spectacular view and good location to explore the area and to go for hiking or biking. well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs!) and quite spacious apartment to spend some relaxing days, the daily bread delivery service is recommended and appreciated, very nice and quick communication with the hosts, will return definitely

all good, maybe the Wifi connection is a bit slow but the celular reception is quite strong up there anyway

The view from the balcony was breathtaking

Great things about the apartment: very clean, nice view, great fire place and sauna, lots of space in apartment, directly on the hiking path.

Things on the downside: the location is nice but only if you have a car - we came by public transportation encouraged by a bus stop just near the apartment, but it occurred it goes only every hour (March 2022). No shop or restaurant open in the range of kilometres. Small but important details missing in the apartment, e.g. soup, coffee filters (so coffee machine could not be used).

Beautiful view as the house is on a hill. Clean modern apartment with cooking facilities, though we used that only for coffee and tea. Working television, and a wood burning stove we did not need, as it was still warm. Balcony with good view of the night sky. And in the morning at the bus stop, the bakery truck makes a stop!!

it was a little disconcerting not to be able to get in upon our arrival, but we contacted the owner - luckily Booking had provided the phone number - and received a door code, which opened the lobby door for us, and we then collected out key. For walking guest, the road is a bit dark at night, when we had to walk to the main road for dinner.

Fabulous location on top of a hill with a view that seems to go on forever. Lovely, quiet place. Wish my vacation had not been so jam-packed with things to do so I could have spent time chilling and really enjoying the apartment. The apartment has a patio; a great place to enjoy the view. Close to the village so you can walk to the local Gasthaus for dinner/drinks. Host quick to respond to any questions/problems.

Internet comes and goes. Not super reliable. Drive on one-lane road to get to the apartment. Have to hope no one is coming the opposite direction because there is no place to pull over for passing.

View from balcony was awesome.

the place is an absolute super location, private and cosy. Love the surroundings. Its on top of a tiny hill and is private. The views from the room are amazing and great to sit out to sip a nice cup of coffee seeing sunset or sunrise.

The attic apartment has painting like views and the terrace is great for morning tea.
