Beautiful home and exceptional communication and host

Everything was great

We were very happy with this comfortable home in Aspen. Lots of space. New, nice interiors. We recommend and would definitely stay there again. Management team friendly and very responsive.

We loved this property! It was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, as it was very easy to walk into town. The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous. The property has a well-appointed kitchen and a nice open feel in the living space. We ate most dinners in town, but could easily have stayed in and cooked. The gas fireplace is nice touch in the living room. There was plenty of storage for our ski gear which kept everything organized. We even got 12” of fresh snow on Day 1…so the skiing was amazing. We’d rent this place again for sure.

Nice and well laid out home. Felt bigger than quoted square footage. Everything was as advertised.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the house! The interior design was beautiful. All the beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. The garage was heated which came in handy when it was snowing. The property manager was superb! Any question we had, he promptly answered. It was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you for having us.

I would absolutely stay here again, the host was a great host, he was always available to answer any of our questions. When entering the home it was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, it was spotless, comfortable, and all accommodations that were needed were there. The location was great and was walking distance to the town.

We ended up leaving early, staying just a little more than half the time we paid for. The location on the map when we booked is a quiet neighborhood, just a block or two from town. The actual location was a mile away, on the very edge of town, just a few feet from the main drag, with constant street noise.

We had a great time and stay in Aspen, hope to make it a yearly thing.

I would have loved to stay at this property but unfortunately they do not give you the contract before you book the property. Once the contract was sent I realized there were many issues like excessive charges for potential damage or extra guests, they mentioned gas in the hallway and if they take you to court you wave all rights to the location of the court. Because the contract was so absurd, I didn't want to sign it. But then they get you on their cancellation policy so they won't cancel it even though they tell you if you don't sign it, they will cancel it. So they ended up charging us for the whole stay. VRBO would not help out at all either. So disappointed with VRBO and how property managers can get away with this behavior.

Great location, views, facility! Arrangements were on task which made it seamless! Definitely worthwhile!

This home was clean and very well cared-for. The on-site caretaker was wonderful and helpful! This property was perfect for our group on our Aspen trip!

This property was perfect for our family birthday celebration. The house was well equipped with everything you might need and was quiet and comfortable. The home is beautifully designed and located in a great neighborhood short walking distance to downtown Aspen along the bike walking trails. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future. Hosts were friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful time in Aspen and stay in this property. The home was very nice and the team was both responsive and accommodating.

The property is just as advertised, extremely clean, spacious and was the perfect accommodation for our family of 7. We were so comfortable, especially the children with the queen sized bunk beds. The upstairs area is so spacious and I love the open floor plan that allowed us to interact and enjoy each other whether enjoying the fireplace or cooking in the kitchen.

Within 12 hours of booking, I realized the mountains were not open at the time of our stay. I immediately emailed, called and put in a change request to stay at a 2 1/2 times higher rate on clear dates. After days of trying to get a reply through calling, emailing through VRBO and texting to a WhatsApp group, I finally got a one answer- “put in a change request”. I said I did and offered my dates. A day later another one liner of “the rates are not the same”. I responded I knew that and then after trying them for the 5th time on the WhatsApp message they responded...”If you need an immediate response, I don’t do changes.” Here I was trying to spend MORE money with this co. and they were very rude when they finally responded. My son and husband then soon after were exposed to 2 positive cases of covid through team sports. We then, having to quarantine them shared this info (along with the number of the hockey director’s contact info to verify) with the company who responded the same again- “I do not do changes.” VRBO tried as well. I am shocked that anyone, let alone in the travel business, is so rude and unaccommodating. I am also shocked that while we needed to quarantine 2 of our 4 family members, they still expected us to stay, recently leaving me a voicemail yesterday asking if we ever came. I would definitely heed others’ advice with mine and really think before using this company. The management is like nothing I’ve seen before. No reason for it, doesn’t make sense and just plain bad business. If you have a problem before or during your stay, I would shudder to think of being in their hands. In addition, they are happy with covid high risk individuals staying in their property. I don’t know how they will respond to this but the review is honest and one other thing, I could not get back any service fees or the cleaning fee because the owner wouldn’t refund anything. Unfortunately I booked too close to get the insurance so I was out of luck.

We had a great stay in this beautiful new modern house. The light and spaces are great and the well equipped kitchen is fun to cook in.

This property was very walkable to the downtown area and a lot of trails.

This property shows extremely well in the pictures and we were very excited for our week long trip to Aspen. The property manager was very responsive to questions. We arrived and immediately noticed a sewer gas/ sulfur smell throughout the entry floor of the house (with all bedrooms on it). We called the property manager who promptly summoned their maintenance personnel. The maintenance person blamed it on the "water" in Aspen but called a plumber to inspect the system. The plumber came poured bleach into the plumbing which made the house wreak of bleach and made it uninhabitable to sleep in the home with our small children. We gave the house a night to air out (note that it has no operable windows that can be opened). We came back twice the next day and found that by the end of the day the sewer gas smell was back and stronger than before. We attempted to air the house out by running the fan on the hood and fan in the heating system. Unfortunately over the course of our five days in Aspen the sewer gas smell remained and the property became unresponsive to our inquiries to fix it or provide a refund. The house was uninhabitable and we unfortunately had to stay in a hotel for our entire trip to Aspen. I would not recommend booking this property ever. It was extremely disappointing.

We could not have found a more perfect space for our family! From the location, the aesthetics, the spacious entertaining area and ease of the entire transaction, we highly recommend this home and look forward to returning soon.
