Location is ok

The apartment block was full of school children, so it was very noisy, right through the night. Not a single night without being woken at 3 or 4 am with shouting. We were left clean sheets to make the beds, but a duvet that hadn't been changed and had horrible stains on it. Not acceptable. I've stayed in dozens of apartments in SN, this was the worst.

It's a great resort - the bars and restaurants are reasonably priced.

The ski pass is expensive at EU57 to EU60 per day.

Free parking in the garage. 300m walk to cable car, shops and bars. Super warm apartment with floor heating and easily adjustable for nights to have a cooler sleeping temperature.

Hot water pressure was turned down somewhere, so it was hard to adjust and taking shower wasn't comfortable, but still doable.

good cleaning, warm , if someone would like to use the kitchen it’s ok, has everything for make your meal

the stuff service or the office is to much far ! they said it is not, but when you just coming by the bus with all luggage you have to up to the mountain like 200 metres by steps , to the apartment but then nobody will met you , you have to come to their office for pick up the key! which is 100 metres up to the mountain by steps. so, it is very uncomfortable, they don’t do service , they just rented a property . another shocking ruls, at the check out , that we have to clean everything rubish even we have to take out ours bedding , my kids asked me, n then what we paid for ? also they took 150€ for some damage, they said it will be returned in 5 days after check out. I hope , I will recieve it back ! still didn’t

Super fast check-in even when it was a bit late in the evening. Super efficient friendly and helpfull staff. Great location near the slopes 5 minutes walk Room was already warm and you were able to cook. Covered Parking was available and safe

For our room (cheaper) couples needed to sleep in a sofa but its not unconfortable at all

Location, Parking and Wifi - the three positive words

Apartment is advertised as non-smoking, but the smell is just everywhere. Cleaning lady tried to help us as much as she could, but the smell has really soaked in some places. And to round off our stay, we had some bed bugs experience, with family members going home with itching sides and backs. It makes me wonder if blankets are washed/changed at least a few times a season, or is it just sheets that are replaced.
