Great location close to the Orange County Convention Center and many, many restaurants. Property amenities were perfect and the condo was well furnished and quiet.

Vista Cay is a great property in a great location! We always stay here when attending events at the OCC. it’s always clean, safe, and ready when we arrive.

With our family of 4kids ranging from 4yrs-13yrs old, its hard to find a hotel and sometimes condo that can accommodate our kids and needs. Bot only does the place have to be kid friendly, but also have enough space and versatile enough to fit all our age groups. The large heated pool was a nice treat and having our building so close to the club house and pool made crazy days at Universal Studios and nice break to relax in. Even though the room was on the top floor, the elevators negated any reason to climb up and down stairs with all of our needed equipment and supplies. Parking was great, and loved the fenced in area. The room had some appliances that were dated, but all worked without any issues. It was like a mini home away from home and the kids had a great time. The rooms were well furnished and they’re no complaints from the family. We have have to reserve this place for the future the next time we come.

Was very tidy and clean when we entered, the beds and couches were very comfortable and the TVs were great to have in both bedrooms. The bathrooms were also very clean and the showers were great.

Very nice condo located very close to the clubhouse area of the Vista Cay community. I came to Orlando for a conference at the convention center with a couple of colleagues. This condo was good for us in it's location and amenities. Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend staying at this condo.

The only negative I have with the condo is that they need more cookware. We did all of our dining at the condo and there was not much cookware. Otherwise we were only a 3 minute drive to the convention center and 5 minute drive to Icon park!! The resort had activities like a live DJ and movie nights!! We will definitely stay there next year!!

First, there was a deposit requested at checking so while you pay full in advance including post cleanup charges they ask you to provide additional money at checking (Credit Hold). Property carpet was really dirty. Within minutes of walking bare foot the bottom of my feet where black so had to wear sandals all week inside the property probably why carpet is dark brown which is kind of gross if you really think about it. Decoration pieces where broken hidden in closets and there were several wholes on walls and a table without its glass top (had to tell front desk to make sure we would be charged) so quite outdated overall. A/C was not cooling the first day so had to call front desk to check and fix it. Then there was the little dog left outside probably in the balcony that was barking for several hrs past 1 pm couple days in a row... made it really hard to sleep after a long day. Finally, I left somethings in the room including cash in a six inch wallet and after a 6 hr drive when I realized what I forgot I called lost and found and no one pick up. Called the next day and got a hold of front desk who said to my luck that no one had been to room yet so then I told them I had left several items in the room which included prescription glasses, receipts, sun glasses the wallet with cash so they told me they would send someone to check and recover them. Now I know this is a stretch as I shouldn't had forgotten about my personal items which I knew exactly where they were left. After a couple of hrs I get a call back saying that there was nothing in the room or where I told them to check so I guess honesty is also out the window but like I said this would be a stretch. Bottom line it looks great on pictures but was less than I expected.

This unit is fine but needs updating. We saw other units in the blding and most have been updated. The tv remotes all needed batteries so that was a little frustrating. Location was ideal and close to pool.

Overall, property was very good. Location to tourist attractions was convenient. Condo was next to clubhouse and was clean but could use some updated appliances, especially dishwasher (which was not even secured to the cabinet) and microwave. We had a very enjoyable stay and front desk staff was very courteous,

Our condo met my family’s needs perfectly! We had plenty of space and the unit was very clean. We loved the location to the pool and clubhouse! It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and other attractions. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

It was ok staying here. There were dirty towels in the wash when we arrived and the lights were on in some of the rooms. Most of the remotes were without batteries. That being said the rooms were decent sizes, two of which had king size beds. The pool area is also really nice.

The property was in a great location. Very quiet atmosphere. The 2 mile walk around the lake was beautiful. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice. Our place was very nice. Although the T.V. in one of the bedrooms screen was funny. Left a note a the front desk but didn’t fix it while we were there, maybe they replaced it after we left. Otherwise very nice place to stay, will definitely stay there again.

As soon as we got here we were greeted warmly a the clubhouse for check in. The property was nice and clean and the pool area was very family friendly, meaning not overly deep areas where the kids couldn’t go. The inside of the home was nice and very clean.

Panic set in when we arrived at 4am, yes 4am, and the door was closed to the office and it was dark and locked. My e-mail confirmation said 24-7 check-in so I called the phone number and the desk agent appeared quickly for a speedy check-in providing us with the gate codes, Wi-Fi password and our door keys. The condo unit we had was comfortable and had most everything we needed. It was pretty clean but the carpet really needed to be replaced and a tile floor down if this is a regularly rented unit. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious and the grounds were very nicely tended and landscaped. I may have missed the note somewhere but my only real negative other than the carpet would be that you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the pool. You must pay for them at the pool bar and at a premium price. We paid $64.00 for 4 pina' coladas and a domestic beer was $4 plus a required 18% gratuity. After the shock of the 1st round we made many trips to and from our unit to have a quick drink and return. Other than that and if you are prepared for that, it was well worth the money to stay there and had a delightful visit.

This was the second time I stayed at Vista Cay Resort. I came back because of the value, the accommodations, and the support staff. There's no doubt that I'll be back for a third visit. The apartment was exceptionally clean and neat. The crew that prepares apartments for the next guest don't miss a single detail! I did have a problem with a loud refrigerator motor. When I notified the service desk, they had it fixed within a few hours. Keep up the good work Vista Cay, and I'll keep coming back!

I would givevthis unit 3 and a half stars. The condo resort is easy to get to and very convenient to all of the Orlando theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Vista Cay again. The photos on this listing correspond to a 4th floor unit, not unit 305 as noted. The condo was spacious and had comfortable beds, plenty of clean linens and towels, and adequate kitchen supplies (cutlery, dishes, pots & pans) for light food prep. The fact that it had an in-unit washer and dryer was a plus for those of us with kids. This fourth floor unit was very quiet and we could not hear neighbors at all. Although this unit was acceptably clean for our stay (since we spent very little time here) it could really use a DEEP CLEAN. The carpets are vacuumed, but otherwise need to be steam cleaned (badly) and the baseboards have a good build up of dirt and dust. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean...both have tile flooring. Also, be aware that the dishwasher may not work. It was noted in another review that it was inoperable but I had forgotten that. It was still not functioning properly and we hand washed all of the dishes. We left a note and reported to management. The value of this unit was excellent for our stay here, and with a 3 and a half star rating I would give it a good +, but not excellent, mainly because of the carpets and other cleaning that needs to be done. The property management experience was excellent (Millennium) and would definitely rent from them again.
