Relax and enjoy quiet location. Easy walk to the beach.

Two small recommendations: a hand held shower head and an extra throw blanket for the living room. Everything else was great.

This property is only a 6 min drive to Grace Bay. Majid is an amazing host. He is so quick to respond and quickly assisted us when we needed help. We will definitely be back!

Our Family spent almost a week at Sea La Vie and everything was great. The space was overall comfortable and pretty much has the basics that you need. The location requires a car to get around but overall convenient and close enough to everything that it wasn't a hassle. If you plan to cook, you'll need to prepare more -- the grill was helpful. Lots of other things (beach chairs, shade, PFD, laundry, etc.) are provided too. Definitely recommend!

Nice and Quiet place to settle after days of exploring. Definitely need a car if you plan to explore. Appreciated the outdoor showers very much after time at the beach. Easy to communicate with.

The two of us stayed for two weeks at Sea la Vie Majid was a good host responsive if we had questions and very helpful. The appartment was as shown in the photos, very clean, the kitchen well equiped and the property well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioners did a grat job in keeping the appartment cool. The beach access is close by. We rented the appartment since we wanted to go kite surfing, the beach close to the appartment would have been great for advanced kiters but since one of us was still a beginner we chose to drive up to the beach close to the Shore Club which had nearby parking as well. You need to have a car on this island go get around, we rented ours at Sixt and were super happy with everything. The island is small and all the restaurants and goceries stores are within a 15min drive. We would definitely book this appartment again.

With the beach easily in walking distance, what an additional benefift to have backpack style chairs to relax in at the water's edge. When the time came to work out the kayak and paddleboard provided a great balance and upper body workout. Would return in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect in every aspect! If you are looking for a quiet place away from crowds of people and a lot of private beach time then this is the place for you! We had an incredible time!!! We did rent a car and found lots of other beaches. Renting a car is a must as this location is away from restaurants and stores but the island is small so it doesn’t take long to get places. We will 100% stay here again! Had a great stay it was definitely 10/10. Everything was very close by furthest we drove was 15 minutes and that was just from the airport to the property. Thank you we will be coming back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie! Majid is a great host and was extremely prompt in replying to any requests we had. Our unit was very clean, modern and had virtually everything we needed. The entire property is very well maintained and Majid seems to take great pride in keeping it that way. The location was great - short walk to Long Bay Beach and a 10-15 minute drive to most anywhere on the island. It was nice to come back to the quiet and peacefulness of Sea La Vie after busy days out and about exploring and going on excursions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!

We had a great stay in Long Bay Beach. Safe area and a nice pool.

Our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The unit was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool that we had to ourselves most of our stay. Short walk to the beach and beautiful water. Note part of the walk is through soft, deep sand but definitely manageable. Grace Bay beach was just a short drive with plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Grace Bay also had lots of easy public beach access and parking. Highly recommend staying at Sea La Vie.

My husband and I are kiteboarders and this place was perfect. Beach is near by and plenty of space to wash and dry your gear. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Majid for hospitality!!!

The property was nice. My unit was just enough for me and a friend to stay. It was fairly close to everything and very close to the nearby beach. Over all a very nice relaxing stay

I had never stayed near Long Bay beach before. Nice and secluded spot. Beaches here are windier than Grace Bay or Leeward. Not right on beach fyi. WIll have to cross street and walk a bit. The amenities listed as at beach (umbrella, chairs, etc) are no longer there so make sure to ask early on for access to those. Majid was helpful adding anight to our stay due to travel delay.

We stayed at Se La Vie last week and had a great and relaxing time. Just a short drive away from all the shops and resorts at Grace Bay and some beautiful beaches! I was slightly disappointed to see that the shade deck is no longer at the beach area, however the beach supplies provided a sun shade that we used all week and was terrific. Otherwise, clean pool, clean apartment, easily accessible and relaxing! Dont hesitate to book.

This was my third time visiting Turks and Caicos but my first time staying in a villa as opposed to a resort and we really loved staying at this property! The kitchen was well stocked to comfortably cook meals and we especially liked having a mini cooler and beach chairs to bring with us to the beach. There was also a paddle board and kayak at the beach that we used almost everyday. The villa is in a great location and only a short drive to the grocery store and shops. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you’re a couple or a family with young children.

We've stayed here on past visits to T&C and this will be our 3rd stay here. It's a lovely, well kept, quiet, private property with many amenities and is a short distance walk to Long Bay Beach. The owner, Majid, is a wonderful host; he is on premises and is quick to respond to calls and texts to answer questions and assist with any needs for the property. We love staying here when we're on the island and will stay here again.

Great house. Very clean. Free parking. Property was big. It was gated and we felt very safe staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie!

This was a return trip to Sea La Vie and we loved it. The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. He provided plenty of towels including beach towels. The location is set just a short 5-7 min drive from grace bay and provides a needed element of quiet and seclusion for an ample vacation. The home was clean and well appointed. I have a sneaky suspicion we will continue to be repeat customers!

This beautiful villa is located just minutes from anything you need in the island, yet sits along a secluded stretch of beach that is perfect for anyone looking to avoid a crowd. It exceeded all our expectations! Exceptionally clean and well appointed.

Sea La Vie Villas are near a great kitesurfing beach, 7 minutes drive to the supermarket, Grace Bay, and restaurants, but at the same time secluded and quiet.
