The Pull out bed are very thin foam, not comfortable. The Bunkroom does not cool like the rest of the house. Overall good stay would stay again but not at the price that we originally paid. The Lookout amenities were very nice to have (shuttle, pool, lake access).

This place was everything in the pictures and more! Out family had a great time getting together, relaxing and spending quality time! It was very clean and staff were always available for questions or concerns. Thank you guys!

Loved the house, kids loved their own space upstairs. Tables and chairs on the porch desperately need replacing. The inside furnishings are lovely. We loved the big dining table. Plenty of places to lounge inside and out. Media room and bunk room let kids spread out when taking a break from the pool across the street. Shuttle stop right out front makes getting to beach a piece of cake even for kids alone. Modern, well decorated, comfortable, well maintained and well stocked. Common grass area behind house is perfect for bags or other yard games.

There were two things to be aware of that weren't too big a deal to mark them down on. One was the fuse box kept tripping for the downstairs bedroom, kitchen, and media room. It was a little inconvenient to have to keep going to the fuse box to reset but overall didn't put a damper on our trip. The second is the vast temperature difference at night with the thermostat. Upstairs heats up way hotter than downstairs. Again, didn't put a damper on our trip just needed to regulate with windows.

The accommodations at Bluewater were fantastic! The house is very spacious, close to the pool, and had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. The Lookout staff was on point and took care of every request within minutes. The access to the lake and the ability to rent boats & jet skis onsite was a hit. Would definitely stay here again!

The house overall was great. Lots of room. Contact with property manager was great. But, we had tons of issues with the breakers. First the coffee maker, then the toaster, and finally the hot water heater went out. All were fixed quickly, but is was just a issue we wish we did not have to deal with. Pools were great. Pick up for my disabled husband in front of the pools was awesome..

Trash and recycle pick up constantly, activities notification almost daily, unauthorized parking enforced, hot tub cleaning almost daily, pools extremely clean, and I could go on. The house was clean and as described and very conveniently located. Kitchen and bathroom and cleaning supplies were plentiful. Quiet time rules were enforced. We had 8 adults and 5 kids between 4 and 10 and they all enjoyed the house and the activities. Vin Du Lac winery is very convenient and their wines and food are good as well as their service. The only suggestions I have is that you might wantto supply a fan as the upstairs bedrooms tend to get a little too warm. Also you may want to consider black out shades for the lower bedroom.Would DEFINITELY return

The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodating. It says it sleeps 20 and it most certainly does. I was worried about girls not knowing each other having to sleep together but there are extra cots I didn’t even know about! The place was HUGE (plenty of dining seating) since we had such a big group.. we did all of our meals at the house and it had everything we needed. 10/10 stay :)

We were a group of teens and parents for a senior trip. Just relaxed and hung out! Perfect place with pool access and large spacious rooms and all the amenities like fire pit and jacuzzi right on the property. Multiple TV screens and areas for different groups to hang out. Weather was perfect and construction was not a bother. Just wished we had noticed the bikes outside earlier. Bring eye masks because shades are not darkening curtains. No cup cake pan, but had everything else like juicer, lots of utensils, pots and pans, hair dryer, cots, etc. No shoes in the house. Thermostat was set unusually high, so check!

There are no room darkening shades in any of the bedrooms or bunk room. This is problematic when it’s light until 10pm and the sun starts to rise at 4am and you’re trying to get small kids to sleep or would like to sleep in while on vacation. Otherwise the house was beautiful and set up well for the four couples/families sharing it for the week. Kitchen had everything you could want for cooking and entertaining.
