We had a great time and the condo was wonderful! We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning :) but got fans out and opened the windows and doors and it cooled down. The pool and hot tub were always very busy so we weren’t able to enjoy that. Wish there was a hot tub on the property, that would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!!

resort fees, cleaning fees, processing fees, resort taxes add close to 30% to your overall cost of your stay so consider that when booking...not a ski in/ski out on this unit. the walk in boots and skis is a little hike from the unit to the chair so just be patient and take your time. Overall a nice new mountain/rustic unit.

We loved our stay here- lots of room for our family of 6, comfy beds, and a good location! The only thing missing to make it perfect is a hot tub:). Ski lift within walking distance though we chose to drive due to having little kids in snow boots. Property manager very responsive and flexible when we asked to check in an hour early.

This is a perfect Covid rental. The townhouse has direct entry, and it's a 7 minute walk to River Run Gondola--no need to get on a shuttle bus. It's close enough to go home for a lunch. The property is well cared for and well stocked. In the morning, look for the sweet little fox sleeping under the tree right outside the bedroom window. We highly recommend it!

We had kids at ski school in both locations and were easily able to walk to both or take the shuttle. The gondola is also easily walkable, especially if you pay $5 to store your skis there. This property was beautiful, spacious and well appointed from the kitchen to the linens. Plenty of room to spread out with 6 adults and 2 kids. I would say the only thing we really missed was a hot tub on the property, especially after a long hike. The hot tub isn’t convenient and the pool is very small. With Covid-19 it and it’s limits, it was impossible to get a time slot to swim, even days in advance. So, a hot tub on site would be a terrific amenity. Other than that, we would most definitely stay again!!!

The townhome was very nice and convenient to all amenities. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Beautiful property and furnishings, couldn’t have been nicer

Love the property and was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time lounging in the family room and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three boys.

This property is brand new, modern and exactly like the photos. It overlooks the mountain, is very clean, has some games, was VERY comfortable for our family. The owner was very responsive & when we had an issue & called the management company they fixed the problem right away. However, this was our 3rd time in Keystone and we should have looked closer at the fine print. We have 2 young kids and it was quite a walk to ski school. The red wagons are convenient (when you are able to snag one) but when pulling 2 kids and gear, got very heavy. Also, the listing heavily advertises a hot tub and pool which in my opinion is extremely misleading. The pool hot tub is NOT in the complex, it’s in the Dakota, which is a building about a 5-10mi walk in the village. Which you would never do in freezing cold temperatures and with little kids. This is a huge deal for my kids, as they LOVE the hot tub and pool when we go skiing so it was an enormous disappointment. The only other thing of note is that the master bedroom is upstairs and the kids bedroom is downstairs on first floor where you enter. You just have to be comfortable with that. For the price, next time we will probably stay right in the village but if the price reflected the location and lack of pool/hot tub, it would definitely be worth it!

Property was exactly as advertised. Very convenient location and comfortable home. Everything you need for a relaxing stay with very comfortable beds . We will be back soon !

This property was perfect for our Christmas in Keystone! The house was warm, open, and well equipped. The views from the second floor were amazing. The house is in a great location-just a short walk to the gondola and to the village. It had everything we could possibly need to feel at home over the holiday. April was great. She answered all of my questions and concerns with an immediate reply. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again should we go back to Keystone.

Our stay was perfect! The property has every amenity you can think of and is very comfortable for families. It was cozy, clean, and close to shops/restaurants. Coordination and communication with the manager was extremely easy and she was helpful. I would definitely stay at this home again.
