This is the perfect townhouse for a group, our two families had plenty of room and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing holiday in Orlando. The clubhouse was a hit with the kids and I think they enjoyed the on-site pool and water park more than Disney! We would definitely stay at Queen’s Landing again. Highlights: each room has a bathroom, the unit is so close to the front gate and the clubhouse/pool, and the private plunge pool was perfect. And the owners were very communicative and responsive (and patient!) with all of our questions.

"This was a great place for us to stay . The home is so warm and welcoming . It felt like being at home, everything you needed was available really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. Everything was minutes away Walmart, Supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of places to eat. The management company was great communication was quick. The area was very quiet and relaxation was possible no matter what time of the day. I highly recommend you stay at Windsor hills resort.

A deep clean and maintenance urgently required at this property. Issues raised but no response from property management. Owner advised we should depart within 3 hours which was totally impractical . No effort to attend the villa and resolve matters. Would not recommend this villa until all issues remedied.

We have just returned from an 18 day stay at Queens Landing. The house was fantastic and more than we had hoped. There was plenty of space for us (4 adults & 2 12 year olds). The beds were incredibly comfortable, in fact my husband would have taken it home with him if he could. All rooms had great en suites and there was plenty of closet space and draws for clothes. We also loved the Keurig machine (great coffee). The boys absolutely loved the pool at the house and also at the main complex which was a 2 min walk. Fantastic resort with everything anyone could need and about 10-15 mins from Disney with restaurants about 5 mins away. Laura has been an amazing host and was always quick to respond to any queries. We would book Queens landing again without question. Great house and excellent host in a perfect location.

This was a great trip, great property and awesome host! Very much consider this property for your stay. This is our 7th time to Disneyworld and this was in a great spot.

The location of the townhouse within the resort community is ideal -- it's very close to the community pool and water slides, and it also probably has the most greenery and nature visible from the lanai compared to the other townhomes. This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills. Our hope was to find a place where our kids could swim a bunch, and this resort turned out to be ideal. We bounced around from the townhouse pool to the community pool to the splash area with slides. We feel so thankful for all of the outdoor and swimming time we had as a family. And the house was lovely. I hope we can return in the future!

Windsor Hills is a great community. We stayed at Queens Landing, a townhouse that is walking distance to the community pool. The house itself was clean and fit our family perfectly. The pool and amenities were wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Queens Landing had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the private pool, basketball courts and ping pong. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely adored this home! From its own private pool (covered with screens to keep out bugs) to the water park at the clubhouse to being right down the street from Walmart, Starbucks and all the shopping and restaurants you could need, this place has it all! Superrrrr close to all the parks, very conveniently located, but also feels like the community is tucked back into the palms! The place was very clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans ect! We ended up eating 90% of our meals at the house since it was so easy, lots of space and had all we needed! Saved us tons on vaca costs of going out for every meal! They provide a small welcome kit (small bottle of dish soap, one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, one pack of coffee), sponge, a couple rolls of TP and one roll of PT… which was amazing! I would highly suggest setting up a Walmart pickup order for your arrival date with essentials: Dishwasher tablets Trash bags Coffee pods or grounds (they had both machines!) Washer detergent A pack of TP A pack of PT They also had fresh towels in all the bathrooms and a stock in the master closet of extras. They had a bin of fresh pool towels by the back door too which was super nice! They also had extras stored at the house like a high chair, car booster, car seat, baby pool floaty, ect. We left behind kids beach toys and a pair of googles to add to the collection! The hosts are incredibly responsive, very helpful and nice! We will DEFINITLEY stay here again! Our kids were obsessed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It truly was a home away from home, perfect for my family of five. The property was just as advertised. The communication with the owner was excellent, very thorough. If I had to complain about anything, I would have liked more than one garbage bag and extra rolls of toilet paper. I still give it 5 stars.

We were so pleased with the property. Quick 10min ride to parks . Nice little indoor pool , the complex has a big pool and water slide for the kids. House was super clean and very comfy!! Owners were super friendly and answered all questions I had throughout my stay. Highly recommend to anyone that would like a nice house to stay while in Disney!

This rental was everything we expected and more. Great location and clean. It offered many extra items that we didn’t even think of, and that weren’t advertised. Better than renting a room at a hotel in my opinion.

