This property was immaculately clean and well organized. The unit matched the description and was well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots & pans and plenty of utensils, other than a soup ladle. The toy closet covered it all for beach enjoyment, including kayaks, paddle boards, beach wagons and more. We enjoyed our stay and the location for being on Manasota Key. One thing to consider. There was a fishing boat parked next to our designated spot. It was difficult backing our car out of our spot. The boat also limited visibility when trying to exit, especially to the left of the lot. Along with the trailer sticking out into the lot, it made maneuvering difficult. Other than that suggestion, we enjoyed our stay, being close to Stump Pass and the lovely beaches.

This condo is exceptionally maintained inside and out! Everything was like new. The main reason we chose this condo was we thought it was on the beach and we liked that kayaks, Stand up Paddle Boards and lots of beach chairs, life jackets, umbrellas etc were provided. What we did not realize is you HAVE to launch from the state park that is about a 2 block walk down the street. We mistakenly thought we could launch from our condo. Beach access is not available from this condo. Beach access is only available at the state park 2 blks away or if you are bold enough to cut through another property around the corner that does have direct access to the beach. Condo is absolutely pristine, but location was not exactly what we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean and comfy with nice location to the beach! The property manager was friendly and helpful with questions! We look forward to coming again!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything that was needed and we enjoyed our mornings on the patio. Everything was nice and clean and the towels smelled great (a detail that we always pay attention to). The walk to the beach was a little further than I had expected, but definitely not a deal breaker; and we collected a ton of beautiful shells during the week that we were there!

Understand that it’s not on the water. It is 800 steps to Stump Pass Beach State Park beach and kayak launch. AND you are provided with everything needed for the beach ( towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) and a wagon to take it in! Carts are provided for the kayaks. It’s wonderful! You don’t have to drive anywhere. The bikes are in excellent condition and it’s easy to ride to restaurants or one of the other close beaches. The property was spotless. Kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated with a beach vibe. This is a downstairs unit with ceiling fans, we never needed the AC (temps 70-82). The only downside to this unit is the presence of a large AC unit for the upstairs suite in the outdoor eating space. It’s loud and we didn’t use this space because of it.

Great place! Super clean. Wonderful to have “beach toys” available.

Property was just as described a little dated , but in my opinion the price was way too high for what you got. I thought it would at least have central heat/air not window units that don’t really work.

This property had everything you could think of for a great stay the only one thing that we would change is the noise from upstairs . There must be a table above the downstairs and all you hear is movement of chairs and feet moving and walking. We would suggest you put a rug up in that unit

We really enjoyed our time. The property was a quick walk to the beach. This property has beach carts, beach chairs, sand toys, Kayaks, and Paddleboards. Everything is in good condition and taken care of as well.

Just bring your flip flops and toothbrush. They have thought of everything. We arrived to a well appointed, nicely decorated, CLEAN and comfortable suite. Hair dryer, fully outfitted kitchen and a wonderful back yard patio with grill. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, boogie boards and a bunch of bikes, Sups and kayaks too! Love this place. We'll be back!

Just perfect! Well stocked, super clean and everything you need for a great vacation...and I mean everything! Top quality amenities at every turn and the beach just a minute walk from the house. I'll be back!

Just a heads up to all those thinking about booking this property-it is NOT beachfront property. Images do not show the actual property of the unit but of other units. We had AC units in ours but the central AC (situated right next to the bedroom) runs for the unit ABOVE us. Needless to say, it was running all the time and loud for us. We barely got a good sleep due to our AC and the central AC unit being loud. Address was not disclosed until money was paid. The only good thing was that the "toy box" in the back had the supplies for kids to play on the beach.

Very nice somewhat quiet could hear the neighbors above dragging furniture around last night but other than that all good will return with family in the future

Location location location!!! The property is absolutely gorgeous. All we had to bring was ourselves & grab some groceries to grill out on the beautiful patio after sunset. We ate at the White Elephant Pub our first night. Then at Sharky’s in Venice our second night, and cooked the last two nights. Our first night a sea turtle came up right in front of us to lay her eggs. We put the kayaks in down at stump pass, which is always fun! Went on a dolphin tour & got to see a manatee & the dolphins played with our boat. Each day we went beach hopping bc like I said in the beginning, the location is perfect to do so many wonderful things everyday!! Everything was perfect

Can’t beat the amenities this place provides!! The beaches were quiet and love how the key has a shuttle service. We will be back! Totally worth the drive!

This place was great! Everything that we needed to enjoy the beach was provided. Easy walk to the beach and to the state park to launch kayaks. Comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

The place was small but had nice patio out back. Very short walk to beach or bay. Place is clean and nice. They have bikes, kayak and SUP for your use. Also out back they have a shed of everything your need to go to beach. I would recommend this place to active people, because you do have to put the kayaks on a little cart to get them to place to launch. We also used the bikes for a great ride north on island. We used beach stuff and it was very handy because they have a wheeled basket to take it all to beach. The only con was the walls are thin and the child above us had nightmares and would scream around 3am every night. Reminded us of our days living in apartment. Still you can tell owners take pride in their place.

We had a relaxing stay at beautiful Stump Pass Place. Our suite was perfect, and the surrounding area was beautiful! We look forward to returning soon.

First time visitors to the area and stayed one week. Place was emaculate with updated nice beach decor. Had late check in and a few minor issues and owners were very accomodating and responded right away! Our unit was on first floor with unit above us. Unfortunately could hear renters above us constantly moving around. There is a shuttle for the restaurants which are one mile away. Bikes were comfort style and not always available (used by others already...) very nice rental but would have preferred to have more of a view, back patio was fenced and front was parking lot and road. Otherwise lovely and very well taken care of!

Overall was great. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Only negative was our 13 year old slept on the pull out sofa but it was terribly uncontrollable so had to sleep on just the regular couch. The mattress appears to be too thin and the bars were poking through. Having the use of all the beach accessories was amazing. Cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, towels and more - just perfect!The use of the bicycles was just wonderful and an added perk for sure. We were able to utilize the laundry and even left our remaining cleaning supplies for the next guest. There were guests upstairs from us and you could hear every step they took. But by turning on the ac and fans it helped eliminate the noise.

We enjoyed the clean, comfy accommodations & the beach being a 5 min walk. It was what we were looking for to spend some quality time before our daughter headed back to college, relaxing, quiet & nature-infused! The private back patio with the grill, lounge chairs & outdoor seating was perfect for reading, dinner & a game of cards. The sheets, quilt & towels were high quality. We loved the ease of having beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes & paddleboards (all with carts) at our disposal.

Had a fantastic stay! Short walk to the beach or the bay. The “toy closet” has everything you could possibly need to play in the gulf and bay. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding the bay early in the morning to see manatee, fish, baby shark. We took beach chairs to the gulf side every night for beautiful sunsets. Wonderful communication from the owners. GREAT meals at the Waverly and Lock & Key. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The place is great. The location is perfect. You can ride the bikes to all the Bars, Grille’s & restaurants. The beach is a minute walk & the carts they have for the beach equipment are perfect, you don’t have to carry everything. It was great to have all beach equipment needs right there for you to use. The only down side were the pillows (they were awful) but that is an easy fix. We had a great time. The beach is gorgeous!!! The Waverly restaurant is delicious, & a short beautiful bike ride away, we ate there 4 different times! We had a great vacation!

We needed some time away for the weekend and this property was perfect. All the beach toys and amenities you could want to enjoy your time on the water and on the beach. Clean units and property. Great space to grill and cook.
