I got the room because it said balcony and the balcony was locked

Amazing views, very clean facilities. Location wasn’t too busy. Perfect for our family vacation. 1yr old and 5 year old loved it.

This place is amazing . Check-in is quick, staffs are friendly . Food is delicious, pool is fantastic. The night view is breathtaking. And the place is super clean . Definitely will stay again .

I visited the Palms Place again after the Palms Casino grand opening and my Mind is blown! It was so much better than I had expected and the host was extremely friendly and the view was just amazing as always. The property was also super clean and felt rly refreshing to stay at and the food was wonderful. Honestly, everything was beyond my expectations.

The location is nice, nice view but unfortunately not access of the balcony.

Was not too nice like the pictures, a couple furnitures scratches and too expensive for the quality

Nice location and nice view. Clean and neat. Parking is easy.

NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE DECK! The TV did not work in main room. The dishwasher did not work.

We paid extra for a suite with a balcony but we couldn't use the balcony.

The room was clean and true to its size. It had an amazing view and My new husband and I enjoyed the room overall. The staff were welcoming.

Had about 13 burned out light bulbs; entire place shows very rough & high usage with little to no repairs or fixing of damages; bathroom door does not latch; toilet ran the entire time; no filters for the AC unit; kitchen faucet was falling off the sink; shower made a horrid high pitched squeal; grease stained walls; etc.

Only think I liked about the property was the pool + the pool bar

My flight arrived early, waited from 11am-3pm until my room was ready. Soon as I walked in the room, I noticed the 2 balcony doors weren’t opened. I called front desk and I was told someone shoulda told me as I waited they were closed since July 1st. The reason for me booking this big room was mainly bcus of the set up of the BALCONY! Next thing I noticed, the 1/2 bathroom toilet runs off and on non stop. I called front desk again, maintenance came and told me they cannot fix the problem until they get the ticket that’s it’s paid to fix it. As I used the main bathroom and come to the bedroom, I seen a roach. I called Booking.com + Front Desk. Booking.com told me if I refund, I won’t get my money back until 7-10 business days. I asked can they deduct money if I book another hotel and that wasn’t an option for me either. Palms Place told me they cannot accommodate me for ANYTHING because it’s someone personal condo so they can’t do nothing… I paid nearly $1800 for 4nights/5days and y’all can’t do nothing is crazy ?! I called down for extra wash clothes and towels for the unit and the front desk told me “ if we call again I’m gonna be charged. I’m supposed to pay for additional items because it’s someone’s personal condo I rented”… Now Monday night it happened to be no more toilet tissue, I called again to get one to my room. I was told from the front desk “I gotta pay cause of the way the rental was set up..” I informed the lady “I’ve never got an extra one as a back up from the beginning. Only was was left on the roll in the bathroom is what I had” so once again to whomever ‘ DO NOT STAY HERE + FUTURE ADVICE MAKE SURE WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR TO STAY IN IS STRICTLY THE HOTEL + CALL AHEAD TO SEE WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO USE AND MORE ‘

THE OWNER IS ADVERTISING FALSE INFORMATION. THE RESORT HAS BEEN CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND I WAS REFUSED BECAUSE THE OWNER SAID THE POOL WAS OPEN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ON THE LINES OF A SCAM

The view from the 27th floor was excellent, would've been better if the balcony was not locked.

Liked the view & the size of the suite.

First off owner told me wrong information and was nonchalant about it really didn’t care at all. Which is very unprofessional especially with the $$ we paid for the suite. The suite wasn’t clean properly. Found hair from the last occupant in way to many places. It was a ton of things broken (ice machine, fireplace, one of the doors) the location is also not directly on the strip, I’d stay in the suites again just not in the specific unit.

Great location, close to both stores, dining, and there is a weed store right across the street!

The cleanliness was not up to par. The bed was very flat hard and bumpy as in extremely hard

It was my husband and I anniversary so this romantic room with an excellent view was perfect for us!!! I will most definitely be staying here again🥰
