We had a great Holiday. Wivine (the owner) is brilliant and answered all our questions very quickly. We would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful stay in a house with the most spectacular view. A view that could be watched for hours and hours both day and night. Beautifully renovated living space with all the amenities that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and all had ample fans for the warmer nights. We were able to arrive early to drop off our luggage in order to go to the supermarket which was a great help. The swimming pool was heated to our requirements and was a delight. Contact from the owners was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. We have been visiting this part of France for 30 years and we will most certainly return here. The restaurant on the beach at SAN Peire is a must (Rive Plage) we were served fresh fish filleted at the table. Thank you Wivine and Mark for letting us share your beautiful house.

Nice house with a fantastic view and pool. The kitchen and living room is newly refurbished, other parts are in good condition. The house is on a hill with about 10 min drive to the centre of Les Issambres and 20 min drive to the very large and beautiful sand beach of St. Aygulf. We stayed there for holidays as a family of five and had a very good time. Recommended.

May/June break with our teenage daughters. Villa is stunning, great location, about an hour from Nice Airport, 30 mins from St Tropez. Well equipped and comfortable, modern open plan lounge dinner kitchen with wonderful sea views. Sliding doors that open into the terrace / barbecue with electronic sunshade - great for relaxing out of the sunshine. Sat TV. 1 double room and babys room, separate shower room and WC completes the upstairs. Lower level, Util, WC, shower room, utility room and mini kitchen area, x3 double bedrooms opening onto the ground floor terrace with heated pool (28c when we were there) with LED lighting. Good security with electronic gates, full alarm and safe. Loads to do nearby, beaches, Fairground rides, restaurants, best /nearest Supermarket at St Raphael, for cyclist, rented a nice carbon from First Bike at Saint Aygulf, very nice rides nearby, although the hill up to the villa is a challenge ! Best Relaxing holiday in years, loved it. Mme Decan (housekeeper) v helpful and Wivene (owner) made the entire rental process easy. Highly Recommended

Our recent stay was amazing. The villa had everything we would need/want. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. One slight warning though is we had walked into Les Issambres during the daytime and had to walk back in the dark where we encountered some wild boars who were aggressively protecting their babies. Luckily a lovely French neighbour assisted us. Lesson learned, next time we will take the car! We will definitely be staying in the villa again and hope to come back next year.

We enjoyed 3 weeks in this wonderful home. 2 weeks of just two people where the house worked perfectly. Then 1 week where we had extra family come and share the holiday with us and the house came into its own then. All bedrooms are perfect sizes with plenty of storage, the bathrooms are traditional with great showers and plenty of hot water to go around. Fantastic washing machine. The kitchen has everything you could need with the added bonus of the kitchenette downstairs with fridge making it great for use when at the pool. The outside area was lovely and just right for us with wonderful views across the bay and enough sun loungers for all. The upstairs balcony off the kitchen was the best setting for eating as the views extended over both bays. We enjoyed many nights with wonderful food and wine and views. Would definately consider returning to this house. The French agent who met us for handover shared many tips and her help was great and she was very accommodating on departure also. Tres bien, marvellous view, fantastic pool, Only a few minuters by car to the beaches. A lot of great resturants in the area. Third time in France, first time in this house but not the last time.

The house was wonderful. Great view and very functional. We found that a car was definitely needed to get around the French Rivera, you can walk down to the village, however there is more available within a short driving distance.The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We did find that we had to watch our showers as if all seven of us showered in the morning the hot water would run out after about 4 showers. We did find it better if we staggered our showers in the morning. Just something to watch if you are staying there with a group of people.We would definitely stay again.
