Our stay in La Verkin was great. The homeowner was very responsive and met all of our needs. It is a corner home located in a neighborhood that is fairly quiet and just down the street from a market which came in handy. The only negative was being half an hour from Zion which added up to driving back and forth a lot. Otherwise, this was a nice home away from home.

This rental was all that our family needed for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National park. The location was great and within a short driving distance to many locations. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. It was a relaxing home after a day of adventures. We would stay again if we return to the area.

My husband and I took my in-laws on a trip to visit a couple national parks. When I was looking for a place to stay while visiting Zion, this Vrbo was available. La Verkin is a great area to stay outside of Zion without the business of Springdale and the remoteness of Orderville. I was very impressed with the place. It was clean, spacious and had nice thoughtful touches throughout the home. Tyler was a wonderful host and communicator. He messaged me during my stay to check in and see how things were going. I highly recommend this place!

Tyler’s home was perfect for our short stay. We travelled to La Verkin from Tennessee to do some hiking for my husband’s 50th birthday.
The home was very clean, completely ready for our stay when we arrived and very comfortable.

This home was exactly as described and was an excellent place to call our home base for our visit to Zion National Park. The entrance to Zion and several restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Springdale, UT. This home was easily accessible and has plenty of room. The Owner of the property was very attentive and checked in several times prior to our visit and during our visit to ensure everything was as expected. We would definitely use this property in the future.

We loved our stay in this property, we were there for 6 weeks and it felt like a Home away from home.
Very comfortable home and well furnished with everything needed. The location in LaVerkin was perfect for us. We love this area as it is perfect for exploring the parks and all of the beauty that is Southern Utah. We are golfers and enjoyed many rounds including Sky Mountain, Green Springs and the Palms in Littlefield AZ.
We enjoyed great meals at the Stage Coach Grille, Pig’s Ear, Lupitas and Balcony One.
We truly hope we will be able to winter in the area this coming winter and would love to stay at this property if available.

My family and I decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Zion over Christmas break. We found this home on VRBO and thought it looked perfect for our mini vacation. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and cozy everything was. It was about a 20 minute drive to zion and had amazing restaurants within a 5 minute driving range. The owner communicated very well with us and made sure we got checked in ok. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home especially if you are planning a trip into Zion.

The house was located in a great area and it took us about 25 minutes to Zions entrance. We were happy we stayed away from the crowds in Springdale too.
It was nice to come back to nice showers, nice beds, and a home away from home. We also enjoyed having dinner out at the Stagecoach grill. It was super busy, but the food was excellent and friendly customer service. Heavy portions of food, but so delicious.
We highly recommend staying here.

Our family had an excellent stay at this LaVerkin home. Perfect location near local grocery/pharmacy/hardware/gas station. Road to Zion and Bryce just one block away. Home is newly renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is super responsive and very easy to work with.

Great House Close to Zion!
My group loved staying here. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It is a short drive to Zion National Park from the house. Near the house was a great drive through coffee shop, grocery store, gas station, and places to eat. Communication was clear and helpful. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely book here.

Great home base to Zion NP
We stayed here as a family of 6. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels and toiletries were provided along with additional bedding. Outdoor patio was a nice space to get some fresh air. Easy drive to Zion NP. Great inviting house to come home to after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend!

Everything about this was done professionally-- the house was very attractively appointed, it was equipped with everything we'd want, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We visited Zion National Park during our stay and it was an easy drive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here, the house is spacious and was very comfortable for our group of 5. Most cooking utensils provided and garage was helpful to have. Proximity to Zion national park and nearby grocery stores was excellent.

Great location close to Zion National Park. We had a group of 5 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. All new, very nice furnishings. Bar B Que grill and kitchen fully equipped.

Short but sweet stay
Second time at this property. Has everything you need and it’s close to Zion and St George yet it’s a small town. Home has everything you need and the furnishings are up to date.
Tyler is easy to work with. And communicates immediately.

Great Home base for Zion Hiking
My family loved our stay. Our vehicle was in the garage with a remote. The sleeping situation was cozy with comforters that my family wanted to get a few pair. Davis Farmers market was a staple for restocking food. It was Close by and had plenty of food to choose from. I talked to Tyler several times and the whole process was friendly and enjoyable. He was a great help. The drive to Zion was easy and maybe 35 minutes or less. It was much more expensive to stay in Springdale and this LaVerkin house is a great experience.

This place is clean, confortable and close to Zion NP. Beds were confortable, the nice large dining table that could accommodate everyone and there was everything we needed to cook. Great stay!

Great Vacation
Very clean with a great location. Having a grocery store close by with easy access to the park was ideal. Beds were very comfortable and we made great use of the grill. I will be returning for sure.
