A wonderful experience from start to finish! Christine the owner, was so helpful - arranged transfers, gave us contacts for car hire, places to visit and was there if you needed her. The villa is very private and the pool and garden s are so relaxing ! Beautiful outside area with bbq’s , comfy furniture and space for everyone to chill . Our grandchildren loved the pool - plenty of Sun loungers and areas of shade if you wanted it! The villa inside is also spacious and is tastefully decorated with a number of sofas ! It was very hot as was July, but the villa has great air conditioning! We used Uber taxis to visit the Marina, water parks for the children and Albufeira Old Town ! We were a family of 3 generations and we all would love to return - best family holiday we have had and we have been lucky enough to have had a few!!! Many thanks Christine ! We had one week in this wonderful Villa, 4 families including 6 kids and we all absolutely loved it. There was ample space for all, including a section of the house with games room, large bedroom sleeping 4 with large bathroom and walk in wardrobe with separate doors onto the outside patio area so our teenage boys loved making this part of the Villa their area! The Villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The vast gardens were beautiful and a gorgeous pool. Most evenings we congregated around the long outdoor dining table and lit the two bbqs. It really did feel like a relaxing retreat. Christine, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. She was there to greet us when we arrived and to say goodbye at the end of our stay. She linked us up with some taxi drivers who were always on hand to take us anywhere we wanted to go, reasonably priced, with the marina and beaches only 10 mins drive from the Villa. Christine recommended some great local restaurants and a lovely local beach which was really picturesque with a great restaurant on the beach. Anyone wishing to switch off and relax whilst also being close to all local amenities, this is the perfect retreat.

The property was secluded and secure in a rural setting, so no nasty traffic noise. The interior was spacious with plenty of seating areas inside and plenty of air conditioning which was a blessing as the temperatures were really high throughout our stay. The outdoor space was excellent, plenty of areas with seating, extra large table to sit round to eat from the barbecues. We were happy that the pool was secure as we had 4 small children aged 7 and under. They loved the pool and by the time we left their swimming had come on immensely. There are plenty of games available and our teenager got involved in all of them. All in all we had a very comfortable stay and Christine our host was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. Any queries we had she dealt with efficiently and promptly. And, the wedding, well everyone had plenty of room to get ready and it was a splendid affair. A great holiday!

We feel very lucky following the uncertainty of holidays abroad this summer to have been able to come for 12 days to this beautiful Villa. The villa is well equipped with lots of great outdoor space which was perfect for three families on holiday together. The pool is gated so ideal for little children with lots of surrounding grass area. The BBQ area is perfect with outdoor dining and lounge area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out with good showers and excellent air conditioning. Christine the host was lovely, our flight arrival was late evening so she provided a great evening supper for us in the villa waiting for us so we had something to eat on arrival and first thing. The villa was spotless, with hand sanitiser provided and cleaned thoroughly every other day which was exceptional and very reassuring during these times. You need a car because it is a drive from the main roads but there was no problem with UBERs which we used daily when visiting the Marina restaurants. Christine also has a great contact for airport transfers. All in all highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing service from the villa owner Christine who met all Our needs and beyond. The villa is airy and spacious has all the requirements for a family including children and a disabled person. The pool is very deep so not ideal for young children but the older children/adults loved it. Can’t fault the place the location is ideal only 20-25 mins from Faro airport. Amazing holiday with the extended family!

Amazing villa - so much room inside and out! Beautiful enclosed gardens and gated pool so ideal for families with small children. Christine is so lovely and on hand to deal with any queries. Although it is a bit out of vilamoura Uber knows it well and fares are really cheap. The villa is so spacious we didn’t feel like there was 12 of us in it. Ample space for everyone! Bathrooms particularly beautiful! Made for a fantastic holiday - would recommend 100%. Thanks again Christine x

Absolutely stunning property, perfect for a large group or family. Christine the owner could not have been more welcoming, provided lots of useful local knowledge and was very warm and friendly honour group. The facilities in the villa where second to none spacious living areas, bathrooms where very modern and walkin showers where great. Would highly recommend this accommodation if you are traveling to this area.

Well where to start , what an amazing find , christine is one fantastic lady ,not only is she someone that is super organized she made my wedding a very special day . Initially after agreeing to letting me have my blessing at her villa she could not of been more of a support in organising the catering and complete set up . What memories ! I could not be more thankful . The villa is just beautiful, the grounds and rooms are spacious, the location is secluded , but close enough to easily get to marina and beach Uber worked well for us. I cannot recommend this villa and christine highly enough I want to be back there now. Cleanliness and facilities were fantastic , organising transfers and even getting us some wine and tapas bits for our late arrival . Any problems were sorted immediately. Providing travel cot and high chair ,christine is a very talented organised lady with many contacts .We hit the jackpot when I found this place .

