Well done

My husband and I stayed here with five18-20 year olds and three 8 year olds and we had a great time. Our kids brought their friends on this trip:) We walked to the famous Home Slice Pizza on South Congress the first night, enjoyed Barton Springs on the second day, and had a boat party on Lady Bird lake the last night. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us, the big kids stayed up stairs and the littles stayed with my husband and I downstairs. The only thing I would ask is that the trees be trimmed over the driveway and the light switches be labeled. Overall the experience was amazing and we made great memories.

Quiet neighborhood and very pleasant easy access home. Great to walk to restaurants and shops on Congress. Yes, the management company / VRBO should disclose that the home next door is under construction. However, the construction noise was minimal and workers unobtrusive and respectful.

We were there for my daughter's wedding and was good space for those staying there. The lighting was confusing and not all lights were working well. Kitchen could be better appointed. Realizing we were not there to watch TV, the channel selection was poor for how much the house cost. Minor details, overall liked the house.

This home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to sleep and lounge around. Kitchen was large and well stocked. The property manager was very generous and allowed us early check in and late check out so we had enough time to decorate and clean. There were good instructions for where things were located. When we come back to town, we will try to book this same home.

To state first: the house is architecturally interesting and pleasing with the original art work and eclectic interior decor. So many rentals are so sterile and cold in appearance. This home was very refreshing. It was large enough for my family reunion. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and parks for the little kids. Having said that, there are some problems, most of which are rooted in the mismatch between a house that states it sleeps fourteen and yet the does not support anywhere near that many. We were a family of 8 adults and 5 young kids....there were only five coffee mugs(!), the dining table was small and had only six chairs and the table itself was metal, very hard and cold and no table cloth or placemats available. There were plenty of towels....but no towel racks in the bathrooms, no place to hang damp towels after showers or have washcloths hanging out after use, which seemed really odd. Several of the closets had supplies stacked in them which gave limited use, particularly the front door closet was so full of boxes of paper goods that we couldn't put our coats in there at all. It would be really helpful if the light switches could be labelled....there are a dizzying array of not very intuitive light switches all over the place. And the two upstairs bedrooms had great beds and mattresses; however the two bedrooms on the main floor each had very not comfortable ones....sagging slump in the middle, poor support, etc. And just of note: I realize that it may not be VBRO or Walker's capacity or responsibility to know but having a major house construction going on literally right next door was very loud and frequently annoying. I probably would have looked for another house had I known of that potential. But I want to be clear, I would wish you to take the mentioned issues as observations that could be improved. The house is lovely, in a great location and we had a wonderful time in Austin!

We were celebrating the holidays in Austin with family and the house was amazing. Our family enjoys walking and the home was perfectly located that we didn’t even rent a car. House was a great layout for 5 adults and 2 kids, more than enough space and the house was very clean and very comfortable Also, mostly everything you could need was provided. I would stay again for sure. Thank you!

We were in Austin for a family wedding. My husband and I, two adult children with spouses and grandchildren stayed at the house. We have stayed there before. Great house, great location - we will be back when visiting family in Austin!

We had an amazing long weekend here on an annual friends trip. Most of us had never been to Austin before, and this rental was in such an incredible location for us. Beyond the location, the house was incredibly comfortable and clean for our group of 10, and we enjoyed cooking meals with all of the provided cookware and sitting in the great backyard. 10/10 we would stay here again if we ever came back!

Check in was easy, great location, and they sent cookies and brownies the first day.

This house was perfect for our weekend in Austin. Plenty of room and the house is well equipped with everything you need to feel like home. We really enjoyed our stay here and the check out process was very easy. Would highly recommend Luxury Walker Rentals in the future.

Awesome house. Loved it!

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to eat and shop. Everything else was a quick Uber ride away.

This home is in a great location for exploring Austin. Easily accessible to S Congress and downtown activities. I loved being able to run from the house to the river trail and explore the region on foot. The kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking a Thanksgiving feast together.

Perfect house for our getaway weekend. We were able to walk / scooter / Uber to everything in 10 min. Would come back.

The ability to pop over to South Congress was so nice and allowed our large group to easily navigate.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The views are idyllic, and the neighborhood is quaint. The location is not far from town and less than 10 minutes from a great Whole Foods. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back again!

Great customer service from property management company! The house was beautifully inviting and in a great location not far from eateries, coffee shops, and shopping! Not to mention, the lake was just a short walk away! Highly recommend!

My wife and I actively enjoyed staying at this property for the weekend. The highlights of this property are definitely the neighborhood and the screened-in porch. This is a short (5min) walk to a delicious donut food truck, and there is a good amount of restaurants within a 15min walk. I would definitely recommend this place in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Austin!

The house is beautiful. Really cool house within walking distance of a lot of good food off of Congress. Gave us a great first experience in Austin.

Even in the midst of COVID my friends and I were able to enjoy ourselves in this house. It is a short walk/scooter ride away from anything you may need!

We had an awesome time here. It was a great property, and had everything we need. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt at home from the moment we walked in. We traveled with our 4 children and enjoyed the location and layout of the house. Super clean, quiet spot with a lovely screened porch and many other very nice sitting areas. We walked to dinners, coffee and shopping. So convenient and super cool. Would definitely stay again.

This house is perfect for us! We loved the funky feel. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything me needed. Perfect location for hanging out on SoCo!
