We loved staying at the Bradenton Beach club. It was an awesome place and fit our family perfectly. So easy to get to the beach and the pools. I would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island. The property was above our expectations, the layout, space, laundry, seating and the plentiful about of beach/pool supplies. We will definitely visit again.

Great location. Had a blast!

We had a perfect week and the location played an important role in that. The house was well equipped with a variety of beach items. The beach access was ideal. The pool was directly across from this unit. In addition, the bayside boardwalk was an easy step away as well. We could enjoy sunrises on the bayside and sunsets on the gulf side. It was easy to stop back for afternoon siestas away from the heat. The area of the beach seemed less busy than other spots, too. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. 5 stars all around. The user guide was very informative, and access into the unit was simple for multiple people with the key lock. The management was accessible via text and we were thankful for the built-in damage waiver as we had a minor accident with something breaking in the house, but it was covered by the security damage fee. It felt like everything was thought of in advance on how to make a rental an easy part of the vacation. We would book again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property! The location was excellent; so close to the beach and even closer to the pool. The townhouse had everything we needed and space for all of us. We especially loved the sunroom - so comfy and cozy, even during a rainstorm! Plenty of beach toys and chairs available too, the kids loved picking different toys and floats to try.

Towels plenty and nice ones, beach supplies were very plentiful. Wagon great to have. Beach towels plenty for 8 like beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked but not with seasonings. Beds were great and anything we needed communication was available and responded quickly.

The house was clean and perfectly located. It was super close to the beach and the pool is right beside the house. This was great with two small children. The unit has tons of beach toys and chairs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and when speaking to the staff, they were all wonderful. Will stay again!!!

I had a fabulous week with my group of friends at Bradenton Beach Club 225! The condo is adorable, impeccably clean and laid out for entertaining. The location across from the pool and steps away from the beach and the bay was fantastic. Within 2 minutes we able to walk to see both the sunrise over the water in the am and the sunset at night. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals, even a grill! The furniture was stunning and comfortable. I will stay there again!

Location, location, location!!! This is a fabulous property located walking distance to the beach, bay and pool. It had all of the amenities you could need on your AMI vacation and more! The furnishings have been updated beautifully so it's even better than the pictures! I'd definitely rent again!

Our family of six were comfortable here. There are six chairs at the dining table as well as six chairs in the screened lanai. Location can't be beat! You can see the beach from the lanai and master bedroom. The free trolley stops nearby on both the north and south routes. There's a working elevator to help you get your items up and down the stairs. Bedrooms are spacious Closets are large The garage is HUGE and comes stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

The is a beautiful condo in a great location. It was only a block from the beach and right across from the pool.

We loved our stay even though we had limited time on the beach due to the ongoing effects of Red Tide. I had written to the property manager, prior to going, about the impact of Red Tide and its status but never heard back from them. Calls to the office to request maintenance services were readily answered and the receptionist was very friendly. The Unit (225): The unit itself was wonderful. It even had an elevator which my grandchildren loved. The furniture and appliances have clearly seen better days and are in need of replacement. as are the linens. Property description: The property description is relatively accurate, however, they fail to mention that one of the two pools is across the street and is very small... It did not appear to be large enough to accommodate the guests in that building, let alone additional guests from across the street. It would have been nice to have been told where to access the beach and how to unhinge the gate. I eventually figured it out but it would have been nice to have had the information and skipped the problem solving piece. I was under the impression that there was a basketball court either on the property or nearby. That impression was reinforced by the picture on the Echo of young men playing basketball. I looked for the court for five days and never found it!! Very disappointing for my grandson. Recommendation: I would absolutely recommend this property and would consider returning there again in the future. JUST BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THE RED TIDE!

Absolutely the best experience. From ease of rental to checkout- 100% perfect.

This was our first time staying in this particular home in BBC. It was directly across from the pool, and was clean overall. I would agree with some previous reviews, the ice machine is still very temperamental (sometimes it works, and sometimes it gets jammed), the kitchen sink still is very touchy and leaks if you don't have it in the "right" spot, and there is mold in the cabinet under sink upstairs in the bathroom. If management gave these items some attention, the home would be perfect. If you are looking to cook while you are staying, you will have to buy storage containers and/or zip lock bags. During our week stay, there was literally 1 container with a lid that you could store food in the refrigerator. The check in/out process is completely automated. The pool was great and directly across from the unit, there were toys, rafts, beach chairs, and beach towels available. We bought our own umbrella because the two that were at the home were broken. We love staying at the BBC, and had a wonderful week!

Love BBC easy access to the beach and bay. Kids enjoyed the pools as well as the beach. Wish we had the locker use for the beach chairs but overall enjoyed our stay. No red tide in AMI!

Great location! Condo is across the street from the larger pool and short distance from the beach. Condo was clean, neat, and nicely decorated and had lots of beach toys.

The patio had an old hamburger bun so not the cleanest also faucet in kitchen hard to turn off and guest bath faucet spins but we had a blast this is just to make mgmt aware so that they can make improvements

The condo was great. Just as pictured. Nicely updated & very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was right in front of this condo which made it great for running back to make lunch. A short walk to the beach, & what a beautiful beach! Not crowded in May. Highly recommend this condo.

Third time to this area, second time to this complex. Loved it. Elevator a plus for older family members. Pool is very clean. Complex is quiet and relaxing. Condo clean and well decorated. One comment 10 am is a bit early to check out. Hope to rent again.

Nice place nestled 1/2 a block from the beach. Everyone we met was so pleasant. The pool/hot tub area was clean and a great place to hang out.

My family and I had a wonderful mini vacation. 225 Bradenton Beach Club was a beautiful property in a great location. What made the experience even better was dealing with Sea Breeze Vacation Rentals. Adrian and the staff were wonderful. They did everything possible to meet the needs of my family. The booking process was easy; Checking in/out was uncomplicated; And communicating (via e-mail, text, and phone) was simple and timely.

I have given your property 5 stars on Vrbo. We had a very good time, and we found your property to be the perfect choice for us. The property is well cared for, and the new pier was appreciated. Personnel were friendly and helpful. I also provided the following suggestions that might be appreciated by future guests. 1) a portable grill would be appreciated as there is none provided by the property 2) the kitchen faucet is temperamental 3) it would be best to change the phone number to eliminate the many calls from debt collectors 4) the ice maker operation is intermittent Good luck with your property in the future.

We had a great time at a very nice place. Pool area was nice, entire property was clean and well maintained. We particularly liked the new pier, and were delighted to see dolphins nearby. A few suggestions for future guests: Refrigerator ice maker was temperamental. Someone should look at this. Some adjacent units had gas grills. This would be a nice addition. Kitchen faucet leaks a bit. This should be fixed. Thanks for a great time!

This property was ideal for our weekend trip. It was close to the beach, right across from the pool and hot tub and had plenty of room and an elevator! Too bad the weather did not cooperate ☹️
