This property is exactly as it is advertised. It was roomy, yet comfy, and had all the amenities as was listed. It is a great location, just 6 minutes from the beach! We loved the decor, the screened porch, and it was a short 8-minute bike ride to Seaside. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to the Texas Tide!

Awesome visit to Texas Tide. The house and location are perfect. Short walk to the beach and close proximity to Seaside and Publix. Property managers were extremely responsive to any of our requests.

This is a great house, exactly as pictured and described. The manager was easy to work with and all communication was very quick on their end. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice supply of cookware in the kitchen, plenty of seating, and we loved the long table on the outdoor screen porch and the mud room/laundry at the entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and the house is a five minute walk to the beach and twenty minutes (7 by bike) to Seaside. It is stated in the notes about the house that a starter set of basic supplies is provided (such as one garbage bag, one roll paper towels, coffee for one morning) so good idea to bring extras depending on length of stay. (I find that practice varies by house so wanted to note for future guests). Highly recommend this property!

Texas Tide is everything the description says and more. The neighborhood was secluded but in the heart of everything Seagrove-Seaside. It only took 10 minutes to walk to Seaside. When it's hot outside, it does get hot in the upstairs bed & bathroom, and in the room with all the bunks, compared to the living room and first floor bedroom. Still, we highly recommend staying here.

We took our daughter and her husband for her 30th birthday getaway. The community and home were beautiful. The home has great access to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in portion. The home was quiet even during a thunderstorm. Great location.

Wonderful time and great access to beach

The location is awesome! Loved being so close to the beach. It was an easy walk. The house was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having the bikes, cooler and pool noodles. It seems small but those items were just a bonus. The community pool was also a nice option. It was rarely busy and it was a good alternative to the beach. We would 100% stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Texas Tide. House was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and new towels were provided. Kitchen had everything we needed. Porches were a bonus... nice easy walk to the beach. My friends and I enjoyed the big screen TV for movies every night. Would definitely recommend.

This house was so great. This was our second year to 30A with our 6 and 2 year old and we loved this house. It was easy for all of us to walk to the beach everyday with as much or as little as we needed. We often walked back for lunch and then went back in the afternoons. This house comes with a beach chair reservation for the whole time you’re there which is also a great addition. There’s a neighborhood pool which is also close by which we used less than we thought we would because the beach was so close but it was a nice amenity to have. The house has a bunk room which my kids loved and two “adult” rooms with en-suite bedrooms. Overall loved it and this is a great spot for a small group. If you’re traveling with more than 4 adults it may not be the best option but it’s perfect for smaller groups!

This home had just a bit of everything to make our family vacation the perfect, spring break getaway. The ambiance is both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy enough to function well. We prepared pretty much all of our meals. But restaurants are super close of thats more of your V vibe. The gas grill was handy too. The beach is a short stroll to the beach access; which works perfect for the tucked away neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood, too.

The property was a cute little place just a few blocks from the beach access. It's also a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. The host provided coffee, creamer, and sugar which I don't even know why MOST places don't provide this very simple necessity. Normally, I'd be at Publix picking up all these supplies just for the few nights we are in town. But kudos to the host/mgmt company for that. All else was perfect. Our stay was very comfortable, and communication with mgmt was great, easy (via text). Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our week at Texas Tide. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and right across the street to the pool. A short bike ride to Seaside as well.The property has some minor wear and tear but was overall clean and in good condition.

This is a great property in Grove by the Sea in Seagrove Beach. I love Grove by the Sea because it is quiet, and the beach is not crowded. The house comes with 4 bikes and a beach chair set up, which was very helpful. The beds are comfortable, the place is well decorated, and Texas Tide is well located for the beach and a community pool. We would stay here again, for sure.

This property was perfect for us. The home is impeccable and furnished extremely well. The neighborhood is so nice. The trees and landscaping are beautiful. We sat on the screened patio each morning to eat breakfast and enjoy the scenery. The beach is an easy walk from the property. The included bikes and chairs at the beach was an added bonus. We rode the bikes everywhere and truly enjoyed walking to the beach and plopping down in our chairs under an umbrella. Outstanding property and experience.

This is a great property. Very close to Seaside, but far enough away that you don't get the noise and busyness of Seaside. Close to shopping, groceries, and many great restaurants. The house was updated, clean, had all the things we needed for a wonderful stay.

This house is precious! We had such a wonderful stay. I have been to the area 10 times and this is my favorite location. Super close to Seaside, super close to the beach with awesome beach access and super close to the pool! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet and quaint...It is a wonder haven. We will definitely be back! And 30A Vacay was awesome too!!!! House was a perfect layout. Decorated beautifully and fully stocked with everything!

Nicely maintained home. Comfortable for my family of 5. Had 4 nice bikes for us to use to ride to the beach which is only about 2 blocks away or a 3 minute bike ride into Seaside. Perfect and quiet location in a quaint neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and location!!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. Great neighborhood and enjoyed the private pool a few steps away. The home was wonderfully decorated and had needed essentials for cooking. The home was very clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. This home was a great place to stay for our family of 4. The private master suite upstairs was great. The 4 bicycle were also a plus as we were able to ride to shopping and restaurants.

The home is well appointed, roomy and is very comfortable. Close to the beach, close to Seaside and love the neighborhood. We loved it!

Cozy, quiet area on 30a. Beautiful home!

What makes Texas Tide great is that it isn’t in the center of one of the busy areas. Our beach access was never crowded or busy. If you want walking access to Seaside it is a bit far, but biking is do-able. The house has recently been updated and it had everything we needed. It took us a minute to figure out the TV (thankfully we had a teenager with us!) instructions would be handy. The pool in Grove by the Sea is on the small side, so if you are looking for a big pool for lots of kids this isn’t that, better for some relaxing by the pool, not hours of fun. Having said all of that, this house was perfect for our family of 5 and we would happily stay there again and recommend it to others.
