We had a great stay at this house. The communication with the owner was top notch, the house was clean and comfortable, and the beach was perfection. We can't wait to come back.

This was our 3rd summer staying at LBI (1 week, 2 weeks and this year 3 weeks), and this was by far the best time we've had. The house was great - even better than when we saw it for the first time last November. Plenty of room, clean, fantastic location. Randi is amazing as a host - any minor thing that needed to be fixed was taken care of immediately, and any time we had to lay out money for something (a new beach umbrella, a shower caddy for the master bathroom), we ordered it from Amazon and she Venmoed us the money immediately. She made us feel so welcome in her home and it helped us enjoy our stay immensely.

Everything was great! Randi was a pleasure to deal with. The home was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything from bedding, towels, kitchen & bathroom supplies to beach chairs. A beautiful property located sooo close to the beach. Everyone (including the dogs) loved it!!!

The house and outdoor space is spacious , stocked with everything you could possibly need to insure a great time. Close to beach and to a variety of eating venues. We had a wonderful time!

I don't know where to start....... Randi has created a home that is charming, clean and super comfortable. Sheets, bath & beach towels, toiletries, paper goods, beach chairs AND beach tags were all available for us. This lovely home was a stones throw away from the beach and from the two outside decks you can gaze both the ocean and the bay. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and tequila in the evening off those decks : ) Randi is a remarkable host, attentive to every detail and extremely responsive. In our over 40 years of annual LBI vacations this one, was by far, the best. Thank you Randi! K & R

Property was great. Wonderful location as we were in area for wedding at brant beach yacht club which is just a few blocks away. Beach is lovely and so close. Communication with Randi was so easy and always quick to respond! Terrific trip!!

We had a great time at Brant Beach. Randi was AMAZING to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfy and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Randi!

Perfect location right next to the beach. Very stylish home. Beautifully decorated. Great property for a family. Two of the 4 bedrooms had bunk beds plus a single. Three bath rooms, two showers one on the main level. Plus an outdoor shower. The garage area has been converted into a fun room. It had a ping pong table even an extra refrig. The owner is amazing. She provides thick towels, sheets and little extra's in case you forgot something. She also, checked in with us through out our stay. And, lastly its a pet friendly house.

This home was a perfect get-away for my family. The home is adorable, a perfect location, and extremely comfortable for a family. The owner is extremely kind and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this rental to others.

One of my kids needed to attend virtual school and my husband needed to work part of the week and we had no issues with the internet (although we did have to get a little creative with furniture to use as "desks"). The weather was amazing, so we got out as much as we could, but the house was perfect for lounging and watching movies or reading. The kitchen was well-equipped, the house was very clean and Randi was a wonderful host. We can't wait to come back during the "on" season!

My family and I had a wonderful time here at Randi’s beach house. The house is exactly as described and includes many more amenities that the owner does to make your stay even greater. You are steps away from the beach and the corner market deli featuring all types of food. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

There should be more stars for the communication between the owner and us. Randi was amazing; easy to reach and quick to respond. The house was perfect! The yard is enclosed so if you are wanting privacy it's there. We played corn hole and shot a few hoops. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck, cooking and just enjoying the ocean breeze. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The large screen TV was perfect for those of us who don't have great eyesight! Everything we needed was handy in the kitchen. The washer drier was easily accessible and the hose near the door was perfect for getting rid of sand and dirt before entering the soft rugs on the stairs to the main floor. We'd like to know the brand of pillow in the queen room and the bed in the master bedroom. So comfortable! I could really go on and on about the house but will stop here. We had a lovely vacation, the house was CLEAN and I highly recommend it. Thank you Randi!

Randi’s beach house was perfection! Just as easy as checking into a 4 star hotel...She provides everything you could think of. The house is less than one block from the beach, 2 fabulous decks and all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed a week with another family and had a really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was responsive and communicated well before and during the trip. The ping pong table had broken before our stay and she was able to have a new one delivered and set up within 24 hours. The proximity to the beach could not be beat and the house was well-equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella. All in all, a great house.

I recently booked this home for a beach getaway for my family. We had an absolutely incredible time. Everything about this house exceeded my expectations. I normally travel for a living and I was extremely impressed with all of the accommodations this property provided. In addition, the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beach getaway. I will definitely book this property again!

The house was perfect for 2 families. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved that sheets/towels were provided and I did not need to make beds as soon as I arrived! Great location only steps to the beach! And my kids loved playing basketball in the back yard.

We rented the property to attend my son’s wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house was super clean and actually was larger than the photos make it appear. The master bedroom/bathroom on a different floor was the perfect get away—with a beautiful spa bathroom and separate patio. The owner provided us with a welcome guide that answered all of the common questions and also shared popular restaurants and things to do during your stay. Do not hesitate to rent this place!
