Perfect spot and the host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The cabin is in an idyllic spot - definitely feel like you are away from it all. We loved rowing on the lake and enjoying the wildlife spotting. You can’t fault this wonderful spot. Definitely need to pack for the whole break, but don’t worry host Jeremy has a trolley on hand to help transport your things. He was also helpful with the generator which is pretty straightforward. The house has all you need for a lovely stay. Thank you we hope to return!

This place is everything it says on the tin. I hugely recommend it as a piece of tranquillity and rest. Just remember to plan all your meals and make sure you have everything you need as nothing nearby. The area around the property is so great for walks and is so beautiful. Cannot recommend this rental enough.

A cabin set in the woods with a lake and no one else around except nature and the wild life ,My idea of heaven .The owner Jeremy was a complete gentlemen and communications between us prior to our arrival was second to none .Jeremy greeted us at his property which is a a short walking distance through a beautiful wood to the cabin. I brought a fishing rod with me but forgot a landing net and raised the concern with Jeremy just in case a caught a big carp and did not want to harm the fish .He informed me that he would see to this and provide one ,he actually went out a brought a new one 🍻 and left it at the bridge as not to disturb us .I was pleasantly surprised to find at the cabin all the fishing equipment you would need . So, there is no need to bring your own rod if you are intending to have a little fish. The cabin was beautiful and extremely clean and had all the modern comms you would need .Jeremy guided to us to a lovely walk that he recommended.We took our two little chihuahuas and the freedom they enjoyed whilst there was again just excellent.To just open the door and let them out without any care was bliss. My wife and I did not want to cook whilst we were there .A short drive away on the outskirts of Crawley we found a small cluster of shops from Indian,Chinese ,fish and chips and local convenient store . Would we stay there again , most definitely 🙏❤️. We will be booking again and look forward to going back .Thank you Jeremy for a trouble free weekend .

We had a much needed quiet retreat at the cabin. The hosts were great and really accommodating and Left us to our own devices once they had showed us around. The cabin is all set up with everything you need for your time there. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

A great place for a break, long or short.

If you are looking for a piecefull getaway this is the place! Jeremy and Charm made the whole stay so easy, the cabin is great and has everything you need, the lake is beautiful and I even caught a few fish! Can’t recommend more highly! We will definitely be back!!

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous homely cabin. Loved the wildlife and enjoyed using the boat - even spotted a kingfisher. Absolutely wonderful weekend.

Well what an amazing little place! If your looking to get away from everything and everyone this is the place. Was just me, my husband and our two little dogs and we had the best time walking round the lake, sitting watching the wildlife, relaxing and reading even the ducks come up to visit us 3 - 4 times a day. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful little hideaway and recommend to anyone who wants to getaway from there busy life’s to complete relaxation.

Beautiful cabin in a romantic location by the lake, we had such a lovely time we decided to book to come back again one day into our stay :) Jeremy and Charm we very friendly and welcoming, greeting us at the car and taking us all the way through the woods to the cabin to show us around. We were totally on our own for the weekend, enjoying just staring out into the landscape, in isolated bliss :)

Exactly what I had wanted; it was beautiful, secluded and we had everything we needed, including the weather! Thanks so much to Jeremy who was a fantastic host, couldn't have asked for better!

We had the perfect peaceful breakaway from London. Definitely rustic, just what we wanted. Such a lovely thing to be able to get on your boat on your own lake after a beautiful walk through a forest with amazing flowers. The cabin has everything you need, Jeremy makes it easy. 10/10 from us! Loved it.

If peace and tranquillity is what you are after, then this is the place for you. I had a lovely time.

Jeremy was a brilliant host, had the fire going for us when we arrived so the cabin was nice and warm, he showed us the ins and outs of staying in the cabin and everything we needed to know. I look forward to going back and hopefully it will be very soon in time for summer and by then all the flowers planted would have grown. So we look forward to seeing how it all looks then :) thank you for everything jeremy

This was an amazing break, we were met by Jeremy who helped us with our bags and showed us how to use the generator. The cabin is beautiful and cosy and we didn't want to leave as we were so relaxed. The private lake was ideal and we were able to sit out and relax and enjoy the sun. We would recommend this cabin and will definitely return in the near future.

Our stay was so perfect, would absolutely recommend to anyone that is hoping for a peaceful getaway. Being from London I had never used a generator before, but it was perfectly simple and effective and Jeremy was so friendly and helpful, he really put our minds at ease. The actual house is both cosy and so beautiful to look at both from the outside and in all the rooms. The house has a great shower and a lovely separate bedroom, making our stay so easy and pleasant. We also got to make good use of the gas BBQ outside and had a great time cooking and eating with a perfect lake view. Would highly recommend to anyone hoping for a secluded getaway and am eager to return myself. Once again, Jeremy was great and was so helpful with anything we could ask for.

Staying at lake cabin it was one of the best experience I ever had.Starting with the excellent communication with Jeremy where he answered all my questions, to arriving and he taking us to the lake cabine, it could not have been smoother. Amazing place criated with passion. All small details gives you a feeling, that you are at home. We had a lovely and relaxable time and looking forward to come back soon. I would definitely recommend to others.
