It is not possible to open the windows The TV-channels were not relevant. Too many swedish discount-channels and very few channels from other countries

The house is warm and cozy and has a pleasant kitchen where we had the possibility to meet the other guests. Raymond was great. We got the possibility to stay longer in our room because we came one day later. He helped us a lot and additionally went with us for aurora hunting, nevertheless it was middle of August :-). We would definitely come again to this place. Thank you so much, Ines & Sophie

Everything was nice, so we did like this accomodation. There was nothing to complain about.

It was a perfekt stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was also very comfortable

No breakfast and 1 stop for groceries in this town. Lucky to have this hostal as it became a dire situation when the trains did not work and they had 1 room left. So thankful for that is winter time.

the room was so cold and the bathroom blew cold in all day and night. so had to keep extra clothes on, winter storm unfortunately blew right through that place like whisteling dixie.

Great small hostel in Abisko. Only 4 private rooms so maximum of 8 people staying there. 2 shower/toilet rooms and a decent kitchen too. Location was great and rooms were spacious and kept warm.

It has a window to the north with a windowsill that you can sit it! great to watch the northern lights. there is a fully stocked kitchen, good showers and room is comfortable - hotel clean.

The house and room were quite comfortable and very well equipped. Supermarket is close. View of the lake is incredible.

It was more of a house than a hostel. Nothing available in terms of food/warm drinks - there is a coffee machine and a kettle but no tea or coffee. The surrounding area does not have much in terms of restaurants (1) or bars/cafes (0), you need to go into the turiststation area for those (25-30min walking from the house location).

The hostel has a self check-in which is an easy way to acces the hostel. All commodities which one would need in the kitchen/room are there and there's a possiblity to book certain activities from the common room! Everything was cleaned daily during our stay which was a big plus aswell. When coming from outside which could get quite cold is was really nice to enter a well-warmed hostel which was all the time!

The kitchen and the bathrooms were a bit outdated and could use some new cabinets.

Parking in front of the building with high and fresh snow was not that easy, some old stuff and food hidden around the kitchen

Great staff, clean and nice hostel, recommend!

The hostel is very close to the train station and to the lake which is the ideal spot to see some northern lights in Abisko. It is very clean, the kitchen is well equiped and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The room is spatious and we enjoyed our stay there, the check in and check out was done quite easily.

The only little negative point is juste the common room with the tv is a bit small to hang out with many people but it's not such a big deal.

All should think about to book a apartment or to stay at a hostel with kitchen and a (shared) living room etc. since at the mountain lodge you have little room for private moments. Rooms very small, perhaps 3,50 x 3,50. mtr but clean (no space for clothing etc.) Litte Choice on menues at dinner

The Hostel is really nice, tidy room but clean. Bathrooms are clean and the showers were perfect.

Rooms were small, great for a short stay not sure for longer periods.

Beautiful place for chasing auroras! Always clean and close shop, main road even the lake.

For photographers some rooms are too small (not much space for equipment). Wifi was not strong enough.
