We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. These owners have thought of everything. We really enjoyed the pool. And the location - it’s close to everything. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to everyone and hope to return soon ourselves.

An amazingly beautiful home equipped with all your needs. (And so well organized) Me and my family enjoyed our week stay, this home and property is very well taken care of. You can tell the homeowners take much pride in their home. This home had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was definitely a plus for us in the month of November. We will definitely be returning.

The home was beautiful and had all the necessities. It is located in quiet, clean, family-oriented neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the pool was refreshing. 10 out of 10!

This was a wonderful house and we were first time visitors to Port Charlotte. The home was exactly as advertised and thanks to the detailed binder The hosts provided, we were able to visit a couple of beaches and the restaurant recommendations were also great. Thanks for a great stay!!!

From start to finish, we could not have asked for anything more! Lorrie’s communication was quick and friendly! Thanks to Covid travel restrictions, we had to reschedule our travel on a number of occasions, but Lorrie was extremely accommodating and made the whole process pain & stress free! The villa was everything that could have dreamed of! Extremely comfortably furnished, very spacious & many additional amenities provided, we wanted for nothing! The pool is a fantastic size & depth & there were many fun pool toys to play with. My 9yr old son had a ball! We stayed in August, and the sun hit the Linai from morning to night. It also provided a safe haven from any bugs or lizards. The outdoor dining table & ceiling fans made it very comfortable to dine outside throughout the day. Lorrie’s book of recommendations of things to see/do was fantastic & we had a number of great outings during our stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet & close to the I-75 so is convenient for travel. Cannot recommend highly enough! 5*’s And will definitely be visiting again!

Had an amazing time at this rental - was like home from home - well furnished, bed super comfy, use of beach chairs / umbrellas, pool was nice to chill by some days and neighbourhood safe and friendly. Quite likely, the best VRBO property we have rented. The definition of hominess, practicality, and enjoyment. Penultimate cleanliness (you can tell when even the corners of every room are spotless.) Quiet neighborhood with in range of shopping and the highways.. Stocked with every household convenience and vacation need (including sun block). The best compliment that I can express is that you will feel so much at home that you will never want to leave.

We had a great week at this property in Port Charlotte. The house was clean and very well supplied with everything needed including beach chairs/umbrellas/towels/cooler. Pool was very nice and heated to a nice temperature. Property was convenient to travel to multiple beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would consider this property again if back in the area!

We were wanting to explore this area for a possible longer extended stay in the near future. This house was perfect for that. Very clean and comfortable and right in the middle of a beautiful subdivision, very close to restaurants and attractions. The pool was wonderful - we swam in it every day. Lori's binder of suggestions of where to go was spot on -- we went to many of those places. The last day we traveled 45 minutes North to Siesta Key Beach - beautiful!! We will definitely consider this house again in the future.

All of the 5 star reviews are correct. We stayed during extremely hot weather so we enjoyed the pool every day during the late afternoon. Our hostess provided a notebook that supplied information about the surrounding area that we used as our ultimate guidebook. We were able to have a wonderful getaway knowing that we had such a comfortable place to stay. Thanks to all that made this possible.

The stay at this house were unbelievably wonderful. The house was top notch. Best house we ever stayed in through VRBO. The host is wonderful as well as the next door property managers. Would love to stay in this house every time we go to Florida. Thank you.

Perfect house and a very convenient location to Publix and to I-75 for my many jaunts to Punta Gorda for restaurants and bay front hiking. Owner is primo cool and very communicative without being intrusive. Great pool and very clean. Everything you need is in the house or in the garage. Overall a perfect place.

This property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and has anything and everything you could possibly need or want for your stay! The pool was amazing, the kids swam everyday and loved the pool toys! The BBQ grill came in handy more than once, and the beach things as well. Hands down would recommend this property, and we will definitely be back again! Thank you again for making us feel right at home.

Absolutely the best rental ever!! The home is furnished with absolutely everything you could possiblbly need or want!! The kitchen is fully equipted for any meal, the furnishing in every room were beachy themed and darling. The outside patio, pool arae was amazing. The property manager was very accomadating and helpful. The host of the property were phennomial and gracios!!! Definetly going back.

We loved our stay here - the home was very clean and comfortable. Just the right size for a family of 4 and our dog. The highlight was definitely the pool! We spent most of our time there. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice to have too. Quiet neighborhood (I did worry that my kids were too loud in the pool! Hopefully the neighbors didn’t mind :)) it was nice that we could drive about 30-45 mins in either direction to experience different beaches - all beautiful! The owner had some good recommendations for where to go. She was very responsive, friendly, and professional with her communication. I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Port Charlotte area