Property was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. House is located an easy drive to Disney World. Owners were easy to communicate with and you can tell they care about the people staying in their townhouse. Only negative is the house is located on the main road to resort so there is a lot of traffic that can be noisy at times. Other than that I would recommend the property to others and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills, but specifically this property. The owners of the home really care about their guests and have the best communication from start to finish. The property is professionally cleaned and basics are provided to get you started. The photos are accurate - what you see is what you get! The ceilings and beds were much taller than I expected, however, that is not necessarily a negative. We were able to put the pack and play in the master closet for some privacy and our other child loved the room down the hall. We appreciated the bed rails so he wouldn't fall out from his tall bed. The grandparent stayed on the main floor bedroom providing everyone with adequate space and privacy (there is good separation between the floors). We did find out that a raccoon or something like it was trying to nest up in the attic, contacted the owner, and someone came immediately to resolve the issue. The beds and furnishings were also very comfortable. We left an important stuffed animal and the owner helped us locate it and offered to ship it back to my son.This is also a great spot if you have small children because there is both a tall gate AND an alarm on the door to prevent accidental drownings. The pool area is wonderful for kids as well with lots of families and even some free activities provided. The on-site gym was your basic hotel gym. The sundry shop had some helpful items at good prices. The property location made it easy to go back and forth to the community pool when we wanted to be up there. There is also a cute park about a block in the other direction.My only complaint with the community itself is that sometimes it can take a couple of minutes to get through the gate because some people are awful at scanning their barcode to open the gate. Usually the guards will come over and help if a line starts to develop though. In addition, the guards are just there for the gate. We called the guard desk one night because some teenagers were doing some dares on the main road outside of the property that was a safety issue. The guard said we needed to call the local police and provided the number because they do not get involved in things like that. However, neither of these issues would change my review from a 5-star review as they can happen anywhere.All in all we had a wonderful vacation and we would certainly return to this property for another stay! It's located close to all of the attractions.

Stayed with my family while spending the week at WDW. We’ve stayed in the Windsor Hills community for years & this is one of the nicest townhomes we’ve stayed in. Owners are very user friendly, beds are comfy, all of the amenities you could need for a stay!

This townhome was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and a great location. Laura was great to work with. My only complaint is that the landscapers started work quite early and I wasn’t able to sleep in a couple days. The bushes literally right outside the bedroom (touching the bedroom wall) were trimmed at 7am-ish twice during the week. I assume this is not controlled by the property owners though.

Couldn't have enjoyed are time in Florida at Queens Landing anymore! The property was as described and having the corner unit was great for the lanai and splash pool. Our kids enjoyed the onsite waterslides, large pool, and hottub that Windsor Hills had to offer. The location is central to eveything fun and we enjoyed Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, and and airboat ride in Christmas. We were busy and having a nice home to return to and relax for the next adventure was awesome! Thank you Laura for an easy and effortless transaction and minimal check out requirements.

The property is Perfect! It is a great location for our family vacation to Disney. The villa is very spacious and was very clean and was just perfect for us! My family will definitely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I stayed at the property with our 3 kids for a week. We have 2 teenage boys and a 7 year old daughter and we all enjoyed our stay. Our daughter loved the pool at the condo and our middle son, daughter, and my husband and I loved the resort pool. The condo was clean and the owners were super responsive and easy to get in touch with. The unit is on the end of the building go right next to a stop sign which wasn’t too bad but if you don’t like end units that might bother you. It was easy to walk to the large pool and community center if you could drive and park there if needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The stairs to the second floor may be difficult to climb for an elderly person but there is a bedroom and full bath on the bottom floor. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice comfy beds, everything was clean. Beautifully decorated, private pool with gate and alarm in case the little ones open the sliding door, Very close to the club house where a family with small kids can go to a awesome water play area with pools and water slides and very close to a Walmart and great restaurants.

Lovely, clean property. Beds super comfortable. En-suite bathrooms with each bedroom exactly what we 5 ladies needed. Great shopping nearby, good restaurants...very enjoyable experience.

We had a great time at this property. It’s in a great location and in close proximity to the community pool area. The place was very clean and cozy. I have two suggestions that could help future renters though, you are only given one 13 gallon trash bag so we had to buy more since one bag was not enough for 5 people over four days. Also, we blew a fuse due to two people using hairdryers in two different bathrooms. It took a while to find the fuse panel (behind the framed chalkboard near the round table) to reset the breaker. It would have been helpful if that information was provided.
