This was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in! It was so clean and the owners were very nice. Great communication leading up to and during our trip. The beach was being renovated and we appreciated the heads up given to us by the owners. Other people in our group had no idea as their owner never shared that info. Our friends also commented on how clean our place was compared to theirs. The only issues we had was with the city itself. There was some large groups partying hard around the city that resulted in quite a bit of crime for a few days. It was called Panamaniac. The police were on top of it but asked families to not go out at night for few nights and restaurants and bars shut down also. I don’t think I would visit again during Spring Break, but any other time would be lovely.

Perfect location and so spacious. Right on the beach so no having to try and walk a mile through sand. Beautiful. Had so many amenities that others don't have and stayed in touch. If I emailed I got a response almost immediately. Hope to stay here many more times

You can see St. Andrews Bay, the Lower Grand Lagoon, Shell Island the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beaches of PCB for miles. The condo is beautiful, with all the needed things to make for a great vacation. The owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is one to remember. Our vacation at Chace Place was wonderful! Thank you so much for the many extras you provide in your condo for your guests. It was so wonderful cooking in your kitchen. We've never been in a condo so well stocked. In past years, I have always had to go to the store for something that I needed but didn't think to pack. Not the case at Chace Place. I really think you will be pleased with your new dishwasher. We all remarked at how quiet it was. We were also appreciative of your beach supplies. This was certainly a surprise to find a closet full of beach toys! The abundant furniture on the porch was great for eating meals and relaxing. All of us were just amazed at how wonderful your Chace Place was. The decor inside was so nice! We love to travel so it was fun to see your sand collection from all around the world. We have been inspired to start our own from now on. We will definitely be staying with you again when we come to PCB!

We had high hopes when we booked "this condo rocks" and the experience was first class all the way. Warren & Jeannette make vacationing here simple and straight forward. The resort: We loved the location and it's simple access to Panama City. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. The pool was spacious and the hot tube was perfect for watching the sunset. Elevators wait times where minimal and cleaned daily. Now the beach service which is extra was top notch. It was well worth the extra money. Parking made easy with a designated spot and the nice covered garage which keeps your car cool. The Condo: Where do I start? Warren & Jeannette have thought of everything. The beach closet is amazing and is easily an extra 200 dollar value our children eyes where popping out of their heads with amazement. The condo's 330 degree view allows sunrises and moon sets simultaneously it is truly breath taking. The kitchen is fully equipped with ice cream scoop (the most important utensil in my opinion) and all. The furnishings are high quality especially the lazy boy after a long day at the beach was my best friend. It broke my heart to leave. THANK YOU! Warren & Jeannette for sharing you wonderful home with our family it will be a wonderful memory for years to come. Psst my wife is already hinting she wants to return.

great condo extra clean,i would say this condo has the best view from balcony than any condo in panama city,nice furniture,kitchen well stocked,we come down 3 or 4 times a year for the past 40 years. i would say this is the best condo we have ever stayed in.

Warren and Jeannette has went out of there way to make this condo everything you could think of and more. Their customer service shows off by how quick they respond to you, coffee pack ready for you, bath and body soaps, loaded kitchen for cooking, and the decor is amazing. Also, by far the cleanest condo that we have stayed in. Treasure Island is one of our favorites and it was a bonus to come across 1701! We have stayed at Treasure Island for so many years now and this condo is our favorite. Thank y'all so much for making our trip wonderful!

Our stay in 1701 was the best experience we have had in the 5 years we have stayed at Treasure Island. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean when we arrived The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed for the week. Even little extras like dishwasher and laundry pods were provided. Mr. Chace epitomized customer service and was always quick to respond and communicate from the time we inquired about renting the condo until after we arrived home. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for helping make our 2017 vacation the most memorable one yet.

Warren and Jeannette, We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Panama City mainly because of your wonderful condo. It is spacious enough that we all had our own space when we needed it and yet we could all be together and enjoy ourselves over meals, games and sitting on the balcony watching sunsets. The beach and pool are fabulous as well. Your helpful binders for dining and things to do are a nice touch. We enjoyed several of the restaurants you had suggested. Our favorites were Firefly, Salt Water Grill and Runaway Island. Andy's Flour Power and Blue Roof Waffle Shop were both very good for breakfast. We found that going to dinner at 5 avoided the rush and also put us back here on the balcony for sunset. Treasure Island is truly a gem and your unit has to be one of the best. If we return to Panama City we will definitely stay here again. You've thought of everything to make it feel like home!

