I loved the peaceful and tidy environment, easy access to transportation with Bus 44 nearby and Bus 9 within 7 minutes walking distance, and the high-speed internet. Pinga and Nick were friendly and responsive. I would love to stay in this place in future as well.

The distance from downtown and the occasional coldness in my room were downsides.

The whole apartment wasn’t cleaned not even once all through my stay, The trash can was over flowing and nobody came to dispose of them, I was even told to go dispose them myself. the bathroom wasn’t cleaned? The kitchen was rusty and pots were rusty and extremely dirty, fridge was overly full and dirty. Rooms were cold as heaters didn’t reach inside the room properly, bedsheets and duvet were old. Curtains didn’t cover the window well. The staffs don’t reply messages or respond to your requests, you’re just left alone to fend for yourself from the moment you lodge till you leave. Overall, it was an horrible experience and a terrible mistake to stay there.

I enjoyed staying in Host 's house peacefully.
I am more careful and look out for crazy situations around outside the streets.

Everything. It's a wonderful place for my family. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Terrence was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s very convent located 18 mins from the airport. Clean rooms ,secure , Tv , accessible bathroom and etc. its in the hood but that didn’t bother me because people don’t bother you it’s a safe and secure property close to food places and corner store.
I’m thankful for how secure it is but all the codes to enter door is little hectic when you have luggage or your phones dies and not being able to enter my room was cold the majority of my stay.

Several roaches inside silverware drawer almost vomited several times in one setting at the shocking disgust. So nasty 🤢, do not book here unless you want to be disgusted and grossed out. Creepy co host, sexual deviant for sure.

The host (Terence) was nice. Affordable cost.
Dirty floor, in the kitchen the slippers stuck to it. Other guests smoked in their rooms, bad smell. Creaking floor. Although early check-in was promised, had to stay outside for 1.5h, waiting.

Everything about the place itself was great, the host, the room and common areas, the security, everything.
Only thing to note is that it's kind of far away from downtown/things you'd want to see and do as a tourist. You can use public transit or drive closer, it's just a bit of a trip, so if you don't mind that, it's a great deal and a great place.

Didn't have towels and the host was unresponsive upon checking in and we were forced to leave our bags at the location without the ability to secure them.

the host is very friendly and the location is good and the room is very comfortable it’s not a big room but I had a good stayed and Terence is really nice host. everywhere in the house is clean, it’s safe area to stay as well.
maybe the neighbor not too quite but it’s not a big deal or bother me too much.

The neighbors & staff are super chill & are understanding. Terrence & the neighbors made me feel comfortable during my stay. The property itself is secure & for solo travelers it is a nice spot if you have things to do in Downtown or if you want to explore the Southside.

A comfortable stay with everything one may need and an exceptional host who is a friendly, easygoing and helpful person. Same goes for the neighbors next door!
Not about the property itself and it’s not up to the host either but the neighborhood is a lively one and it can get loud in the evenings. Nothing too bad but might be a bit problematic for light sleepers.

it was mostly clean and safe but not easy to get to via public transport.
the host didn’t know I was coming and when I arrived I had to call multiple times to get in touch with host. he seemed put out and made me feel quite uncomfortable due to him not knowing I was coming and had booked a room. not my fault but his. then he had to get the room ready as he hadn’t cleaned it. $45 cleaning fee I paid and it it should have been a heck of a lot more tidy and clean.

Lovely accomidation and great value for money. The owner was completely accomidating and made us feel welcome. Very clean space and plenty of room. Even the neighbours were friendly and gave us lots of reccomendations for Chicago. If you want to see authentic chicago, this is the place!

My door didn’t lock properly, although I was offered another smaller room. Also how cold my room was.
