Great location nice apartment

Good location.

Cold shower water first morning of our stay. Plumber had to come by to fix it. Apartment was quite cold upon arrival. Some wall radiators did not work. There were some mobile ones, but the one for the living was too small to heat that area properly.

Great location, close to Euston, Regent St and Oxford St. Spacious apartment. Quiet, very nice area of London.

Showers weren’t the warmest.

Great location - quiet street yet close to the Tube and restaurants/grocery shops. Liz was kind and considerate to let us have an earlier check in as we had a long flight. Plus she was amazingly helpful to all my queries prior and during my stay.

Just a bit late check in

The rooms are spacious with a wonderful bed and big closet. We slept very well. The neighbourhood is quiet, only on Saturday evening the bedroom next to the living room had some noise complaints from the street. Other than that, we all slept like babies. There is not much to see, but the flat is close to supermarkets and multiple subway stations. There is an elevator and a dishwasher for your convenience. Bathrooms were clean. Liz is truly amazing and quick to answer your every question. We never saw her, but still everything went surprisingly smooth. She guided us well, from the luggage storage app to the key pick up and the garbage disposal. Recommended.

It is impossible to shut the door quietly and the wifi wasn't great.

Fantastic location. Very relaxed neighbourhood. Walking distance to everywhere. Very comfy beds and bed linen. Everything lovely, new and clean. Lovely bathrooms. Felt homely. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.

As its situated in very central London there is some noise from the outside, however the street the apt is on is quiet.

Excellent location. Clean and well equipped property.

The location is great, three separate rooms, the kitchen is brand new (not used though, just the fridge), earky check-in was possible and the TV has Netflix.