This condo completely surpassed our expectations. The interior is spacious and pristine. The views of the ocean from the wrap around balcony are breathtaking. Without hesitation, we WILL come back. The owners are wonderful to deal with as well.

This is the second time we have stayed in the Chace's beach home, and we were provided with the perfect vacation spot once more. The condo is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. You can immediately see that they go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Great location and the most stunning views ever! We would most definitely stay here again when we visit Panama City Beach.

We come to PCB every Sept. after Labor Day. We have stayed at Treasure Island on five occasions, staying in four different units, and Warren and Jeannette's Condo is the very best we have rented. So spacious (we invited our daughter, son-in-law and three granddaughters to vacation with us) that we never felt cramped at any time. With a large TV in the living room area and individual TV's in each bedroom each person was able to watch a favorite movie/program when they wanted. The decor is beautiful and very functional at the same time. There is a dining room table for six, a breakfast bar with three stools and a small elevated table for two next to a large picture window. My two youngest granddaughters really enjoyed eating breakfast at that table while watching what was going on down at the beach. Not to mention the large table and chairs for six on the balcony. One evening my wife and I kept the grandchildren while my daughter and son-in-law had a night out by themselves. We used the time to have a pizza-by-candlelight party out there with the grand kids. What fun! This condo is also the best equipped we have ever been in, particularly the kitchen. They have provided every possible pot, pan, cooking utensil, silverware and glassware you could need. The living room has a nice table that you can use for your laptop or tablet. The utility room has a very good washer and dryer that are large plus iron and ironing board.. A storage room full of beach equipment is also provided. The view from the wrap-around balcony is great and the balcony is accessible from the living room and all three bedrooms. Walking distance to good restaurants and easy driving to shopping and other points of interest. I simply told Warren and Jeannette to keep our deposit and apply it to next year because we have already reserved the unit for the same week in Sept. 2016.

We have been coming to PCB from England for the last 10 years and this is by far the best condo we have stayed in. Little things made a difference; dishwasher & laundry tablets, hand soap, toilet rolls and bin bags all provided, also a cupboard full of beach toys, chairs and a wheeled cooler. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, even had a kettle which we have found very rare. Warren and Jeannette were the perfect hosts, providing lots of useful information prior to arrival and checking that all was ok during our stay - much appreciated. The views are exceptional allowing you to watch sunrise and sunset from the wrap around balcony. It has several restaurants and bars within walking distance and easy to get to the marina and St. Andrews State Park. We will most certainly return, thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3 BDR. condo. We couldn't have found a better place. The furnishings were lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated, the views were breathtaking off of the wrap around balcony, we could watch the sunrise and sunset without leaving the condo, & there was no waiting on the high speed elevators. We were convenient to grocery stores, and good restaurants. Our family just fell in love with this condo. I'm sure we will return.

My family and I stayed in "this condo rocks" this past fall. By far, it was the best condo we have ever stayed in while visiting PCB. In fact, we loved it so much, we have gone ahead and booked it for next year! There were 6 of us, and we were so comfortable. The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite place, the views were great, and so much comfort with all the seating. The owners were so easy to work with and so accommodating down to the last detail. It was a fabulous vacation, and "Chace Place" will definitey be recommended to others............

We spent the week of April 7-14th at Warren and Jeanettes condo and had a wonderful stay. This is out 5th trip to Panama City and this was by far the most amazing condo we have stayed in. Treasure Island itself is on the quiet end of the strip and well maintained with fast elevators and attentive personnel. This condo has some of the best views from the 3 side balcony. We were able to view dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles and schools of fish from the balcony. You are also able to see fishing boats leave and return to the marina from the east and north side. The views continue on the inside with a wall of windows. The furnishings and decor are wonderful, the owners have taken alot of time to make sure visitors have what they need during their stay. We couldn't have been happier with the cleaniness and overall accomodations. Warren and Jeanette are wonderful owners who are very easy to work with and a breeze to get a hold of. We will definately be back to stay in this condo in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
