Relaxing space

The condo was very clean. The furniture was very nice and kept up. The king bed was very comfortable. I absolutely loved the beach views. We hope to be back again as soon as we can.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray. The condo was spacious, and had everything we needed. The patio was a great place to eat meals and have a few drinks. Communication with the property management was easy. I'd gladly return or recommend to others.

We were pleased with the property. Great location. We had to cut or trip short by 4 days due to hurricane in the gulf brought constant torrential rains -- we were very sad about that -- lost 4 days rent $. If the MST/Br had a decent bed we would have no complaints - but that bed was awful !!

Had a wonderful stay at this Sea Spray unit.

Nicely appointed 10th floor penthouse directly on the beach at Perdido Key. Beautiful balcony overlooking pool, hot tub and sand and surf. Nicely supplied kitchen, appliances, W&D and beddings. Two grocery stores within 20 mins to buy all of your food, drink and coffee filters.

Great place for our family vacation! There is still some work going on in the area and they start pretty early in the morning but overall it was excellent accommodations!

I was rented a unit that had a hole in the ceiling that had yet to be repaired. It was a nightmare from the first day to the last. We had repair men on our roof doing work for the first 5 days we were there and they started at 7 am every day while we were trying to sleep. We had repair men staring down into our condo every day and they starting working on it without any notice to us. This unit should have never been rented especially with the type of repairs it needed. Then we had the bed break on us not once but twice while we were sleeping and it scared us. Then we had a piece of art fly off the wall in the middle of the night and crash and break. Then the people there treated our kids poorly and they closed the pool and hot tub for 3 days of the trip without any notice or explanation. I just had a really bad vacation and I hope no one else goes here and has to go through something like that.

Enjoyed staying. Check in would have been easier if .... Two lock boxes were confusing after our long drive. Instructions should also include that there are three buildings. Overall we had a positive experience.

Condo was clean and well furnished, as described. Beds were comfortable.

Top floor (10) which had a nice skylight and tall ceilings provided for a comfortable setting. Ocean view was great. Condo had everything we needed for our stay.

The mattresses were hard and lumpy, uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t good. And the a/c couldn’t be adjusted to go below 71 degrees. The ceiling fan made lots of noise, so sleeping was always not good.

Excellent 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Pictures are accurate. Management company, Luxury Coastal Vacations, very responsive. Checked on us several times to see how we were doing. Would definitely stay here again

This condo was so great. Comfy beds. Beautiful view. Saw so many dolphins the last morning of vacation. Good weather that week. Will most likely return. Loved having a seashell in my pocket and sand in my shoes.

Great condo. Kitchen is as if the owner lives there! No shortcuts to quality! Gorgeous furniture and decor. High quality. Perfect stay.
