending time at several other spots throughout the Riviera, we were so pleased that we had chosen this location for our brief sojourn in the region. Ivan, the majordomo, warmly welcomed us, showing us all the tricks of the space and acclimated us to the town. Rarely do we ever proclaim our desire to return to one particular place in the world, but this pied à terre on the edge of the Med has left us longing to return.

A well appointed apartment in the old town that more than met our needs and expectations. No better way to end a day of touring than taking in the magnificent view from the terrace and hot tub. Hanna was fantastic and ever helpful; thank you. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need. Bedding and linens were wonderful and you can’t beat the view on the patio directly looking out at the ocean. It is in the heart of the old town and close to delicious restaurants and the open air market. I will be coming back to stay! Thank you Henri and Ivan for your hospitality!

What an absolute gem! We booked this very last minute having found our booked accommodation was not up to par. We arranged early check in to maximise our time here. Being just the two of us it was idyllic having the place to ourselves. The villa and terrace are perfect, Henri and Ivan that look after you just want to make your stay the best it can be, nothing is too much effort. The attention to detail is just what is needed to take somewhere you're staying from a place to stay to a homely welcome. Wish we had longer here but I'm sure we'll be back. This home is Amazing! I rented it out for a photoshoot trip and had to house 6 people and make sure everyone was happy, comfortable and well fed. The management team was Incredible and the rooms were So comfortable. The terrace was perfect and I only have amazing things to say about this space. We also needed some location advise and Henri was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. I Highly recommend staying here with a group of people and personally cannot wait to go back soon.

The house is huge and magnificent. We have 6 people for our group and the house provides more than enough rooms for us to sleep. The view is spectacular, especially on the living room and the terrace. AC's are installed for every bedrooms, living room, and dining area. Fully stocked toiletries, towels, etc... Very large and brand new washer and dryer. What make this place special is its location which is in the old town. Driving to Cannes and Monaco is less than 30 minutes. Going to the beach takes only 5 minutes by walk. Our host, Henri, is very quick in response to our inquiries. We love this place. Definitely a 5 stars stay for us. Highly recommend for everyone going with large or small group. Will book this place again next time we are in Antibes.

I highly recommend this property! We were so pleased with this apartment! It's beautifully done with 3 bedrooms and their own bathrooms and just perfect for our girls trip to Antibes! Every room with a TV, it's own A/C settings and wonderful bedding and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking wonderful food from the daily open air market that is a block or so away! The living room and deck were great for hanging out and the view was beyond compare! We were expecting a beautiful place based on the website pictures but the reality took our breathe away! We were met by Ivan and he gave us a tour and details about the apartment as well as great recommendations for restaurants. He was a pleasure to work with! Antibes was a great place to stay and we loved exploring the many streets and shops and the food! :) We are already talking about a return trip in the future but will definitely need to book way ahead as I'm sure it will get booked up! Our family of 4 enjoyed just over a week at the house. We also had my parents stay a couple of nights and there was plenty of room. The interior has recently been renovated to a high standard with 1st class appliances throughout. The roof terrace offers incredible views and the hot tub makes it extra special. The location of the house is also fantastic, every morning we were steps to the fresh market, coffee, pastries, supermarket and more restaurants than you can possibly visit during a regular vacation. Our (outsourced) hosts were for the most part responsive and friendly. The owner stopped by to greet us and was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful with advice for places to eat and spend time with the children. We found that with our 2 children being under the age of 3, the layout of the property was a challenge and one that we had not anticipated - lots of tiled stairs that are a hazard for babies and toddlers. For families with older children (4+) however this would not be a problem. All in all a stunning house with incredible views. Antibes is also an incredible destination and we hope to visit again in the not too distant future. Thank you Henri and his team for taking such good care of us from the time of booking to the return of our deposit.

I couldn't recommend this property highly enough - it's absolutely the perfect way to experience Antibes. My husband and I stayed at the Maison Baieta for 3 weeks this spring, and it was simply wonderful. We have spent time in Antibes many times before, and this property truly offers the best that Antibes has to offer. We spent much of our time on the magnificent terrace, the largest in the area, steps from the sea. The apartment is a 2 min walk from the Old Town and daily market, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and steps from anywhere you might want to go in Antibes. The design of the apartment is contemporary and newly renovated, with all amenities you might want. The beds are extremely comfortable, which is a huge plus for me. Ivan (property manager) was very kind, helpful and available whenever we needed anything at all. Not only will we be back, we've already booked another trip for later this year! Henri is great host. Very warm and friendly. He arranged our pick up from Nice airport. Had champagne organised to welcome us. The flat is in a very nice quiet locality. has a couple of cafes around. It is very close to the beach. As far as the location is concerned it is very central from all the places to visit. I had a great stay at the apartment and will definitely come back here whenever I am in Antibes.

Maison Baita is a beautiful and great place to stay in Antibes. The home is spacious and near great amenities. Needless to mention the spacious home has gorgeous views of the sea. In addition Henri is a great host with lots of attention to details. You will feel at home away from home. Henri is highly attentive to your needs. You will not be disappointed.

The cleanest House I've been to on Homeaway. Henri had a quick response with fast booking. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. The house had everything you would ever need. Henri was a great host who answered all of our questions. The house was lovely and very clean. Perfect location for exploring the "côte d'Azur" - very easy to walk to the provencal market and the beach. Wonderful view from the terrace. We appreciated the free wine bottle!
