Poliziano apartment more than satisfies the 3 most important criteria - the right place in the right location at the right price. Beautifully appointed and recently refurbished in a quiet residential area and yet just 5 minutes from the Colloseum the apartment was perfect for us, offering far more space than a similarly priced hotel, with attentive hosts who dealt promptly with any issues we had. We would not hesitate to return.

We would love to have stayed for longer. Maybe next time a certain rock star is in town.

Large flat with two bathrooms, well equipped, clean and cozy. Location is close to the Colosseum and the respective subway station.

We encountered cockroaches couple of times, but this is common there I guess. Ground floor can be a bit noisy in the morning. However, it didn't spoil the overall great experience.

This apartment was very secure. It appeared recently remodeled with excellent taste in amenities and decor. Beds, TV, Wi-Fi, all were excellent. A great bonus it was on the first floor. Very close to great restaurants, Metro, Coliseum , Forum and other major attractions But yet far enough away to get local feel of town.

lighting at the mirror in master bedroom was not very bright. Really had to think hard about what I could write here. In this place it's not easy to find something you don't like.

everything was great, super clean, comfortable, and Paola was amazing and polite host ❤️ She gave us all information we asked, we rate 10 for everything! Grazie tanto Paola!

Maria met us at the apartment to give us the keys and show us how to use laundry and cooktop. She spoke English very well and was friendly. The apt had air con which was essential in August, and was walking distance to the colliseum. Maria made recommendations for local places to eat and visit, as well as grocery stores.

Frequent problems with water pressure and temperature, hosts were helpful in trying to fix it, but to no avail.

We had a great stay at Poliziano Apartment ! Everything is exactly as pictured. All clean and very comfortable design apartment. The location is great (within 100mts to view the Colosseum)! Supermarket at 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended to visit Rome 😘🌹🥂💥

Personally I could not wait any better, we found out in this choice everything, because it corresponds to my needs as easily move and have access to architectural and historical places, easy to be immerse on typical "homemade" restaurants, eat divinely, I recommended to any couple to make these wonderful experiences, I love it. 😘🌹🥂💥