The villa is fantastic. There were 13 of us for a hen do and there was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor area is great and the rooms were of a high standard. Christine was really helpful with taxis and plans before we arrived. Taxis were normally €10 for a minibus to take us to the marina and ubers were also cheap. If you're up for a lively night out - The Irish Bar on the Marina on a Saturday had a live band and it was so much fun! Plenty of restaurants along the marina too :)

Great villa, clean beds are comfortable plenty of room absolutely excellent

A large comfortable house which accommodated our large group perfectly.8 adults 6 ,15 year old girls.The rooms were very large and clean, all but one had en suite. The videos and separate little tv area were a plus for the girls who enjoyed their own space. Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. A few problems were quickly fixed with Christina being on hand. Some very minor downpoints, a few more sun beds would be good especially ones to lie flat on. Although saying that the others are very comfortable. The oven has had all the markings cleaned off so cooking was a bit of a guess at the temperature etc. All in all it was a wonderful holiday and would recommend for anyone to stay here

Christine was on hand whenever we needed advice and went the extra mile when required. The photos of the villa didn’t do it justice! The upstairs has been completely refurbished! One word of advice for future travellers, Follow Her Directions (not the Sat Nav) you will not get lost! Some road names have changed recently.

Lovely villa, lots of space (even for a big group) and a helpful owner before and during our stay. I'd recommend downloading uber if you plan to use the villa without a car. The uber drivers were excellent and made travel to and from the marina very cheap and easy for us

The villa was clean and well set up with, with all of the amenities described in the brochure. The daily cleaning service was an extra bonus for 6 golfers. Would whole-heartedly recommend the property.

Having just returned from an amazing week at villa Christina I can't recommend this place enough. We went on holiday with all the family and had ages 3-80. The huge garden,pool and games room kept the kids entertained and the huge terrace area meant the whole family could sit together and enjoy a bbq. The property was well maintained and had everything you could need for a home away from home. The fact that most of the bedrooms had ensuite gave everyone the privacy they needed. Only 10 minutes from the supermarket in a car and 10-15 to the marina. A car is needed for supermarket trips but at only €10 each way in an 8 seater mini bus to the marina it meant that every one could enjoy a drink. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops in the marina and albufeira old town is definately with a visit. Christine the owner lives in the villa behind and was on hand when ever we needed her. She arranged our airport transfers recommended places to eat and was there to see us off when we left. We will definately be returning in the future.

6 adults over for Golf and Work. Couldn't have had a better experience. The villa was great, large, good facilities and excellent outside space. The host (Christine) was fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Great location, quiet but only minutes from Marina, supermarkets and golf courses. Highly recommended.

What a brilliant villa, everything about it was excellent. We were a party of 12, including 4 children, aged 8,9, 10, and 12, who virtually lived in the pool. Well equipped with everything we needed, even a welcome package of goodies. Christine was most helpful, if we needed anything, she was there to sort it out instantly. We hired cars which made going to the supermarket and to the beach, Marina etc easy. Missing it already, will definitely try and get back here soon.

The listing is accurate and taxis are available within 5-10 minutes to take you to the marina within 5 minutes. The accommodation was in great order and clean, towels were provided for the bathrooms and also for the pool, customer service from the owner was 2nd to none. The villa is in a great location for golf, in particular The Old Course (Excellent) and Vila Sol, also close are all of the other Vilamoura golf courses including Victoria, Laguna Quinta etc.Akvavit is a great restaurant as is IL Lamparo. Looking forward to coming back next year, maybe sooner. Definitely recommended *****

This villa is lovely. We go to Vilamoura every year and this villa is the best maintained villa we have stayed in. The rooms are generous in size and the grounds are perfect for golfers like us, but families will love it too with the large garden and family friendly swimming pool. It's all very secure with gated access. Christine, who owns the villa, lives next door and leaves you to it, unless you need her and she is then always willing to help. She even left us bread, ham, cheese, tea and coffee as we had an early flight and did not get breakfast. Thanks Christine - all 8 of us had a great trip. Mike Lee Weston super Mare

Just got back did'nt want to leave. We were a party of Nine adults and two children . My family and I have returned to this villa every year for several years we love it there , The Villa is spacious and has large rooms with plenty of cuboard space . The gardens are outstanding and well kept and very private. Christine is so helpfull and always arranges a welcome pack for us . We are looking forward to staying hopefully for two weeks next summer . Thanks for everything Christine will see you next year . Palmer Family.
