Lovely clean caravan, sea view. Comfortable beds, clean soft towels, plenty of tea and coffee. Very relaxing stay thank you.

Modern very comfortable and warm caravan. Loved the the size of the living room and layout of the whole caravan which is well designed. Great view of sea (and beach at low tide) from large front window and from the decking. Loved that the metal tables and chairs and decking matched the caravan. Plenty of tea coffee and sugar left for our use. Excellent information in the Parkdean Connect folder. Comfy double bed in a surprisingly spacious main bedroom. Hot shower in a bigger than expected shower enclosure. Instant hot water from bathroom and kitchen taps. Clean carpet and bathroom and kitchen. Excellent reception from TV channels they were clear. Nice little dressing table and stools in the bedroom next to a socket next to a mirror ideal for using supplied hairdryer.
Wi-Fi not available, disconnected. Hubby not impressed that both our phones and my tablet couldn’t find the hub even after rebooting it. Sofas stained had to sit on a duvet. Some plates were dirty, plastic plate should be in the bin. What3words took us to about 4 caravans away. Kitchen tap dripped and moved around when turning taps on and off, could flood kitchen in time if not tightened.

Beautiful caravan by the sea.
Great room and spotless.
The decking was great for my 3 year old to play, and the living area is very spacious.
Would be happy to book this caravan again and know we all enjoy our break.
9:30 am check out is early for a Sunday, but we understand.

I loved the view of the sea when I looked out the window. Bed was lovely and comfortable.the caravan had all the essentials.

Beautiful caravan and facilities on site excellent for family.
Prices were steep for 2 nights and also was expecting the caravan to be right next to the sea not behind other ones blocking some line of site however was still a nice view

Perfect position. Caravan was superb. Open and spacious, lovely outside private raised decking to watch the sun come up. The owner had left lots of little supplies throughout the caravan, totally spotless, crisp bedding and towels, very home from home.
The toaster didn't work and the owner had one delivered by argos within 24 hour, superb service. Took my dad who has Alzheimer's, it was perfect for him, located straight onto the coastal path for his little walks.
Also the neighbours were lovely.
Can't wait to return, came home totally recharged.

Location was perfect. The caravan is not front row, as we thought by the picture's, but the second row. We still had a lovely view of the sea. Good communication from the owners.

loved the location of the van ,and the comfy bed, appreciated tea coffee and television and other things like Bin Bags Toilet rolls etc. very spacious, bedroom .....
Pillows in double bedroom need replacing, ,Rubbish bin needs attention,, Kitchen Taps unit Loose,,
and the decking furniture could do with a couple of coats off varnish, looks tatty...,,,overall look of caravan as you entered looks Bland could do with collourful cushions. to give a wow,,,,,,,main bedroom could do with Drawer unit,,,,,,,,,

Perfect location, everything you need is there., clean, well equipped caravan made our stay very pleasant Will definitely come back and recommend 😀
