Our family had a wonderful time, the place is perfect for enjoying golf, pool, beach and the Wyndham resort , we also enjoyed having everything we needed in the unit, Omar is a great host !

This property was dirty, bed lines was not change on pull out couch, or bunk bed. We had to sweep the entire place because there was crumbs all over. The one bathroom had running warm water however the bath tub is rusted and water sprout had aluminum foil holding it. In the other shower it was cold water and the shower head would just let go of very little water. One of the bedroom had a cannabis grinder on the window ledge, which tells me nobody cleaned the window ledge. The location is great, I just wasn’t not happy walking into a filthy please!

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at the villa. The golf cart was great to access the beach. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers come by. The resort is beautiful! Thank you Omar!

Outstanding villa for long term stay. Great access to all the amenities within the resort and to the attractions on the island. Closest villa to the clubhouse that has two outstanding restaurants. A lot to do within the resort complex with superb golf, beach, spa and tennis.

My children and I enjoyed staying at Omar's Villa very much. We enjoyed the pool and how close the beach was. The Xbox and TVs were a nice way to unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is plenty big and has lots of things for cooking your own meals. Omar was helpful with the questions we had. Thanks!

The location of this property has convenient access to the beach via a short golf court drive. The overlook to golf course was nice as well. The downside were a few inconveniences. The villa needs a thorough cleaning. One bedroom had an oder we could get rid off even with deodorizing techniques. There was also an ant problem. Found them in the one of the beds and bathroom. In addition, the power went out a few times for hours at a time interrupting our plans. There was a generator for the kitchen and even that went out after a couple of hours. The shower heads need replacement and water pressure was low. I placed a complaint about the power and got a response that was patronizing. There is no visitor parking at the villa. While we enjoyed the beach the most, the living conditions left much to be desired.

I recommend the stay in this wonderful place.

The location of this unit within the massive Rio Mar complex is ideal. Read your manual carefully for directions. It can be difficult to find. The golf cart provided with this unit is a game changer, allowing you to easily get to the beach and pool. We were able to book 4A for less than many of the other options. However, it is not a luxury condo, showing its age and lacking in visual appeal. Things like nice lighting, coffee tables for beverages, and floor rugs are lacking. The water takes quite awhile to get warm, and never gets very hot. However, the wifi is screaming fast and the TVs are large and great quality. The owner has provided numerous streaming platforms for entertainment. There is also an Xbox 1 which is great. The balcony boasts a beautiful view of the golf course and was our favorite place to relax while staying here. It does not have a grill unfortunately, which brings me to food options. If you plan to cook in the unit, you have limited options. There is not an oven. There is a stove top, micro, and toaster oven. Also, the Wyndham technically does not allow Rio Mar guests to dine there. If they find out you are not staying there you will be turned away. There is a food truck at the Rio Mar pool, and a bar which is only open on weekends. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

After canceling our family getaway in 2021, I was bound and determined to go to Puerto Rico, my favorite place, in January 2022. I've stayed at this villa a few times and always enjoy it. It's equipped with all we need as a family. The area is beautifully maintained, people are friendly, and there are lots to see and do although you can do absolutely nothing, relax, and still enjoy your surroundings. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, ice cold Off the golf course, seconds walk to two wonderful restaurants, a golf cart with which to travel the community. Paradise indeed.

The villa was roomy, clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, and way more...Having the golf cart to navigate the large property was a godsend, as I have mobility issues....Omar, the owner, immediately responded to any question or concern we had....

It was a bit hard to find and we weren’t sure which gate to enter for Cluster 1. Finding the villa was also quite difficult, there are a lot of stairs. Once inside the villa is ok, not the nicest place we’ve stayed but it had almost everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a grill or a full size oven, but the toaster oven worked for most the stuff we cooked. My sister’s family also rented villa in Cluster 7 so we cooked most if our meals there. The food at the restaurants is so over priced we only ate there once. My 12 years son ordered a kids burger for $8 and it was about the size of a quarter, and 6 chicken wings are $12. We were also disappointed to find out that we could not use the resort pools they are for timeshare members only. The pool we had access to is kind of far and not as nice, but the villa has everything you need for a fun day at the beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers, wave boards etc..the villa also has a hose area outside the door to clean sand off various things. Having a golf cart is a necessity, parking at the resort is not free, but they will validate if you eat at a restaurant or gamble at the casino. The showers in the villa take a really long time to warm up and the water pressure is not good, and the beds are a bit squeaky. My son ended up sleeping on one of the pullout couches because the top bunk was too uncomfortable. Also we could not get the AC unit in the main living area to work so we just used the fans. The location is great if you are a golfer, right on the 9th green. Had to keep the curtains closed most of the time because people are right outside the patio. There was also a golf tournament that woke us up with blaring music and announcers at 6:30am. Since we came right before the COVID 19 pandemic everything started to shut down, and the whole island has put on curfew for the last 3 days of our stay. We couldn’t get a ferry to Chulebra/Flamanco island and our bio bay tour was cancelled. They closed the casino in the resort and the pools. Overall it was kind of a disappointing vacation, but the villa was fine.

Our family loved our 2 week stay, everything was just as described, it even has a air fryer and juicer, the view was amazing , Omar is great , he reached out to us half way through our stay to make sure everything was ok, we loved having the golf cart to get to the beach and resort ,we plan on coming back next year...

It was a great site close to the beach and El Yunque. Only issue was finding it late at night. The Cluster One signs are very difficult to see in the dark at night. Once we found the correct gate and the villa, we had a wonderful time. There were no issues with the villa.

The Villa was situated overlooking the golf course. It was well maintained and cleaned. Everything that was mentioned in the description was actually in the Villa. The resort is beautiful, the pool and beach are clean and beautiful. The golf cart was great to get to both the pool and beach. A wonderful vacation spot.

Once you walk in the space you can't help but want to run around! It's beauty is only matched by the view on the dinning balcony! Everything you need is provided so sit back relax and enjoy! We will be coming back soon! Thank you for everything.
