- the expectations were set a lot higher then the reality - at the time of visit the promised parking was not available (they offered other possibilities however a lot more expensive); wifi was not working (we were not informed about this and after asking about it the solution was offered to connect to other wifi but that one was too weak); lift was not working for two days then it started to work; coffee machine sometimes works and sometimes lights red and does not; the first day we could not shower because the water was cold, but later we figure out how to set up the water heater ( there are no instructions to this or AC or coffee machine - you have to just figure it out) - further more the mattresses are so soft for my taste - moreover if you expect some type of luxury based on the description on booking be aware that it is not the case - the furniture is randomly collected, there is no normal wardrobe but rather kallax unit from Ikea and some type of glass wardrobe for photos. The sofa is quite dirty etc. Simply to say, I would be totally ok and happy to stay here if the expectations were not raised so high and if they informed us about those things not functioning in advance and offer us cancelation. It would not be pleasant experience either way but this way we would at least know what to expect and thus the disappointment would not be so high.

Lack of human touch, the same night we arrived warm water got finished, I had to take a shower in cold water.

Near to the former Cabbage Market, it is really the heart of the city, but somehow not very crowded. There are a lot off possibilitiest to go out and have dinner, we especially enjoyed the local cuisine.

Everything was perfect! We definitely go back again...

Central location in a busy pedestrian area in the old town very close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping centres. There was a vegetable market in the square just in front of the appartment building. The appartment is airconditioned, which was very pleasant on a hot summer day. Very clean, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. There is a lift in the building.

Parking on site was not available at a short notice. The hosts helpfully suggested parking garages nearby, but finding a parking spot was still stressful. Would recommend reserving parking well in advance.

The location of the apartment is amazing. The hosts provided us with a code to open a safe and to get the keys. The apartment is clean and spacious.

Parking is with limited availability and is a street parking spot. Not very secure. All the beds were very soft. Its more of a personal preference, but I prefer firmer beds.

The flat is big and well equipped, beds are huge and comfortable.

Bathroom and toilet could be cleaned a bit better.

Bath should be fixed to be used properly (stopper plug wasn't working, so you cannot fill the bath with water)

For the price for how soon after the booking the stay took place, it was fairly priced. Furnishings are spacious and comfy, location is excellent. Additionally, it greatly exceeded other possible accommodations in terms of size. In my eyes, one of the best stays in this city so far.

Only a few minor things: - the refrigerator; its handle is broken, it lacks standing stability, and is overall visibly old and worn down. - the curtains; when I tried to close or open the curtains, the lower curtain bar always fell off. Always. - the coffee machine; the complimentary coffee capsules aren't compatible with the provided coffee machine, they don't fit. - the bathtub; I was so excited when I saw the bathtub! I wanted to try it and get a large bath, but after a few minutes of pouring hot water in, the water suddenly went cold. The supply of hot water wasn't even enough to fill 1/5 of the bathtub, so one must ask, what is the point of the bathtub being there.

Booking.com states that parking is 13 EUR per day in the Velik Špaliček garage. Even if we stay overnight it is 26 EUR. We were charged 30 EUR for 19 hours.

Literally in the middle of everything, super comfy and well equipped, even for bigger groups, family or friends travelling together.

The location was great and the and appartment was spacious, perfect for a group of 4.

The apartment needs a thorough clean!! We moved the sofa a little and there was so much dust and litter under it, shattered glass, old/used paper tissues, iqos from previous guests...the same thing under the beds...spider webs on chairs, stains on the wall around the sinks...It's obvious it wasn't cleaned properly for a long time.
