The house was great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Everything about our stay was enjoyable! The layout of the house, along with each amenity, fit our expectations and were accommodating to all guests. The check in/out processes were easy and the overall experience contributed to a great weekend!

We had the best girls trip to Austin at this house! Perfect location, great yard, phenomenal bedrooms and bathrooms, and just enough decor to make it feel cozy without being tacky. I loved this home.

Everything was as advertised. Walkable to a lot of bars and food on both 6th and Rainey. Well worth it

The house was perfect for our stay in Austin - the space was wonderful, amenities were great and location was close to everywhere we wanted to be for the weekend. The concierge service was very responsive to any questions/needs we had. The only item to note would be it is located next to a business that does very early morning work but other than that the space was great! Thank you!

This place exceeded our expectations. The pictures online don't do it justice. House is Architectural Digest worthy and layout was ideal for our group of 9. The bedrooms in the main house are centered around the pool and there is a separate king guest house with a full kitchen in the back for our loud friends! Plenty of space to spread out and get ready to go out. We loved the compound feel of the place. The pool is gorgeous and the yard has tons of room to party / layout / lounge. PRIME LOCATION Walkable to Rainey St and every hot spot we wanted. Also was a 5 minute walk to most critical morning essentials (whole foods, coffee shops LOL). We couldn't stop talking about the beds! SO comfortable! We had an issue with the pool lights one night, but the house manager got us sorted out quickly. Highly recommend. We loved everything and already booked return trip. Thank You!!

i did not know such a beautiful amazing oasis would be literally walking distance from downtown Austin. it made our stay here amazing. we could walk to the "fun" spots downtown and then come back to rejuvenate on our own time at this amazing house (with a pool!!!) within just minutes of having said "we need to relax". property was clean and private with NO prying eyes and simply beautiful. the bedrooms are big and kitchen perfectly suited for a weekend like ours. neighborhood is lovely and "quirky" (some houses have really fun decorations, now i know what i means to keep austin weird). we felt safe and sound in our nest coming back from seeing the town everyday. i wish my actual home was this nice :/ thank you for a great time, we will be back and hopefully this little gem of an air b n b will still be available! we loved it!

Felton and the renter’s club were extremely prepared for my group of 11 at this amazing residence. The cleanliness, location, and property were all way beyond my expectations. My group had an amazing time utilizing the backyard space and the pool was the perfect amenity to cool off during the Austin heat. Would def recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Austin.

The guesthouse of this property is very separated from the rest of the house and there is no security between a dark, quiet alleyway and the door leading into the bedroom. The first night, we came back to a man sleeping on the porch outside of the door to the guesthouse and when we woke him and asked him to leave, he became belligerent and we had to call the police. We did not feel comfortable using that room for the remainder of our stay due to feeling unsafe. We struggled to get ahold of the property manager the following morning to discuss the experience.

Very pretty home. Very comfy beds. We thought it would have been nice to have had a keurig coffee machine. Took us awhile to find the coffee. Couldn’t figure out how to start the dishwasher due to buttons being worn off. Out door space great. Ease to walk to breakfast places nice.

This place was awesome. Very clean, spacious, awesome backyard, and plenty of space for our group of 15. We should’ve spent more time on the balcony of the back house which had a great view of downtown, but the weather was too rainy and cold. The house comfortably fit everyone in the common area though. Kevin was responsive and easily accessible for any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Location was also amazing.

We had a great time with a group of women staying here for my sisters bachelorette party. It is extremely quick to get an Uber in this area. Very convenient to get to downtown, Rainey street, 6th Street, UT campus. It is walkable you a couple cute restaurants and bars too. I would recommend!

This was a beautiful, clean, amazing house in a great location where you can easily scooter home or get a $6 Uber ride. We will stay here every time we go to Austin!

The property is great, but there isn't much common area inside. Unfortunately, the weather was hot, so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful backyard as much as we had hoped. But, the bedrooms were spacious, lovely bathrooms, and an ample kitchen.

The house was nice and our group of 9 traveling for business had enough room. It was finished well and amenities in kitchen and bathrooms were good, but we were very surprised about a few things. -Couldn't log into the wi-fi with login info provided - the network would not pop up and we couldn't find it -Huge backyard with pic-nic tables and even a stage for band or similar, but NO GRILL?? I did not scour the listing well enough, but just assumed there would be a grill considering the huge entertaining back yard area. We planned to grill out one night and watch the MNF game, but we had to cook inside instead and.... -No ESPN?! The house had only the most basic channels (and no HD?!), of which ESPN was not one of, so we couldn't watch the football game nor grill out as planned - major bummer -No speakers anywhere or sound system at all so we had to use our iPads and phones to play music :( These are things one would expect with a house like this, and I am partly to blame for not checking all of the amenities listing carefully enough, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. Rental company did a great job communicating leading up to our stay and upon check-in and easy check in and check out. I could have contacted them about the wi-fi and I'm sure they would have helped us figure it out, but we were so busy so I didn't bother. A house of this size and caliber should definitely have an outdoor grill, some type of sound system or simple speaker(s), and basic cable.

10 of the boys got together for our annual trip and had a blast. The Farmhouse was perfect. Highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Eastside Farmhouse was perfect for our girls weekend! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We definitely took advantage of the outdoor space. A few of the light strands were out when we arrived so they sent someone over to fix them but he only fixed a few and never came back. I called again and they sent someone over who went above and beyond fixing every light and was very nice. The location to downtown was perfect, only a scooter ride away! Overall it was just what we were looking for :)

Process of renting the house was great. Property managers were straight forward with what they needed and what was required of renting the property. House was in good condition.

The house was perfect for our group of 11. The separate loft above the garage was nice to separate our newborn grandson and his parents. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoy walking so the location was great for walking to downtown area. Easy 1 mile under the interstate. Seemed like the house may be pretty new to rent. Would have liked a broom, dish clothes and a few more paper towels etc.
