The house is well used. Scuff marks on pretty much every wall. Fallen down art work and mirrors. Large hole in 1 door. Oh and the heat didn't work. Radiant heat but not turned on before our stay so they said it would take a few days to heat up and gave us space heaters. But it is a house with a nice view and good walks around it with lake view. Has all kitchen utensils needed which is convenient.

We found this place to be very convenient to Deep Creek State Park and activities on the lake. House was very comfortable.

TV didn't have many channels but we had a robust so my sons could watch their football games. Also not enough forks for 12 people but we bought plastic forks for our Thanksgiving dinner. The last thing was no sheets for the futon in the master bedroom, definitely need a set for that. These weren't major things but they need to be addressed. We will definitely book this place again.

It wasn't too far from food and stores and the neighborhood was very quiet. Other than a few pieces of furniture being in a different spot, the house was what the pictures showed. Unfortunately someone turned the heat down extremely too low before our arrival so we were freezing for the first night. The staff was very accommodating and eager to help with the situation; they brought us quality space heaters and we were able to build a fire. The only downfalls for me, beyond the heat, were the refrigerator ice/water maker feature not working and the jacuzzi tub in the master suite that caused the water to turn old bay orange once we turned on the jets. Other than those things, we had a lovely relaxing time and I would love to return to the area. The weather went from extremely cold to freezing rain to 60 degrees to snow when we checked out so we mostly ate out at restaurants we found on 212 or hung out by the fire in the house and played games.

The house seemed great online, but was EVEN BETTER IN PERSON! The rooms were perfect size, open floor plan allowed us to spread out and play games without being cramped. The house was not too close to the town attractions so that we still had beautiful scenery, but not too far away where driving into town for coffee in the morning was a nuisance. Will definitely be recommending this house to others as well as keeping it in mind for future stays.

House was clean and located near all Deep Creek activities (boating, jet sking, shopping restaurants waterfalls, walking trails, fishing, ski resort, etc.. Plenty of privacy for its location. Feel like we really lucked out having never been to Deep Creek. Its in a cute neighborhood that you feel comfortable/safe to take bike rides or walks in. Would definitely stay there again.

Amenities were all provided as well as guest towels in each of the bathrooms and free WiFi. The location and environment was perfect for our dog's who constantly ran outside on the large deck and open yard. Our children also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit each night of stay. However, one major problem we ran into was with the master bedroom. The room contained very large windows with no curtains. At the crack of dawn, the sun would immediately hit the bed and continued to shine throughout the day. This also meant the temperature of the room would be slightly hotter than the rest of the house. Aside from this problem, the house was great for our families and added to a great vacation experience.
