Nice comfortable home with a cool private little pool and outside area. Beds were nice and comfortable and the location was not too far from the CBD.

House could do with a bit of repairs and matinance- needs some old boards replaced around the home and one of the sink"s plug in the bathroom didn't work. It was still very good value for the money and much better than many of the hotel we have stayed in for a lot more cost.

Property was beautiful, CLEAN & exceeded expectations

Location. Size. Pool when heater worked. Master bedroom. Family room. Rec. room....tv, internet, area safety. Cleanliness was good. Not enough towels. But what was there was clean and folded.

There is no barbecue...giant hole burned through bottom. Electrical heater for the pool runs on an unsafe extension cord. Fuse blew leaving house without several outlets. Many lights burned out. Child bunk bed totally unsafe and needs to be removed. Refrigerator ice and freezer section didn’t work. Dishwasher had standing water in it and wouldn’t shift cycles. Had to do all dishes by hand. Fence along one side has broken down and leans into the neighbors yard. Said pool guy came by once week never saw him. Honestly if you have a property manager fire him yesterday. Is your garage renovation to a rec room even legal? Bookings . Com better send someone out to assess this property.

The neighborhood is very nice.

The AC in the game room and the ski ball game didn’t work during our stay. The pool needs a good cleaning. And chlorine.

This house could be super cool if it had an owner who cares. The layout and location are awesome but things are starting to fall apart which is sad (sliding door handle falling off-making it hard to use or lock door, broken skee ball, light switches that don’t work, busted tiles, dirty clothes shoved behind couch etc…)We had no working oven during our stay. THE OWNER KNEW ABOUT THIS AHEAD OF TIME AND IGNORED MY MESSAGES until our second to last day. Even then he offered no apology but left it on us to arrange a time to be at the house during our vacation and wait for a technician. If someone who cared owned this house, it would be ideal. If you choose to rent here cross your fingers that you never need help from the owner. Even tho his profile claims he’s just a call away and he tells you in his opening message that he wants you to have a 5 star experience, nothing could be farther from the truth.
