Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Hôtel laissé à l’abandon, tout doit être rénové. Accueil catastrophique et jamais vu en Thaïlande.

La cama cómoda. La habitacion lujosa.

La ubicación está en una autopista no se puede hacer nada al rededor caminando. La playa no es una playa para bañarse. Hay olor a resumidero en los pasillos externos del hotel. El internet no sirve para trabajar desde la habitación. El cable LAN que pedí no funcionó nunca.

Il ne faut pas prendre cette hôtel pour les vacances Juste pour switcher Situé sur une 4 voies On avait une chambre sans vis à vis, heureusement La piscine c’est pas la peine et il n’y a pas de vrai plage, c’est l’hôtel qui a une navette pour vous emmener à 10h30 à la plage de Rawai où il y a beaucoup de bateaux Nous nous avons loué un scooter et j’avais réservé par erreur sauf que l’on ne peut pas annuler 😳

Home away from home. Staff will usually friendly.

The FOOD and Beverage need more effort and improvement. The breakfast spread needs more variation from day to day. Almost Serving the same food every day for Breakfast The Ala carte Hot food served at Beachfront is cold. Staff says the kitchen is in the restaurant, which is 6 to 7 minutes away. FB manager and Chef need to find ways, examples using stove, Claypole a or insulated equipment to ensure food served is Hot. Food Service is rather slow and incompetent at restaurants during dinner hour with less than 10 guests

Extremely unaccomodating. I booked in advance for one week but was not allowed into Thailand because of problems with my passport. Even before, they didn´t really respond to any messages, but when this problem occurred, and i asked for at least a partial refund (i had booked for one week, and called in before the first check in) they were absolutely rude and didn´t want to reimburse anything at all (although it was the last free room and they certainly sold it again very quickly). I would have been happy about a refund of any amount, but nothing! I paid for nothing, they got the cancellation one day before i would have stayed for a whole week, and i didn´t get a refund of even one day. Even booking.com got involved but couldn´t help me because they just refused to talk at all. They even sent a message that i had checked in already, although i never left the airport. A lot of money for nothing. Maybe it´s a nice hotel, but this kind of treatment is a no-go! Unfortunately.
