Nice clean modern house. Was quite large compared to the photos. Probably lacking a little bit in terms of Wi-Fi given the location of the router but only very small complaint about otherwise great stay.

This was a great place to relax with the children- enough space and good set up for relaxing at home, as well as things to do nearby (very close walk through ally way to beach, could have a longer walk or short drive to town). Kids enjoyed mornings in the small garden playing, and it was easy to watch them from the kitchen/ living area. We would stay again, it was great.

Property very clean. Close to IGA , BWS and take away food shops short walk away. Great location 5 mins to centre of town, vicinity peaceful and quiet.

The Annual Busselton Easter Trip, We tried something different this year. What a Lovely House, Great Location, Great Size and Well set-up. Close to the Main hub in town and walking distance from the Beach and Parks. The kids loved it. Had some minor issues the Cleanliness of the floors and the Air-conditioning not working. Communication with the owner was great however knowing before we arrived that the was an issue with the Air-conditioning would of been greatly appreciated as this did cause some discomfort to my Sister-In-Law who is Pregnant. But Overall we had a Great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Busselton.

Was located in a great spot, a short drive to everything. The house had everything we needed, was clean and easy to access. Perhaps keep some extra blankets handy as it was still quite cold at night, and there were heaps of bugs everywhere but thankfully they had bug spray.

Stayed here with my sister and chihuahua rosie was so happy beds were comfortable, house was 100per cent extremely clean.very quite, so close to beach and Jetty,around the corner is a IGA and petrol ⛽️ station. Love how there was a bottle of wine for us on kitchen table. So happy lots of pillows on the bed. Will stay again here next time we come to busselton. Exellent stay,very empressive.10 out of 10

My partner had forgotten some things at the place and the property manager went above and beyond to respond to my email at night and arrange to have those items shipped back to us.
All in all we would 100% recommend for anyone to stay at this property and we would happily book again.

Theatre room. Kitchen was delightful. Beautiful main bedroom with ensuite. Two more large bedrooms with bathroom.
Just delightful close walk to beach and drive to town. Definitely look forward to staying again. Nice welcoming Margs bottle of wine was lovely too. Highly recommend.

Great house great location close to Busselton Jetty very close to the local shops nice open house would recommend to anyone this house we would definitely stay here again.
