Lovely house in a fantastic location. Sara was really responsive and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here - we hope it's not our last time!

The house was lovely, clean and well equipt for a self catering weekend. (We loved the outside shower which has the bonus of hot water!)
It was a fantastic location just tucked behind the shops, pubs and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to New Quays beautiful beaches.
We had a great weekends stay here.

Very relaxing holiday. Conveniently close to the front and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

The property doesn't live up to the images portrayed in the photographs. The twin bedroom in the attic is not fit for purpose as the staircase hasn't been altered to accommodate living accommodation so there are low beams on the staircase that you have to bend to avoid. Beds are uncomfortable with old matresses. Fridge doesn't work, freezer door is missing. Old furniture that is badly painted on the outside and no paint on the inside, hence it smells unpleasant and wouldn't be nice to store clothes in. Old and battered electric heaters on the walls that looked dangerous to use, so consequently we didn't, which meant we had no means of drying clothes during what was a fairly wet stay. The outside area that we were looking forward to using had treacherous steps without a hand rail in areas, and was fairly weedy.
On a positive, the house is in a great location. The owner responded positively and quickly to get a leak fixed.

We had a lovely break in this great house. Close to the beach and easy access to the bars & shops. The house has everything you need for a break in New Quay. Comfy beds and windows that open wide to allow you to take in the stunning view from all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom perfect. We managed to park both cars on the road outside for the whole break. We had a lovely time & great communication with the owner, thank you

Had a lovely weekend at the property with parking outside the door. Lovely terraced garden with great views from the top level. The property had all the facilities you need although we did not eat in over the weekend so did not try them out. Would recommend.

Really can’t fault this beautiful stylish property in the perfect location for the beach, pubs and lovely restaurants. All ages loved the house which had everything for our stay and more, we’ll definitely be booking again!

The cottage is beautifully styled and furnished and was spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches such as cake and milk were provided along with hand sanitizer and Neals Yard toiletries. Although it was only the 2 of us this time, there is plenty of space for a family with a pretty attic room for children ,although you would all have to share one wc/bathroom. The bathroom is gorgeous with a luxury shower. The cottage is set back a little from the harbour and within 5mins walk of shops and restaurants .The coastal path is also easily reached. We had a wonderful break and would highly recommend staying here

This property is brilliant, so light and welcoming with loads of space, along with a well equipped kitchen (lots of pans/dishes and sharp knives!). A lot of thought has gone into making this house suitable as a holiday let. I would thoroughly recommend it!

Sara responded speadily to emails and was great when we locked ourselves out. We managed to park 3 cars along the street opposite the house. Brilliant position, just a few minutes walk from beach, port, shops, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a lovely garden. Had an amazing weekend, which went too quickly. Would love to stay here again. Many thanks Sara, especially for the treats on arrival.
